He has a deadpan, understated sense of humor that brings a lightness to class while still keeping everything focused and intentional. He tells us why things are done in a certain way, which deepens my understanding. His teaching style is calm, clear, and very accessible, and he's always watching to make sure students get into postures safely. His attention to alignment and safety is excellent, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his students' well-being. Even though Iyengar can be very precise, Adam makes it feel approachable and supportive. His classes are thoughtful, well-paced, and consistently high quality. Having practiced yoga for over 20 years, this class is good for beginners and longtime yogis.

I bought a 10 pack class package with them and was actually thinking of becoming a member. Well, that won't be happening anymore. I just finished a Pilates Reformer class and I was sitting in the waiting area putting my shoes back on and their owner comes out scolding her front desk employees stating that their Pilates instructor should not be mingling with the front desk employees and continued to state that if she catches it again that she will start firing employees. Mind you, there were a few of her clients/members that were out in the waiting area. How unprofessional can you be?! She couldn't keep that conversation behind closed doors?! Oh and that wasn't the end of it. She continued her tantrum when one of the member asked if she was Cindy (the owner) and she answers stating, "just email me." Did not even asked who is speaking to her and did not even bother looking at the person talking to her?! I was horrified just sitting there watching all this unfold. The audacity and rudeness she presented as the owner of the place?! It gave me such a bad taste of place!!! I have been in the Vegas fitness community for a while and never have I seen such disrespect and lack of professionalism especially from the owner! There are a lot of other places and competition in Vegas and for her to display such attitude, I will not be giving her my business again! I come to these studios to destress and not be part of such toxic environment.

The studio is small and clean (only 4 students per class). I was the only dude in all the sessions. I worked with 3 different instructors (Maria,Monica, and Jen). All very knowledgeable and professional. They focus a lot on toning legs and butts. Its definitely a lot harder than it looks. Overall, the classes helped me increase my flexibility, strengthen my inner thighs, and tighten my butt. Keep up the good work, Body in Mind!

I initially thought we would be using the reformers but it turned out to be an intimate mat style Pilates class given my Nina. She started off telling us about the benefits of Pilates and how she got involved in it. She refers to her class as Bootylates and she is a walking advertisement that it works! I currently take Hot Pilates at another studio so I was familiar with most of the exercises we performed. What differed about this class is being that it is not in a hot room I really felt I could concentrate more on the actual exercise, my form and my breathing more so then I do in a Hot room where I know those things get compromised as fatigue from the heat sets in. This studio is on the smaller side, Nina had 12 mats set up for us and there were about nine of us in class. The class size max is also a bonus as Nina can check form and correct if needed. Although she didn't use the reformers they are in the studio along with some . And just this week I saw a Groupon for a one on one session for $50 which is quite the deal for this type of instruction. Drop in class rate is $20.

As someone who has taken an extensive number of reformer Pilates classes over the past year, I'm…read morealways on the lookout for studios that bring a strong balance of atmosphere, instruction, and efficiency. After noticing that a few instructors from Core Pilates/Sunday Pilates also teach at The Good Place, I decided to give it a try--and I'm glad I did. The Good Place may be a compact studio, but the layout is impressively well thought out. With 8-9 reformer machines per session, there's enough spacing between each station to move freely without feeling cramped. The aesthetic choices here are particularly striking--neon backlighting in hues of purple and blue softly illuminates the studio, giving it an elevated yet relaxing ambiance. A neon sign glows in the back, and a rainbow-branded wallpaper accents the left wall, adding personality without overwhelming the space. Booking online is straightforward and hassle-free. A major plus is how quickly they accommodate waitlisters--life happens, people cancel, and if you're local, this can be a great last-minute opportunity to jump into a session. When I brought a guest, the front desk (which sometimes doubles as an instructor role) was warm, professional, and welcoming. They made the check-in process effortless, offering a quick rundown for first-timers and guiding us to our reformers. The Tower Reformers here are slightly different from the Cadillac reformers found at other studios like Sunday Pilates, but the instructors are well-versed in guiding both newcomers and experienced practitioners. It's refreshing to see a studio that fosters familiarity between instructors from different Pilates spaces. The Tower side of the reformer looks intriguing, and I'd love to explore that aspect in future sessions. So far, I've attended two sessions in the early afternoon--one fully booked and another with a smaller, more intimate class of six or fewer. Regardless of class size, the instructors deliver clear, concise cues, ensuring that no movement gets lost in translation. The music selection is thoughtfully curated--high-energy beats to keep you engaged during the session, transitioning into calming tones for relaxation at the end (a great touch during leg circles). A Few Notes for Future Visitors * The studio can get a bit warm during sessions, so I recommend bringing grippy gloves for better control on the machine and boxes. * Non-slip grip socks are essential, but that's standard for any reformer Pilates class. * If you're looking for a studio that welcomes guests from other Pilates spaces and values attentive instruction in a visually appealing environment, this is a solid choice. I'm looking forward to exploring their Uncommons location next--it's always exciting to see how a brand adapts its signature experience across different spaces. The Good Place in Henderson already sets a high standard, and I'm curious to see how it translates elsewhere.

