I've been a member and I've also used ClassPass. When you're a member, there are definitely more classes available to select from. With ClassPass, you need to book as soon as the window opens! I love this facility! I used to shower and get ready there after class and then straight to work! Lots of parking outside and always VERY safe! I won some free classes for Tru Fusion a couple months ago from an event they were doing at Area15 (it was puppy yoga with Service dogs & it was an absolutely magical experience!) Started going this past February/March to check it out. I absolutely loved it! The classes are definitely not easy, but I really enjoyed them & all the instructors. The staff is incredibly nice, really take the time to help you understand the classes. The manager was so nice & gave me a tour my first visit. They have four training rooms at this location, I only used two: Rock room & Soul room. Depending which room you're in, depends if it's a heated or non-heated class. I believe the rock room is the only one not heated? This location does not offer Reformer Pilates classes. From what I understand the other two locations do you offer different types of classes that might not be available at the eastern location. The instructors are so understanding & encouraging, especially if you're new to doing any of the classes. The cleanest fitness facility I've ever been to. Locker room, showers, bathrooms, training rooms, equipment, all spotless! They provide most of the equipment, (I needed to bring a mat, mat towel, sweat towel, & water, I was able to buy the hand wraps for boxing from them directly) when you're done, they have an area for used equipment so it can be cleaned. Equipment rentals are very reasonably priced. They have plenty of lockers & storage. Tons of amenities in locker room, & a water bottle filling station. Memberships are pretty pricey for me, so I will buying their class passes! I appreciate the fact that they do have options besides a membership (with contract,) you can buy class packs (but they do need to be used in a certain period of time.) They do some pretty good deals for their class packs through out the year & you can also do drop in classes. The first person I want to give a shout out to is Ashley who teaches their Tru Mat Pilates class! She was my go to person for starting at TruFusion, she had reached out to me about setting up my classes after I had registered. She helped me out so much, such a sweet person, & an incredibly kick ass instructor! My first class was so intense (since it was my first ever Pilates class, I learned a lot) she was so encouraging & really took the time to explain everything. She knew I was pretty overwhelmed & really made it a comfortable environment. She reached out to me after & sent me a really sweet email. I appreciate her so much for following up with me after & I can't wait to take her class again in the future! The next instructor that I had was Maddie she was my instructor for Tru Boxing Conditioning Express. Such a fun, but intense class! She was so nice & took the time to explain things, was very encouraging. She helped with anything I struggled with, I appreciated her help, especially in such a fast paced class! Her class is no joke & super fun!! You are getting a full on workout & also taking out all of your aggression at the same time, you're going back-&-forth between boxing & strength training, it is super quick! My next instructor was Nicole who was subbing for Ashley for Tru Mat Pilates. My trainer & I went together to her class, we both really enjoyed it. She definitely did things very different than Ashley & I really appreciated getting a different perspective on Mat Pilate workouts. They definitely teach very differently & I do love the variation! My final free class & the reason that I will be purchasing class packs in the very near future: Tru Roll & Recover with Neylan! She has such a peaceful, warm, & inviting energy. Her class was absolutely amazing!!! The people in that class were so nice & everyone was having a great time, a lot of laughing! It was so relaxing (still intense, nothing at Tru Fusion is easy lol) It's basically a slightly heated foam roller stretching class (I was definitely very bruised after from the textured foam roller) with a lot of slow movements mixed with meditation. If you need a class to help relieve stress & open up different parts of your body, this is the class to take! I cannot wait to make it a regular part of my schedule! The only downside to TruFusion was how loud the music is in most of the training rooms versus the microphones of the trainers. It can be very overstimulating, & hard to hear what the instructors are saying. What ended up helping me was using my filtered earplugs (like concert earplugs.) So that way I was able to hear the instructors over the music & the music not be overpowering, which also made a massive difference in my workout. So if you are considering taking Tru Fusion classes, & the music is too overwhelming & overstimulating, I highly suggest using filtered earplugs! The Tru Barefoot Bootcamp absolutely kicked my butt. I took an egregiously long shower after because lifting my arms to wash my hair was a struggle. The instructor was great. She worked everyone out to their limit, with grace for people to drink water, take a break or make adjustments. She did a great job explaining and demoing all the cycles. I appreciate the facilities as the shower area was kept clean and spacious, as was the lobby and waiting area. read more

I had an unpleasant experience after Jill Bernard's class. Following the session, she raised her voice at me when I politely asked another student--who had set up right next to me at the last minute--to move her mat because the floor fan she brought was blowing directly on me and was distracting. Unfortunately, I found Jill's response unprofessional and her teaching style lacking refinement. She participated in only a small portion of the class herself, and her attire was not appropriate for an instructor (the see-through clothing is intentional and foul). Overall, the experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming -- I do not recommend this facility to anyone looking for a solid and safe environment to practice yoga. read more

I took the free entry class! Wendy's ZFlow All levels hot yoga was just right for me and I LOVED it. It did show me how much I need to work on and just how out of shape I am. I liked the peaceful atmosphere mixed with Wendy's soothing voice and simple instructions. As a former cheerleader and controshionist I have been looking for something to fall in love with and I'm hoping yoga will be that for me. For my first intro to yoga I am not disappointed and itching for more. It was fast paced but I managed to keep up quite well until the end when I was getting burnt out haha They offer items if you forget them so don't worry if you show up without certain items (The showers inside are PERFECT if you want to wash away your sins after) Make sure to take care of yourself and eat a plentiful meal before taking the class! Water as well! I underestimated how much energy this would consume and should've been more prepared on that front with it being a heated room I hope I can come back soon! read more

