While on an outing and exploring we came across a hot little store called vibe. I like to have good and cool vibes, so we went in. This little shop is a studio for specialized health care classes. It's reminds me of a ballet studio. It's got excellent staff and vibes . While browsing in the store they sell an array of different sorts of athletic equipment and clothing. In need of new work out clothes let's browse and check it out. While browsing and looking around a few things caught my eye . With the coming of spring a girl needs a new dress per say. In my case it was a few new jumpers that can be worn to work out or can be dressed up with your favorite pair of heels . Either way it was a win . Plus they were on sale . They definitely came home with me. I was able to try them on and used the studio mirrors to see just how incredibly they fit . Let your vibe shine and be your inner glow . You are amazing in whatever you choose and attempt to do. Let's get busy and work together and get healthy. I see that inner glow. You are shining bright. I did the unlimited week for $49. It was definitely a great deal and I think it is necessary to go for a few days versus one day. The vibration is kind of intense your first day. I felt like my brain was going to vibrate right out of my head . It takes some getting used to for sure. After, I felt a little nauseous as well but once it subsided I had a lot of energy and felt great. The next time I came, I didn't experience the dizzy/nauseous feeling that I did previously. I did a variety of classes from Lift to Pilates sculpt to bounce. All were so fun and a great workout. I typically did two back to back because they are only 30 minute workouts so within the 1 hour of work I would easily burn 400 calories. Instructors are great and the studio is super clean which I appreciate. I would've loved to join but unfortunately for me, I'm super sensitive and suffer from severe migraines so although the workout was awesome and I felt energized, I was often plagued with a migraine after. Totally not the studios fault. It's my own weird body lol. Definitely check this studio out!! It's awesome and everyone is so nice. Oh yeah and an added bonus is all the health benefits of the vibration plate. It's pretty amazing. Look them up! read more

My friends have been begging and begging me to join the past 2 years until I finally gave in and finally joined the Vibe Tribe! So far it has been AAAHhhhh-MAZING!! I have been researching and researching all the group fitness gyms in Henderson and so far this is the place to be! I use to be part of Lifetime in Henderson until their prices went soaring!!! Also, their group classes were not comparable to Vibe nor Lifetime in Summerlin. I've tried the whole boxing classes ordeal as well as group classes in a regular gym- sooooo UNENTHUSIASTIC! The cost of the monthly for what you get is definitely worth it all! Plus they use these amazing vibration plates that help you burn more in 30min as well help you massage your muscles if they are sore. I love these plates because I'm not entirely sore after a workout with weights. I have back issues, which I worry about when working out but these plates take off alot of pressure..I can feel it take off pressure in other joints. Therefore, I'm not left sore the next day and I can come back and do it again consistently. Also, when jumping, it also absorbs alot of the shock! Making it so good for my knees! What I love: Different classes available- yoga, Pilates, Hiit, trampoline class ( bounce), reiki, kundalini, booty classes, lift, barre, cardio boxing, cardio dance 30minute workouts Yoga and detox classes- so relaxing!! Best instructors!! Everyone from owner to staff are so nice and enthusiastic Cute little store Dj live events Last but not least, the owner Angelique is so sweet, welcoming, and such a positive person! Vibe 28 is definitely something hot and new! I decided to go here during their launch date and tried out their 12pm Full Body Fire class taught by Rachael that day! Omg my body WAS on fire and it was AWESOME! What makes this place different? I have never before been on the machines inside! The machine that you stand on has a plate that vibrates at different speeds and powers which sends vibrations all through your body as you stand/lay on top of it! At first I was sooo confused, but after a couple minutes, I got my footing and balance correct! All of the time slots are 28 minutes, In which you still get that full body workout! Okay, I get the name now. Vibe=vibrations. 28=28 minutes HAH) I also like that this place felt very accepting. (I dislike going to gyms for fear of just looking pathetic, but this place didn't have that feel! The instructor introduced herself to us, called people by name to cheer them on as they worked out, and came by to help people with their form *me* when they weren't sure how to do something!) Covid Restrictions: I really like that there are only a set number of machines, which set the total number of people that are around you using them! The machines are well spaced, which is honestly great in general as I like my space when I work out! The instructors and workers are all wearing masks and even after we sanitize our space when we are done, I saw them sanitizing dumbbells again to put back. What to know that I didn't know/didn't ask: -you do not wear shoes so make sure you've got good socks! I wore my regular socks, but saw others with socks that had bottom grips! I may invest in a pair the next couple times I come back! -this place has a kid's play place! (Well, a kids place that is sectioned off for those kids that don't need too much maintenance, while you workout!) I don't have any kids, but I imagine it'll help with those that do! Took the booty burn workout and it sure burned my booty, I would have liked more of a variation of moves. It was $28 for one class and had to buy grip socks for the class. I would go again but may do a week long pass since that seems to be a better deal at $50 than just the one class. read more

No need to read this review, just book a class! Seriously it's that good. This small family owned studio has all the right "vibes"!! From the moment you walk in the door everyone is extremely welcoming, encouraging, supportive, and fun! There is a wide variety of classes from low to high impact. I love the low impact/high cardio bounce class (if you haven't tried a mini trampoline workout, it is the best thing for your joints and heart!). If that's not for you, don't worry! There is also barre, strength training, yoga, pilates, stretch and so much more. All done on the vibration plates, which are great for working your muscles in a different way and so good for your lymphatic system. Which leads me to my next reason you should stop reading and visit vibe 28... the detox class! This relaxing class is great for recovery. You get a massage from the plate, a stretch, and the best part is a mini massage from the staff with a pulse gun. If you don't know what that is, it's the massage guns you see athletes using on the sidelines to loosen up tense muscles. It's the greatest thing ever. If this all still wasn't enough to convince you, they even have a space for kids to hang and watch Netflix/play while you are in class. So perfect for parents who want to get a quick workout in. I really can't recommend this studio enough. I've been coming consistently for a little over a month and can already see my butt is more lifted, my arms are more toned, and my cardio has improved. Vibe 28 has been a game changer for me. It is easy to fit into my day because the classes are only a half hour. But they are GOOD workouts! When I first started, my abs were so weak. I was shocked at how quickly all my muscles strengthened! And the vibration machines make it so that I am hardly ever sore - recovery is extremely fast.
