The man did a terrible job on my shellac and got mad at me because the polish had caught the edge of the light and barely smudged my nail. It looked like a kindergartener painted my nails. Maybe the other lady would have done a better job, but I was so embarrassed of my nail color I took it off. Waste of time and a serious disappointment. I love the way she does my nails and I love chatting with her. She is a major asset there but (and this is part of why this is 4 instead of 5), I think she's very underutilized. I am an oddball because I don't like doing this stuff so when I do it, I prefer one and done! :) I am really glad the endless country music has stopped because it was really such noise pollution for me, I stopped coming in for awhile. I just can't listen to it for that long. I don't even know that the stylists liked it! Another reason for 4 out of 5-the pricing is a touch higher than is reasonable. I can and do pay it because I really like my stylist and Jenise, but the pricing could be off-putting to others. I've seen coupons for new customers out. This always irks me as a long time customer--why not some kind of loyalty program? It doesn't have to be complicated at all. I like things simple. Overall, the receptionist is friendly and will work to get you in even when you're forgetful like I tend to be sometimes. The stylists (mine is Shaney) and Jenise are wonderful.
