My typical diner breakfast is two eggs with corned beef hash, and the New Holiday Diner did not disappoint me. The hash is freshly made, not the store bought can of hash. The meal was accompanied by delicious shredded potatoes hash browns and sourdough toast. As if the food and ambiance wasn't enough, our waitress, Pina, was very capable and had a great sense of humor. It's for these reasons that I give this diner a 5-star rating!!

I thought the hash was well done with plenty of potato and meat. My eggs were cooked perfectly and the toast was nice and crispy. I did find the hashbrowns to be a bit soggy and bland but who doesn't love a potato regardless? The bill came out to be around $85 for four meals and beverages which wasn't too bad for breakfast.

Normally they are so attentive to allergies. Lately I've walked out twice and had an allergic reaction bc they didn't know the difference between vegan/gf and just gf. Second, we've noticed the mugs for the chai lattes became smaller from one week to the other. Then we noticed orange juice cups over time went from one size to a smaller size, then another size, and now last week something completely small. However the prices always remain the same. I undetstand everything has gone up in price but from one week to another sizes should not be changing consistently. Your waiting more money on constantly buying to replace new dishware then if it were to stay and serve the same probably. I'm disappointed to see such a wonderful place starting to take a little bit of a tumble. I hope it starts to stabilize again. Also we miss "Will". He always knew allergies, and knew the menu inside out, and if something didn't work he would go into the kitchen and make something work for us.

The menu is varied to the point of having difficulty choosing. We chose Hungarian stuffed cabbage and trio salad. HUGE portions are their signature. My meal came with a cup of soup & I chose matzo ball. Also, I chose baked potato and chickpea salad and a side tossed salad. I do not eat processed sugar and they had oil and vinegar to dress the tossed salad. We had 2 large pieces of challah bread with it and hubby had half of a lemon danish for his dessert, saving the rest for tonight. The bakery section is very impressive and I would have had a very hard time back in my sugar addicted days. This place is already on my calendar for next year's return. I had a neat conversation with our waitress about Amorgos and Santorini Greece. This family does a great job of serving the community!

I made the tactical error of visiting Rosy Tomorrow's for a work meeting…read more Not because the meeting was bad, but because this place clearly deserves a version of me who is off the clock, has nowhere else to be, and is prepared to make several questionable menu decisions. The atmosphere is fantastic. The people, energy, truly one of a kind décor, and wonderfully unconventional menu all make the experience feel like much more than lunch. The staff was amazing, the food was very good, and the portions were generous. One wrap at our table looked like it may have missed a growth spurt, but everything else arrived ready to feed actual adults. One important logistical note: If you are especially well hydrated, choose your seat strategically. The restroom is on the bottom floor, and getting there may qualify as the day's cardio. I left with two strong conclusions: First, I really like this place. Second, conducting a work meeting here was like going to an amusement park to discuss spreadsheets. I cannot wait to return in a more appropriately fun frame of mind and work my way through everything I wanted to order but couldn't reasonably explain on an expense report. Consider this the preliminary review. The full investigation will require another visit, several friends, and absolutely no agenda.
