I love this studio! From the moment you walk in you feel like you're in a spa, everyone is friendly and I was surprised at how big this location is. There are a couple of reformer rooms and a Cadillac room. To me, the Cadillac class is the best, I've taken it with several instructors and they're all great. I also love their individual bathrooms, they are always clean and smell good.

I'm a novice at Cadillac classes and I was kinda apprehensive just cuz the cadi girlies are SO STRONG! But, I guess u gotta keep going to be strong. Like anything = practice. I was so happy after my 3rd ever candlestick when my instructor, Victoria, said I should try doing it without the push bar for help. I was like "uhm, really???!!! This is my 4th cadi class ever" lol Now I'm more enthusiastic about taking advanced classes hehe

Waiting area! So chic! I am excited to finally try this place out!

I've been waiting forever for this place to open and it did not disappoint! I took a reformer heat class with Courtney. I am four months postop of a breast augmentation. And this was my first exercise since my surgery - obviously cleared by my surgeon. Courtney was clear, offered suggestions very friendly. It's a great clean, intimate studio, and I can't wait to come back. I love that everyone that was. There was so friendly and helpful. It's a great place of community! Great bathroom amenities, lockers, a snack section, and the merch shop - I couldn't resist!

Heather is a beast on Pilates Reformer. Love her classes! I leave with the shakes and sweating.

It has the kind of vibe where you want to workout because you feel like some kind of goddess caring for your health. Know what I mean? The front desk was friendly and took extra care to tour the space as a first timer. The instructor put me at tease and made the intimidating reps of weight training really welcoming. It was a hard workout and the instructor made sure to help with form and adjustments if needed. The space was beautiful and I think I'll be back just for that. I didn't even try their signature Pilates class!

Came here to take a Cadillac class through ClassPass, and discovered the most beautiful Pilates studio in Las Vegas. I've been to at least 5 different studios, and this location by far is the biggest and has the most reformers per room. I love how they have a separate room for reformers Pilates and Cadillac Pilates so two classes can go on simultaneously. They have a huge lobby with two waiting areas, one of which is in the same area as the lockers, bathrooms, and snacks/drinks refrigerated section called 'Sunday Market.' Since I only come here for their Cadillac classes, I can only rate their Cadillac room, but this has to be the best Cadillac room as there are 11 Cadillac reformers with ample room between each one. It's nice not having to take time before class to convert a standard reformer into a Cadillac reformer like at other studios (it requires a lot of moving pieces); the ones at Sunday Pilates are already set up. We only have to make small adjustments to the springs and pulleys according to the instructor. Check in is very quick; there are two iPads at the front for the Reformer Pilates and Cadillac Pilates classes, and you simply check your name off. There is no assigned seating, and there are cubbies inside the rooms. They also have cubbies with baskets with cleaning supplies to wipe down your reformer after class. The Cadillac classes are intense and challenging, but you can always take breaks and go at your own pace. I will continue to take Cadillac classes here as long as I am able to book them. I know a lot of their classes get booked out quickly, and it's frequently difficult to book the class you want on ClassPass, especially if the class is after work hours. Sometimes it's almost impossible to book a class for weeks through ClassPass, so it's probably beneficial to get a membership with them so you get dibs.

I took a Reformer Yin class with them on my first visit. Upon arrival, getting into the parking lot can be a bit of a challenge depending on the direction you are coming from. However once inside, their interior design calms you with its neutral tones. Staff is there to guide you every step of the way to lockers and your studio. The instructor made necessary and supportive correction to myself and classmates to support us in our journey through the class. That was a truly unique class that I would definitely consider returning to.

