My schedule is crazy so it's easy for me to do a morning workout. So Sidney Wilson will arrive when you need him. Let me just tell you this. If you want a change and need a push. Sidney Wilson won't hesitate he is going to: shove, drag, murder you, and give you the encouragement to keep pushing yourself. You will go one week saying, "I got this" to him telling you we are: "lifting 90 pounds now." I honestly didn't think I could do that. I would think. this guy is on one today. But he pushed my body to physical gain the strength that I've never seen before. Everyone at work could tell a difference. The moment I got on his diet I felt better, and I felt lighter after four days! Like everything about me. I drank enough water and I was eating the right kind of foods. Of course I hit a mark where I was not loosing anymore weight, and we figured out I wasn't eating enough. If I ever had questions about if something really works or not he would explain how it does. I've gained so much self confidence by working with him. You just need to tell him. What your definition of a healthy body is and he will get you what you want.

That isn't all he can do so if you want something else he can help you with that as well. I had no prior martial arts and I was honestly intimidated to go to a gym. He has made the experience really welcoming. One of the things I noticed right away is that he has really good attention to detail. He is also incredibly good at pacing your progress. He pushes me a little bit more every single time. He is never running late and is always there ready to go. My cardio, strength, flexibility, and mental fortitude has gone through the roof. I hit PRs with him almost every session so far. He has helped me a lot with breathing and staying relaxed. Those two things have made my life better in many ways already. Alma has made sure to work with me on the meal plans to work with my schedule. They also used what I have available while making sure to keep my options varied with different recommendations in case I want to switch things up. They have helped me with my portion sizing and general understanding of how much I should be eating in a day for where my body is at with different macros such as how much protein and carbs I should be intaking. Michael has been great at shaping the program to my needs after the initial assessment. He worked with me to understand the results that I wanted to see and has given me guidance to maximize results in those areas. He showed me how to really focus on developing the body parts I wanted to improve on with a more in depth explanation things such as the the range of motion I should be using to properly stretch and exhaust the muscles and explanation about fatigue. Also he's very friendly and easy to talk to. As long as you are willing to put in the work and follow the nutrition/workout plans you will see the best results possible.

One of the employees tried to help coach them. There were a few kids that were really good at it and it was amazing to see. There's a toddler room in the back corner, a party room and two clean bathrooms. Please remember to bring socks and sneakers to play when you plan to visit! Overall, the kids had a great time and one hour was not enough time for them and they asked to come back.

There also were not a lot of kids. We left at 1 PM and there are a lot more people there than when we showed up. But the gym was big enough so everyone had something to do! As for the service, the trainers were all great, and were super friendly to the kids and helped my 6 year old when he didn't know what to do or needed assistance for the rock climbing. The main gym was fun for my toddler who was 3 years old because he could walk on the bounce beam and pretend the floor is lava by jumping on some of the , but it was also a little dangerous because they were older kids doing a lot of swinging for the ninja warriors obstacle course. So we took him to the back in the toddler room where he played a little bit, and that was a lot safer and more for his age group. It was just hard because I couldn't also watch my six-year-old who was on the main floor with all the teenager swinging around so that made me a little bit nervous. I would switch back-and-forth to check on the different kids so if you come with kids at different ages and need to use the toddler room, make sure you come with more than one parent so you can watch one in the room and then watch one on the main floor. But the workers were really nice because one of them offered to watch my older son so that he could play out there while I stayed in the room for a little bit with my younger son. Pricewise, we didn't have to pay but I know it's $20 for an adult use the main floor and $15 For Kids or $10 only for the toddler room. So seem like a decent price for doing an open gym for an hour for these type of things. We were not familiar with ninja warrior stuff, so we really had no idea how to use any of the equipment, but when we went home, we watch ninja versus ninja on Netflix and the gym look like it had a lot of the obstacles that they do in the actual competition! We also saw other kids training there with an actual trainer, I assume that those kids are probably competing. If you don't want to go in with your kid, there is a waiting area where parents can watch their children from the waiting area and not have to pay the price to go onto the floor to assist them. There are cubbies for your shoes and your belongings too. And the place felt clean and had ample parking. Overall, it was a fun experience for the kiddos! But I think they need to be a little older to really enjoy and understand the ninja course! But my 6 year old had fun on the trampolines, rope, and made his own "parkour" course around the gym that didn't get in the way of the swinging kids doing the hard obstacles!!!

Most of the time I had to use a cane or walker and a scooter when I was out in public. Shawn and I discussed my situation and set goals. I wanted to lose weight, build my strength and hopefully walk better. Shawn setup online training sessions, which included videos for me to follow along. The online training was simple to follow and he was available to answer my questions whenever I needed his help He gave nutritional advice as well as instructions on what I would need to complete my workouts. His training app helps me track my nutritional intake as well as my steps and workouts. I use my iWatch but a Fitbit would work too. Since I started 2 months ago, working out 3 times a week I am now able to walk 3,500 - 4,000 steps a day without any trouble. I no longer need any device to help me walk. I even rode my bike a mile! I haven't been able to do that in over 3 years. I have more energy, wake up early and I've lost 37lbs! I highly recommend Shawn as your trainer. My son and daughter-in-law have used him as well with great success. They both do 5k runs, hikes, ski and are in great shape. I can't do all that but hey at 60 I'm doing more than I ever expected I would.
