I am severing tires with the company that does not believe in customer service nor taking care of their customers. Safe Touch has a low customer raining here on Yelp due to their inability to meet their obligations and take care of their customers.

But based on my overall fairly recent experiences with Safe Touch company, prior to when I very recently received assistance from Safe Touch's employee Justin, I would have given S T just 3 stars. However I would if possible definitely want to give more than 5 stars to Justin in the Jacksonville Safe Touch service center. Justin is an extremely helpful and a very patient service representative!! I have had three different issues come up over the past month re: 3 different component failures within my Safe Touch security system. All 3 issues occurred on weekend days when the Tallahassee office is closed during the weekend. I thus called S T's Jacksonville location. In doing so, I was very fortunate to have reached Justin. He was able to guide me through the process that was necessary in order to stop what had been a failed component's weekend long beeping warning sounds :-( . And today Justin very patiently stepped me though the processes that helped to rectify a third system component which had caused my entire security system to completely stop functioning over the weekend. I truly hope Safe Touch's management team fully realizes just how very fortunate S T is to have an exemplary employee such as Justin. He is an extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and a very kind S T representative!! If I possibly could, I would certainly want to give him more than just 5 Stars!!! Janice S.

I had a low battery alert to my phone for my smoke detector. Called Vector, they came out THE SAME…read moreDAY TO CHANGE IT!! That's what I call SERVICE!! The best I've had in a long while! The tech asked if I was interested in cameras; took a measurement of my WiFi signal; and was able to installation driveway camera WILE HE WAS HERE!! And it wasn't too expensive! Very friendly and knowledgeable! The Vector tech really took care of my system!!

Absolutely horrible. After being a customer for over 18 1/2…read moreyears, we have requested cancellation of our monitoring service. We gave them a chance to offer us a solution to remove the necessary wired phone line. They only offered us an option to pay $200 for a cellular communicator and then significantly INCREASE our monthly monitoring charge plus start again on a 3 year contract. Who would agree to this? 18 1/2 years as a customer isn't enough? To stay as a customer of their monitoring service we would now need to start all over on another 3 year contract. Is that reasonable? So we had to cancel, but Vector will not process it. When we called they said we had to email to cancel. When we emailed, they responded we had to call. What kind of company behaves this way? You can read other customer reviews here on yelp. Vector isn't even responding to these customer issues shown on Yelp. What does that tell you? Is that how a reputable organization behaves? We have now filed a Better Business Bureau complaint to get our billing stopped and the service cancelled. Should this be necessary to cancel a simple monitoring service after being a customer for 18 1/2 years?

I'm writing this because today's interaction with Atlantic Security was so unprofessional that it…read moregenuinely shocked me. Months ago, I called Atlantic for a quote on a system. I decided to keep researching, because unlike many customers, I don't jump into expensive security decisions blindly. After doing extensive research, I determined that the DSC NEO system was the right fit for me. I contacted Atlantic Security again and requested a quote specifically for the NEO. The quote came back at over $5,000, which was unnecessarily high, so I declined politely. A few months later, I purchased the DSC NEO directly from Tyco Integrated / Johnson Controls--the manufacturer. Today, I called Atlantic Security to inquire about installation and monitoring. Instead of receiving normal customer service, I was spoken to with a snarky, condescending attitude by a representative named Laina. She told me they were "not interested in doing business with me" and that I had "wasted their time multiple times." This is completely unacceptable. Comparing prices, researching equipment, and ensuring I make the right decision on a multi-thousand-dollar security system is not "wasting time." That is called being a smart consumer. These are major decisions--not impulse purchases. Here's the part Atlantic clearly didn't bother to consider: My father's company is a major corporation with multiple homes, buildings, and commercial sites--every one of which is secured and monitored. He is one of Atlantic Security's largest clients. In addition: I personally own a large technology company, and the amount of future business Atlantic could have received from me alone is something they clearly can't even begin to fathom. Because of the disrespect I experienced from one representative, Atlantic Security has now jeopardized--and likely completely lost--two major long-term clients representing a massive amount of revenue. All because of one employee who chose to speak to a customer with rudeness, attitude, and zero professionalism. I will be filing a formal BBB complaint. At minimum, Atlantic Security needs to retrain or reassign Laina, because speaking to paying clients or potential clients that way is unacceptable in any industry--let alone the security industry. Congratulations, Atlantic Security. In a single phone call, you managed to lose a tremendous amount of business from two extremely large companies

This company's billing department needs professional training.