After noticing that a few instructors from Core Pilates/Sunday Pilates also teach at The Good Place, I decided to give it a try--and I'm glad I did. The Good Place may be a compact studio, but the layout is impressively well thought out. With 8-9 reformer machines per session, there's enough spacing between each station to move freely without feeling cramped. The aesthetic choices here are particularly striking--neon backlighting in hues of purple and blue softly illuminates the studio, giving it an elevated yet relaxing ambiance. A neon sign glows in the back, and a rainbow-branded wallpaper accents the left wall, adding personality without overwhelming the space. Booking online is straightforward and hassle-free. A major plus is how quickly they accommodate waitlisters--life happens, people cancel, and if you're local, this can be a great last-minute opportunity to jump into a session. When I brought a guest, the front desk (which sometimes doubles as an instructor role) was warm, professional, and welcoming. They made the check-in process effortless, offering a quick rundown for first-timers and guiding us to our reformers. The Tower Reformers here are slightly different from the Cadillac reformers found at other studios like Sunday Pilates, but the instructors are well-versed in guiding both newcomers and experienced practitioners. It's refreshing to see a studio that fosters familiarity between instructors from different Pilates spaces. The Tower side of the reformer looks intriguing, and I'd love to explore that aspect in future sessions. So far, I've attended two sessions in the early afternoon--one fully booked and another with a smaller, more intimate class of six or fewer. Regardless of class size, the instructors deliver clear, concise cues, ensuring that no movement gets lost in translation. The music selection is thoughtfully curated--high-energy beats to keep you engaged during the session, transitioning into calming tones for relaxation at the end (a great touch during leg circles). A Few Notes for Future Visitors * The studio can get a bit warm during sessions, so I recommend bringing grippy gloves for better control on the machine and boxes. * Non-slip grip socks are essential, but that's standard for any reformer Pilates class. * If you're looking for a studio that welcomes guests from other Pilates spaces and values attentive instruction in a visually appealing environment, this is a solid choice. I'm looking forward to exploring their Uncommons location next--it's always exciting to see how a brand adapts its signature experience across different spaces. The Good Place in Henderson already sets a high standard, and I'm curious to see how it translates elsewhere.

Started going this past February/March to check it out. I absolutely loved it! The classes are definitely not easy, but I really enjoyed them & all the instructors. The staff is incredibly nice, really take the time to help you understand the classes. The manager was so nice & gave me a tour my first visit. They have four training rooms at this location, I only used two: Rock room & Soul room. Depending which room you're in, depends if it's a heated or non-heated class. I believe the rock room is the only one not heated? This location does not offer Reformer Pilates classes. From what I understand the other two locations do you offer different types of classes that might not be available at the eastern location. The instructors are so understanding & encouraging, especially if you're new to doing any of the classes. The cleanest fitness facility I've ever been to. Locker room, showers, bathrooms, training rooms, equipment, all spotless! They provide most of the equipment, (I needed to bring a mat, mat towel, sweat towel, & water, I was able to buy the hand wraps for boxing from them directly) when you're done, they have an area for used equipment so it can be cleaned. Equipment rentals are very reasonably priced. They have plenty of lockers & storage. Tons of amenities in locker room, & a water bottle filling station. Memberships are pretty pricey for me, so I will buying their class passes! I appreciate the fact that they do have options besides a membership (with contract,) you can buy class packs (but they do need to be used in a certain period of time.) They do some pretty good deals for their class packs through out the year & you can also do drop in classes. The first person I want to give a shout out to is Ashley who teaches their Tru Mat Pilates class! She was my go to person for starting at TruFusion, she had reached out to me about setting up my classes after I had registered. She helped me out so much, such a sweet person, & an incredibly kick ass instructor! My first class was so intense (since it was my first ever Pilates class, I learned a lot) she was so encouraging & really took the time to explain everything. She knew I was pretty overwhelmed & really made it a comfortable environment. She reached out to me after & sent me a really sweet email. I appreciate her so much for following up with me after & I can't wait to take her class again in the future! The next instructor that I had was Maddie she was my instructor for Tru Boxing Conditioning Express. Such a fun, but intense class! She was so nice & took the time to explain things, was very encouraging. She helped with anything I struggled with, I appreciated her help, especially in such a fast paced class! Her class is no joke & super fun!! You are getting a full on workout & also taking out all of your aggression at the same time, you're going back-&-forth between boxing & strength training, it is super quick! My next instructor was Nicole who was subbing for Ashley for Tru Mat Pilates. My trainer & I went together to her class, we both really enjoyed it. She definitely did things very different than Ashley & I really appreciated getting a different perspective on Mat Pilate workouts. They definitely teach very differently & I do love the variation! My final free class & the reason that I will be purchasing class packs in the very near future: Tru Roll & Recover with Neylan! She has such a peaceful, warm, & inviting energy. Her class was absolutely amazing!!! The people in that class were so nice & everyone was having a great time, a lot of laughing! It was so relaxing (still intense, nothing at Tru Fusion is easy lol) It's basically a slightly heated foam roller stretching class (I was definitely very bruised after from the textured foam roller) with a lot of slow movements mixed with meditation. If you need a class to help relieve stress & open up different parts of your body, this is the class to take! I cannot wait to make it a regular part of my schedule! The only downside to TruFusion was how loud the music is in most of the training rooms versus the microphones of the trainers. It can be very overstimulating, & hard to hear what the instructors are saying. What ended up helping me was using my filtered earplugs (like concert earplugs.) So that way I was able to hear the instructors over the music & the music not be overpowering, which also made a massive difference in my workout. So if you are considering taking Tru Fusion classes, & the music is too overwhelming & overstimulating, I highly suggest using filtered earplugs! TruFusion is an absolutely amazing place to take workout/fitness classes. Thank you, TruFusion for being a safe place to learn & grow on my fitness journey.

