He was nice and took our order. I chose this restaurant specifically for the incredible looking breakfast plate that included thick bacon and sausage - and roasted tomatoes, which I absolutely love with breakfast, and a side salad. What we were served was a JOKE. A burned biscuit, 1 piece of dirty bacon (not 2), a hockey puck sausage (not organic sausage), 2 little raw tomatoes and a salad topped with shredded cheese. I laughed out loud when it was put on the table. $19 for a $10 plate of food that should have been sent back. We also got the burger for $24 which was TINY. Not once did anyone come back to our table to ask how the food was or if we needed anything. We were hungry and in a hurry, and my partner is embarrassed to send food back, so I let it slide. We ate and chased someone down to pay the check. One of the worst dining experiences of my life.

I'm a huge chicken & waffles fan and a tough critic, but this place absolutely nailed it. The waffles were perfection! Light, fluffy, with just the slightest crisp on the outside and the perfect balance of sweetness. Easily some of the best waffles I've ever had. The chicken was just as impressive. Perfectly breaded with the perfecrunch while staying incredibly tender and juicy. Exactly what great chicken and waffles should be. We also ordered the Webster. Loaded with strawberries, drizzled with Nutella, and fresh whipped cream. It was incredible, looked just like all the pictures. The fresh made whipped cream was piled high, and every bite was delicious. Even with about a 15-minute line, the wait was completely worth it. The staff was genuinely friendly, the prices were surprisingly reasonable, and the food exceeded every expectation. This is officially my go to spot for chicken and waffles in Central Texas.