I took the HIT class. The instructor, Heather Hernandez was fantastic. She exudes lots of energy, which kept us all moving. I'm 69 years old but was able to keep up. She adapted 2 of the stations for me since I've had a hip replacement and am not 100% yet. I burned tons of calories. I would recommend any class that Heather is the instructor. I'm visiting for out of town and Clarissa was able to set up my profile, get me situated for my first Hot Pilates with Michelle. There was a gentleman walking around maintaining the facility and he was very friendly and helpful. Michelle's class was incredible. I loved the flow of her Hot Pilates! Thankful TF treated me right even at the end of our road. Unfortunately, our goals and lifestyles no longer align but they were classy about it. I stated my case in a respectful way. They responded resptfully and that was that. No contentious drama over issues that are contentious drama with almost everyone everywhere you turn these days. I walk away annoyed at being forced (by outside factors) to quit a thing I love, but appreciative about a peaceful breakup and moving on quietly. Been going here for about 6 years on and off but became a member a few months ago. There's instructors that will tie me to TruFusion for sure. Shout out to Kali , Jaqueline , Mjnta , &Neylan! Always 10/10 in their classes. I do have a monthly membership which is feel is worth it but the only bone to pick is for as much as you have to pay this is the only Pilates/yoga place I've attended everrrrrrr that doesn't give out cold towels after which is such a luxury and feels amazing , I really wish they'd consider! The staff were very friendly and the space was set up well. Since it was our first time there, we weren't sure what level of Yoga we would be able to do but we chose a class that was labeled "all levels" and ten minutes in people were doing headstands. That said, the teacher didn't pressure us to do anything we didn't want to do so we sat through parts we weren't able to and she encouraged us to try the Yin class. Overall I would love to see some classes here that are more inclusive for those who aren't able to do yoga at the highest level but still want the benefits of the heat and the community of yoga. read more

Tru Fusion you disappointed me! I've been wanting to attend a class for months!!! My daughter has loved tru fusion along with another friend. I finally had a chance to attend, booked my free class, filled out the online waiver and arrived two minutes before the class started to be told I had to be there 15 minutes prior and couldn't go. We drove 20 minutes to get there to turn around and go home. I hadn't read the email after I signed up but it does say to arrive 15 minutes early. It should be bolded and state that you won't be admitted somewhere when you sign up for your first class vs a later email. It made my daughter so upset, she cancelled her membership. The class I had chosen didn't require set up and I don't see why I couldn't take a tour, and meet the team after? Is your policy so stringent that you lost a potential customer and an existing customer? This also didn't happen to my daughter or her friend their first class so the early arrival wasn't even on my daughter's radar. Guess I'm sticking to Planet Fitness. read more

The coaches is phenomenal! I would rate them 5 stars esp for Reiner, kat, and katybeth. However, I have some concerns about the front desk staff. I booked a class a week ago and went to the gym today, only to find no bike available. When I inquired, they mentioned 25 bikes for that class. My question is: are they checking to ensure all bikes are accounted for and reserved for the participants? The management should look into this. This place is really nice. I checked them out for a free session and decided to try a spin class. The instructor was good and I definitely got a nice workout in. I left drenched in sweat. I was surprised that there was only 5/6 people in the entire class so that did bring the energy down a bit but they offer a bunch of different classes so maybe spin wasn't as popular that day. I haven't been to TruFusion in awhile. I quit going because the classes were packed. They pack you in there like sardines. You have no room to move and the smell from the sweat and the sweaty floors was the reason I did not return. This was way before Covid that I was attending and after reading some of these reviews here, it looks like not much has changed. They are still packing people in like sardines and the stench from the sweat of people is still going strong. Even though TruFusion is directly across the street from my neighborhood, I will continue to look for a hot yoga studio similar to Modo yoga on Sunset & Sandhill. I've never truly enjoyed working out. I've always forced myself to go to the gym. But after taking a couple classes at TruFusion I am very surprised. I can officially say that this is where I like to workout! I've never done any of these "hot" classes before. It honestly never seemed appealing to me. But Omg it feels invigorating. I feel like my body is not only getting a workout but also detoxing and cleansing me from the inside out. I really enjoy these group classes. The instructors are great and the whole class participation thing is really cool. So far I've tried the 60 minute Pilates class and 45 minute bootcamp class. I also really like that they don't force you to get a membership. Memberships are available but you can also just sign up and pay to drop into any class that you want. I'm stiff and my flexibility is limited due to constant sitting, and never stretching. I work from home and pretty lazy when it comes to working out. I took a hot yoga class called TRUE YIN. Although the poses were challenging, that hot heat was everything. It really made a difference and I felt like this is so good for me. Class instructor could've been cast right out of a movie. He had the charisma of an actor and the patience of a loving school teacher. The music and low lights were a vibe. The facility is clean even the bathrooms class over crowded however but they made room they made room when there wasn't even any room. read more

Don't even expect to get any help from this location, I called one time regarding about a refund for a $25 drop in class I had cancelled 24 hours before the class and 2 days later I noticed I haven't gotten my refund so I called letting them know my situation and was told by a lady to go ahead and email them which I proceeded to do and explain my situation again. Couple days pass I call them saying nothing has been refunded and whoever I was on the phone with seemed like they were such in a hurry to get off the phone and not help me. As the phone call goes on she says somebody else will look into it and will be refunding it right now and still a week later I haven't gotten my refund. I've given up because they clearly don't care enough and I rather lose the money than have my time wasted and receive terrible customer service. read more

We originally was gonna do a kettlebell workout but she changed it to a sexy kettle bell workout and it was so much fun!!!! The music, the lights, the exercises!
