    White Truffle Tiramisu signature drink

This coffee shop in Laguna Plaza is honestly really cute and aesthetically pleasing, but the space itself is very small and compact. When you first walk in, there's a tiny two-seater setup with a coffee table on the left side, then a communal center table for people trying to work or study. The downside is that because the shop is so small, it gets crowded really fast during busy hours. I was sitting at the center table working, and the line for the register forms directly behind you, so people waiting can pretty much see everything on your laptop or workspace. There's more seating on the opposite side, but once it fills up, the whole place starts feeling very shoulder-to-shoulder and overstimulating. The vibe and aesthetic are definitely there, but I think the layout could've been designed better to improve the flow and make the space feel less cramped. I ordered their signature drink, the White Truffle Tiramisu, and I'd personally give it a 7/10. It was good, but not something I'd constantly crave. One thing I did appreciate was how friendly and efficient the staff were. Their workflow seemed smooth even during busy moments. I also liked that they had a QR code for the WiFi instead of making customers ask for the password. It just made everything feel easier and more convenient.

Pro-tip: taste your drink before leaving to make sure if you want it sweeter, that you add condensed milk or sugar syrup that's available at the counter before you head out. Wife wanted Vietnamese coffee so we finally had a reason to get to EM coffee. The coffee comes out not overly sweet, they have a condensed milk squeeze bottle and sugar water squeeze bottle at the straw and napkin table. My wife did not let me put some in before we left, and I sadly found out that it's not extremely sweet by default which is probably a good thing for most people. Very modern hip hang out spot with plenty of bright lighting. Drinks were fairly priced and came out quickly Wife got the banana toffee latte and I got the pandan coconut latte. Both drink had subtle notes of flavor from their respective names ingredients. For how vibrant the pandan foam was on there shoulde be a deeper flavor. I also regret I would've stopped to put condensed milk in my drink.

We came here around 9:30 on a Saturday morning. There were not many people and only 1 person in line. Don't know what was going on but it took a long time for the customer in front of me to finalize her order. But the cashier was being very patient and friendly while assisting the customer. There is only 1 cashier and no ordering kiosk. This was our second time here. The first time, we tried their regular salted bread. The second time, we got the super coconut coffee blast, pandan coconut latter and pandan coconut roll. Salted bread: it was too dense. The flavor was just ok. Super coconut coffee blast: it was creamy from the ice cream. Overall, tasted good but nothing to rave about. Pandan coconut latte: too much cream and not enough coffee. Too much ice so equals less drink. Pandan coconut roll: pretty good. A bit crispy on the outer, inside was a bit fluffy. Felt like it needed more sweetness like condense milk which is offer in their self serve station. The restroom was huge but there was a puddle of water right under the soap dispenser. Also if you need paper towels to dry your hands, they are located next to the door and away from the sink. Because of this, you can see trails of water on the ground. Overall, this is a nice looking coffee shop. The pastries are quite pricey though. There are no prices listed for them on their display case. I didn't even know the salted bread and pandan coconut roll were like $5.50+ each.

Oh man!!! Can you believe I drove almost an hour just for matcha? No this any matcha, Em Coffee House's matcha. Well believe it because I did. Not one time but two! Loved the brown sugar matcha with oatmilk. I did get 50% sweetness this time and although I loved the rich matcha flavor I think I'll stick to it being a little sweeter next time and aim for 75% or higher. Clean bathrooms, amazing service (Thank you Ayden for your kindness) and great drinks. I ordered online and Ayden was so kind in getting my drink ready by the time I got there) I tried the coconut matcha last time with oatmilk and WOW! 10/10 can't wait to try other drinks. I'll definitely be back and yes it's worth the drive!

Lovely cafe for matcha, coffee, and pastries! It gets pretty crowded on Saturdays, but it's a nice to sit and chat. The Matcha drinks are not heavily sweetened, so you can add cane sugar or condensed milk at the self serve area. The co-owner is super friendly and their staff are efficient. My favorite pastry was the matcha salt bread for the well balanced bitterness of matcha and salt, but I will say the crust is not hard and crisp but soft like a dinner roll. The Pandan roll is great as well and worth the calories!

