I won some free classes for Tru Fusion a couple months ago from an event they were doing at Area15…read more(it was puppy yoga with Service dogs & it was an absolutely magical experience!) Started going this past February/March to check it out. I absolutely loved it! The classes are definitely not easy, but I really enjoyed them & all the instructors. The staff is incredibly nice, really take the time to help you understand the classes. The manager was so nice & gave me a tour my first visit. They have four training rooms at this location, I only used two: Rock room & Soul room. Depending which room you're in, depends if it's a heated or non-heated class. I believe the rock room is the only one not heated? This location does not offer Reformer Pilates classes. From what I understand the other two locations do you offer different types of classes that might not be available at the eastern location. The instructors are so understanding & encouraging, especially if you're new to doing any of the classes. The cleanest fitness facility I've ever been to. Locker room, showers, bathrooms, training rooms, equipment, all spotless! They provide most of the equipment, (I needed to bring a mat, mat towel, sweat towel, & water, I was able to buy the hand wraps for boxing from them directly) when you're done, they have an area for used equipment so it can be cleaned. Equipment rentals are very reasonably priced. They have plenty of lockers & storage. Tons of amenities in locker room, & a water bottle filling station. Memberships are pretty pricey for me, so I will buying their class passes! I appreciate the fact that they do have options besides a membership (with contract,) you can buy class packs (but they do need to be used in a certain period of time.) They do some pretty good deals for their class packs through out the year & you can also do drop in classes. The first person I want to give a shout out to is Ashley who teaches their Tru Mat Pilates class! She was my go to person for starting at TruFusion, she had reached out to me about setting up my classes after I had registered. She helped me out so much, such a sweet person, & an incredibly kick ass instructor! My first class was so intense (since it was my first ever Pilates class, I learned a lot) she was so encouraging & really took the time to explain everything. She knew I was pretty overwhelmed & really made it a comfortable environment. She reached out to me after & sent me a really sweet email. I appreciate her so much for following up with me after & I can't wait to take her class again in the future! The next instructor that I had was Maddie she was my instructor for Tru Boxing Conditioning Express. Such a fun, but intense class! She was so nice & took the time to explain things, was very encouraging. She helped with anything I struggled with, I appreciated her help, especially in such a fast paced class! Her class is no joke & super fun!! You are getting a full on workout & also taking out all of your aggression at the same time, you're going back-&-forth between boxing & strength training, it is super quick! My next instructor was Nicole who was subbing for Ashley for Tru Mat Pilates. My trainer & I went together to her class, we both really enjoyed it. She definitely did things very different than Ashley & I really appreciated getting a different perspective on Mat Pilate workouts. They definitely teach very differently & I do love the variation! My final free class & the reason that I will be purchasing class packs in the very near future: Tru Roll & Recover with Neylan! She has such a peaceful, warm, & inviting energy. Her class was absolutely amazing!!! The people in that class were so nice & everyone was having a great time, a lot of laughing! It was so relaxing (still intense, nothing at Tru Fusion is easy lol) It's basically a slightly heated foam roller stretching class (I was definitely very bruised after from the textured foam roller) with a lot of slow movements mixed with meditation. If you need a class to help relieve stress & open up different parts of your body, this is the class to take! I cannot wait to make it a regular part of my schedule! The only downside to TruFusion was how loud the music is in most of the training rooms versus the microphones of the trainers. It can be very overstimulating, & hard to hear what the instructors are saying. What ended up helping me was using my filtered earplugs (like concert earplugs.) So that way I was able to hear the instructors over the music & the music not be overpowering, which also made a massive difference in my workout. So if you are considering taking Tru Fusion classes, & the music is too overwhelming & overstimulating, I highly suggest using filtered earplugs! TruFusion is an absolutely amazing place to take workout/fitness classes. Thank you, TruFusion for being a safe place to learn & grow on my fitness journey.

She worked everyone out to their limit, with grace for people to drink water, take a break or make adjustments. She did a great job explaining and demoing all the cycles. I'm a trainer, coach, and instructor and this is where I go for my personal fitness. It's my early morning prep for the day or else my break in the afternoon. You often get the sauna to yourself or occasionally share with one always-friendly person. I've never seen three sign up for one room unless they came together. The intensity is mostly up to you. You can follow along and do modifications or progressions. Some ppl just come and do their own movements if they got the room alone--which happens a lot. If you only do some of the movements with lots of rest/breaks but stay in the sauna you will burn fat and begin to change your body. The instructors are well trained and giving you a great sequence of exercises. The more you do the movements and holds, the deeper you'll go in your fitness and transformation. I'm super fit but these exercises still train me. Honestly their slogan, "More workout in less time" is totally accurate. The infrared is healing and pain-relieving in so many ways. The heat training helps to regulate appetite, reduce cravings, and soothe the nervous system. The list goes on. But I'm grateful for this location. The owners are welcoming and friendly. Ken makes it feel like the show "Cheers" lol--where everybody knows your name, if you know the theme song. The fact you can come anytime 24 hours/day is SO helpful. I don't only recommend HotWorx to my clients for sustainable fitness and body recomp, I pray one day to own one. I've heard SO MANY stories of people's pain going away, people losing 50-100+ lbs, people gaining strength they never had before. It would be an investment to feel good about bc it changes people's lives for the better.

