Studio was reasonably clean, most teachers were motivating and skilled- But- the service and desk staff were totally incompetent. My class credits didn't load consistently each month on the app requiring me to call ahead or come in for a "reset" . Rescheduling a class was also always drama. I arrived one day and was told I wasn't a member and not in system after showing my ID and profile on the app, rather than let me attend a nearly empty class, I was sent away. Owner did little to make it right. I was ready to sign up for more classes and liked the workout but service was concerning. Studio is better suited for those with unlimited time to deal with the admin issues. Far more personalized places nearby with better service and class environment. read more

So I went to what I thought was a Beginner and Fundamentals class to get a good workout in but not intensely tire me out after a full day of work as someone who has done like at least 20 level 1 Pilates classes. Perhaps it was miss marked but I found a bunch of the moves in this class to be quite difficult. The instructor was very kind and gave good corrections. My introduction class was amazing! The instructor was great . Studio is teeny in eastern and horizon ridge . but the prices are ridiculous! My friend joined in January for $179 for unlimited classes any club and these are the prices now. It went up by $100 a month. Unfortunately, the same person owns all ofthe Club Pilates in Las Vegas. I truly enjoy my Club Pilates experience. I go 4 to 5 times a week. I love the variety of instructors and the variety of the workout even though the basics are the same. Everyone is very friendly. The facility is very clean and in good working order . I feel stronger and healthier than I did a year ago before I started Pilates. I have been a member for 2 months now and I am seeing a difference now in my strength, toning and weight loss, although it's a combo with a healthy diet. My favorite instructor is Melissa by far. However, this review is about my rude and unjust treatment by instructor Brianna, who seems to be newer. I went to Brianna's class at 7:05am. The teacher Briana saw me come in and AFTER I was already in the class and already laid down on the reformer and started to set myself up, she decided she didn't like that and told me in a rude tone, "Sorry hun we're going to have to reschedule you." I told her I'm within the 5 minute grace period. She said "sorry we're already deep into our workout so it's too late." I don't feel like this is fair because I was within the standard grace period, and her tone was exceedingly rude and dismissive and unlike any other staff I've ever encountered at Club Pilates. I've been at multiple Club Pilates locations for over a year and always had great service so was quite shocked and disappointed, especially after I drove half hour to get to class. I reached out to the branch directly several times in an attempt to communicate directly but no response. read more

Super nice staff and low pressure to sign up. The intro class was a great way to get your feet wet. I do wish it was a little longer but with all the intricate functionality of the reformer machine I can see it being overwhelming for a newbie. The instructor was awesome she did a great job of explaining the movements along with benefits , I am considering signing up for sure. I went here for a free class and they were really pushy when it came to trying to get me to sign up for their overly expensive membership. I didn't even get that good of a workout, the exercises they had me do were too easy even with the resistance. I ended up having to block their number and emails because they wouldn't take no for an answer. Do better! read more

Aug 4, 2024 was my 1st time at Club Pilates. They Staff were very friendly. I took the intro class. It was just right. Lo- impact to my body yet worked almost every muscle in my body. I AM feeling it slightly today. I truly enjoyed the class. The instructor was patient & made me feel like we were one on one when we weren't. It was very clean in there. This is very important. I have been going to this location for a year now. I have seen fabulous results and am so happy I found this place. Amanda did my free intro class and I was so impressed by her method of teaching that I go to her classes regularly. I also attend Ruth's classes on a regular basis as she is also a fantastic instructor. They both love what they do and it shows. I believe all the instructors are very well trained here. I recently had Zhenny as a substitute and I thought she was great. The studio is immaculate and the classes always start right on time and end exactly 50 minutes later. This studio is close to home, has great instructors and classes for all levels. I like that the instructors can modify any of the exercises to your ability and do it without making you feel like you are not keeping up. I was there last Friday around noon and took a class with Zhenni. She was good instructor. I'm reviewing the front desk associate who was a young kid, a boy probably in his early 20s. There was black lady that was talking for 40 minutes loud while we were in class. Now if we were as class participants need to be quiet as we get in 5 minutes before our class while the prior class is going on, why is this lady keep yapping and the front desk kid kept talking as well. Seriously whoever is the owner need to do something and train the kid to shut up or take it outside! It was so unprofessional and I don't know who that lady is but she really need to STfU and have some respect for other people. I knew it was 40 minutes of her non-stop talking because all I heard was her loud mouth. If you want a good experience, I'd go somewhere else like Lifetime. I'm not even sure if the owner even cares about the customers. read more

I've been attending classes here for a short time. Most of the instructors are very friendly and great at creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcome and challenged. I really enjoy taking classes with Trish and Daisy. However, there was one instructor in particular, Chelle, that I do not recommend. She is the reason I'm giving 3 stars. Chelle is the only instructor I've had that took the approach of screaming (literally) at the entire class in a beginners reformer class. As this was only my fourth class here, overall, it left a negative impression and was unnerving to say the least. Myself and another woman left the class early as a result of this. Screaming at grown women during a Pilates class is not exactly motivating nor respectful. read more

The classes here are great! Karen and Ruth are my favorites, but all of the other instructors have been really good as well. Front desk staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I'm new to Pilates, and the intro classes are plenty challenging, but still allow for a newbie to learn the practice without feeling overwhelmed. There are a good amount of classes to choose from, so plenty of options. I do wish there were a few more classes offered on Saturdays...that would be my only request for improvement read more

I went in for the free into class. Wasn't honestly aware it was reformer pilates, I was assuming it was mat pilates, my fault on my end. Charged me 20$ for grip socks which they didnt even tell me how much it would be (I honestly wouldve just left the class right there and then if they told me the price) I was expecting 8-10$ at MOST for socks. They just took my card. I personally didnt enjoy reformer pilates at all, didnt feel like a workout compared to regular matt pilates. They were extremely pushy about memberships which was outrageously priced to even begin with. Ive gotten 2 calls, 3 Texts and a email all in one day regarding signing up. read more

I did a level 1 drop-in class with my best friend and goddaughter (they are members). Chelle was fantastic and very encouraging. She said I did a great job at the end and I appreciated that. I was told when I signed up for the class I could use my $25 drop-in fee towards membership. I asked about membership as I was leaving and the employee up front was not familiar with prices because I said that I am closer to the Spring Valley location. I said how much is 4 classes a month at this location. Her response was, "$99, I think?" I enjoyed my class and would consider membership but differing prices between locations and lack of knowledge about all prices was a bummer. read more

Her instructions are easy to follow and she goes around the room and corrects your position. She's so patient and very pleasant. I love how easy it is to schedule and cancel classes through the app. I also enjoy the different styles of the instructors so you never get board and still get a great workout.