Popped in on a Wednesday around 11 AM. Clean coffee house and friendly staff. The menu has something for everyone. Plenty of seating. Pop music they were playing was a little loud. I ordered the Pandan Matcha. It was pretty to look at. As for the taste, it was only OK. The pandan flavor was very mild. I would not order that again. My sister ordered an iced Vietnamese coffee and she seemed to enjoy it. I would visit again to try something else on the menu.

4/5- Ambiance: Nice decor, I like the white, wood and neutral colors with a touch of greenery. The space is clean and quaint but it appeared a bit cramped for the amount of people that preferred to work or chat amongst friends. All of the tables and chairs were occupied but I was lucky to find a small spot at the bar. 4/5- Service was prompt and helpful. 4/5- Food and beverage- I had the Matcha Eispanner and Panda Cinnamon roll. Both were good! The matcha was decent, well blended with no chunks and the cinnamon roll was not overpowering sweet but delicate and fluffy topped with toasted coconut. I ended up paying about $16 for both which was a little on the higher end considering the size. Would I visited to study again? Probably not. It was a bit cramped and not enough space to spread my books and laptop out. But it's a nice place.

The Em Experience Flight Tasting Set (Royal Pink Lychee, Ube Matcha, Egg Brulee, White Truffle Tiramisu)

I love the The Em Experience Flight Tasting Set. You can choose any drinks from the menu. For those sensitive to caffeine, you get to try coffee without committing to the full cup (two of their flight cups are their one cup). I would recommend sharing with a friend - it's more than you think. And the coffee/caffeine is STRONG, but you keep on drinking because it's sweet and good (just be careful if you are caffeine sensitive). As of April 2026, it might not be easy to study here due to limited seating on weekends around 2pm. Outlets are accessible and parking is easy. Also, great customer service and vibe.

I tried their salt bread...when I was in Korea in Feb 2026, I ate salt bread everyday. I was charged $5 for 1 bread which tasted good and it bright me back to Korea. However, the salt bread does not have any special ingredient, and the only difference is the name. IMO it was a very expensive piece of bread. I don't think I will get this again from this place. The cashier and staff were very friendly and the coffee shop has a very cute decor and it was very clean. I tried their ube coconut coffee and they was really good, it was not too sweet. Sweetness was perfect for me. It was topped with a Biscoff cookie and toasted coconut.

This place took over the other boba spot and didn't realize that until later, otherwise this place is very spacious. Lots of drinks to choose from. Decided on the banana matcha since it was later in the day and didn't want to be hyped up on caffeine much. I would say it is okay, I've had better in the area to be honest. The price is pretty high compared to other places as well. Customer service was ok. Probably would come again but not dying to come back, can find another spot that is better.

Ordered a pandan matcha and it took a while for them to make. Maybe like 20 mins but it wasn't too busy inside. Inside is very new and has an aesthetically clean look and feel to it. Staff at the front were very nice though. Cute place to focus and study, would recommend.

Tiramisu matcha Egg brûlée cream coffee Banana toffee coffee White truffle tiramisu cream coffee Coconut pastry

I recently came to this adorable coffee shop with some friends and I am so glad to have tried a new (to me) spot. The inside of this shop is beautiful, it's simple and bright, there is a decent amount of table and bar seating, and a very large menu with amazing drinks. My friends and I tried the Tiramisu matcha, Egg brûlée cream coffee, Banana toffee coffee, White truffle tiramisu cream coffee, and a Coconut pastry. The workers were very busy with lots of orders but the service was great. They were nice and helpful, and our drinks came out quickly. The drinks tasted high quality, were strong, looked beautiful, and had great flavors. I loved my white truffle latte and my friend's tiramisu matcha. I drank mine so quickly the ice didn't have a chance to melt. I definitely want to come back and try the other flavors. The price is average/slightly above average from other cafes, but I think this is because of the quality and uniqueness of the drinks. I would definitely recommend coming here to try their drinks.

Got the em coffee and egg brulee. Coffee is super strong so if you're looking for a pick me up, this is definitely the spot to go to! You can definitely taste the coffee more than Vinhouse. It's been a little crowded the last two times I went, but the line moves pretty quickly. Only downside is the parking can be a little difficult at times..