Having suffered with some lower back issues for several years, pilates was recommended as a way to strengthen my back. Pilates has done just that and much more. I am definitely stronger and my body is more toned. After a few private lessons, I began the basic reformer class, but have now progressed to other classes that include pilates chair and TRX. I can definitely do things now that I couldn't do just a few months ago. I chose Sage because of the stellar reviews, convenient location, and the fact that the owner Shelley is also a physical therapist. She is fabulous, focusing on form and adjusting for those who have limitations. The other instructors are great as well. If you are considering pilates, but don't want to make a big commitment, check out the intro class. It's offered a couple times a month on a Saturday afternoon and is only $10. Not a big investment (think two fancy, fattening coffees) to find something that could really change your body, and quite possibly your life. One final note.. pilates is not a "stretching class." Yes, it does involve stretching like most workouts, but it is primarily core work and strength training. Try it for yourself at Sage and see - it's no joke!

And now I'm seeing there's the demand and noticing the trend of infrared saunas popping up at traditional gyms.. but I will share with you why I love coming here to Hotworx over the big box gym more now! I've fallen in love with working out in an infrared sauna. The heat mixed with infrared energy makes doing ISO (ie yoga, Pilates, Barre, core, and HITT) style workouts feel ahhhmazing! The heat gives my bones and joints the extra support they need. I can do deeper stretches, have better mobility, gain more strength.. and I honestly, I feel my body recovers quicker and sweating out the toxins helps with clearer complexion too! The virtual instructors in the infrared sauna sessions make you feel like they're right there guiding you--challenging you, giving you options and also beginner-friendly, no pressure to be a pro. My hula sis first told me how much infrared helped her heal, and my husband shared how infrared light eased his shoulder pain --so I gave it a try, signed up for 3 months, and I'm glad I did. Now I spend about 80% of my fitness time here instead of a traditional gym because the results just hit different. I also love how easy it is to stay consistent. The app lets me book sessions, track progress, follow my goals, and even watch virtual tutorials. This Henderson studio itself is spotless. They sanitize constantly, steam clean equipment, and have wipes and sprays everywhere. It feels good knowing the space is truly cared for. I love that the environment does not feel overwhelming nor I feel rushed or intimidated using equipment.. the saunas can share up to 3 friends. Their patented rowing machine, the different workout cycles, and the functional training area (FX ZONE) keep things fun and challenging. A HUGE plus, the owner Holly and staff here goes above and beyond with little touches: like oranges for post-workout fuel, cold towelettes infused with essential oil, they motivate members thru fitness challenges, and reward them during their 90-day "earn the burn" challenge. You can tell they value their community. My contract is month to month basis. There are two types of memberships. I started out last year with the basic package.. then upgraded to the elite one couple months ago because there's a Hotworx studio nearby wherever I travel to! It's worth the investment for my health and well being. Longevity for my body is priority now, so if you are for a workout that can be easier on the joints but powerful for strength, flexibility, mobility and recovery and just overall well-being --infrared training is a game changer! And this studio makes the whole experience feel welcoming, safe, and motivating. Shout-out and THANK YOU to Hotworx Henderson for creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and celebrated. You won't find this kind of community at a big box gym!