I was looking for a decently priced hot yoga studio for a while. I didn't want to pay $150 a month,…read moresign a contract, and give the blood of my newborn for it either. Luckily a friend told me about this 24 hour studio. Well, now I can't use the excuse that it doesn't fit my schedule. I went to my first class yesterday and after the yoga session I felt so powerful. There's something about working out in a sauna that reminds you of how you can push through anything. I ended up staying and doing a Pilates class also. Enough about my experience let me tell you about the studio. There are ten, I believe, saunas. They each have preset classes and can fit up to 3 people at a time. Classes vary in time and intensity but there is always an option to modify whether harder or easier. The classes range from cycling and rowing, to resistance training, and to yoga, Pilates, and barre. From what I've been told the workouts change after a period of time so that your body doesn't plateau. It is also recommended to use the various saunas in your workout routine so that you can keep your body working hard. The place is very clean, has updated workout equipment, the saunas work very well - though I would suggest arriving at least 10 minutes before your class to warm up the inside - and the staff is very friendly. Like any gym the equipment and nutrients are pricey - but that's business. Something really neat is that there is a little workout room I'm the back for weight lifting. I'll snag a pic next time but there's free weights, a pull up bar, press equipment, and weighted balls. In this area there is also a vending machine with snacks and keys to the lockers which contain equipment if you forgot yours at home. (Yoga mat, resistance bands, and towel). Though you don't need this if you're only going on the bikes. There are 2 unisex bathrooms and one has a shower. Just bring your own shampoo and conditioner! So how this works is you sign up via the app for your desired class. If 3 people signed up you cannot signed up for that class - but if you are there and one is more than 5 minutes late you are able to jump in their spot. I've used the app twice and it is pretty intuitive. There is also an app that allows you to open the door during non-staffed hours. I've used it once so far and it seems to work easily. So the price is $59/per month (for one location - $79 for all) and you must use their mats and towels. There is a $96 bundle to get a mat, towel, and mat strap. (Which I suggest to make it easier to carry.) You commit to 3 months - you cannot pay it all in advance- and then it goes month to month. If you want to cancel you most provide 60 days notice. They will take out $59 for the remaining 2 months but you will still get go until your contract actually ends. Seems to good to be true? Does to me too. If we pull back the curtain and it's a lowly old wizard I'll be back and edit my review. However, so far it's left me feeling like a champ who can take on anything in the day. Tip- if you are sick of the videos and go during a less busy time you can get a room to yourself and do your own video or practiced routine to just utilize the benefits of the sauna. The world is yours! Go get it!

It felt intentional, thoughtful, and actually focused on building strength in ways that matter. Trying a new studio can feel intimidating, but this one felt welcoming, encouraging, and motivating from start to finish. Brittany at the front desk said that I could sign up for a three-day trial at any time and then sign up for a membership afterwards. I chose their 6-month membership option just to get the feel of how I would enjoy camp in the near future. After my three-day trial, I'm happy to say that I am now an official member of Burn! I go to this one in Henderson because it's so close to my house. I am a super busy full time college student on a tight schedule that has never found the time to workout at home, so being a member of Burn helps me find the time to get a 45 minute workout in. I can just book any of their camps through their app. Initially I had planned to attend camp three times a week, but after realizing that the workouts make me feel good and stronger, I decided that I wanted to show up every day, except for Sunday's because they are closed then. A former coworker of mine is also a member of Burn (whom I used as my referral name when I signed up), but she goes to camp SUPER early. Unless I can wake up for their 5:00am camp (which is downright impossible), we can start going together lol. Though I am not a parent (and will never be, for a long laundry list of reasons), I really like that they have complimentary childwatch for all their members. It's super convenient for parents that can't find or don't have anyone to watch their kid. They are simply placed in a separate room away from the floating floor until the workout is finished. Dylan has been my trainer since my very first day at Burn and he has encouraged me to work harder and stronger, though I've had Renaldo and Tyler as my trainers as well. My workout peers are inspirational and I'm looking forward to meeting other trainers and building new relationships with my peers down the road. I'm proud to now call Burn Boot Camp my new home away from home!