The studio seems clean but not all the reformers were in the best shape. The one I was on had slits in it exposing the underneath padding on the carriage. This is the first time I've seen this. Overall, the class was fine but not sure I'd return to the studio again based on this experience.

I'm not sure if it's common practice for this Pilates studio but instead of physically showing you how to do the exercises she was giving verbal instructions the entire time and then getting upset when no one understood what she was talking about and being rude about it I literally want to tell her like politely to just let her know. I've never been with an instructor that hasn't physically shown us what to do so it's a little harder for me to understand it was apparent. She was getting frustrated literally saying something like" we might have to skip this because obviously you guys aren't getting it" When I told her I had an issue with my tail bone and I couldn't do an exercise she basically ignored me and said to just lay there until the next exercise when I asked her like if I was gonna continue just doing nothing and she gave me the most half ass exercise possible After letting her know that it was really hard for us to follow because we weren't physically being shown what to do all she said was "perfect" in the most passive aggressive tone at that point I just decided to leave. Instead of like having good customer service and being like we love, let me show you how to do this exercise, she didn't say anything and continue doing her work out with the other two people there. I was putting on my Pilates socks and then she started showing the other two people in her class how to do the exercises it was so odd i've never had a Pilates instructor with such an awful attitude I don't really care if she was the owner or whoever she was, but I will never be stepping back in this place again. Oh also by the way, this studio is also the smallest I've been to. They were less than like five reformers, it makes a lot of sense though with the owner's attitude I'm not sure how she even attracts clients

Started going this past February/March to check it out. I absolutely loved it! The classes are definitely not easy, but I really enjoyed them & all the instructors. The staff is incredibly nice, really take the time to help you understand the classes. The manager was so nice & gave me a tour my first visit. They have four training rooms at this location, I only used two: Rock room & Soul room. Depending which room you're in, depends if it's a heated or non-heated class. I believe the rock room is the only one not heated? This location does not offer Reformer Pilates classes. From what I understand the other two locations do you offer different types of classes that might not be available at the eastern location. The instructors are so understanding & encouraging, especially if you're new to doing any of the classes. The cleanest fitness facility I've ever been to. Locker room, showers, bathrooms, training rooms, equipment, all spotless! They provide most of the equipment, (I needed to bring a mat, mat towel, sweat towel, & water, I was able to buy the hand wraps for boxing from them directly) when you're done, they have an area for used equipment so it can be cleaned. Equipment rentals are very reasonably priced. They have plenty of lockers & storage. Tons of amenities in locker room, & a water bottle filling station. Memberships are pretty pricey for me, so I will buying their class passes! I appreciate the fact that they do have options besides a membership (with contract,) you can buy class packs (but they do need to be used in a certain period of time.) They do some pretty good deals for their class packs through out the year & you can also do drop in classes. The first person I want to give a shout out to is Ashley who teaches their Tru Mat Pilates class! She was my go to person for starting at TruFusion, she had reached out to me about setting up my classes after I had registered. She helped me out so much, such a sweet person, & an incredibly kick ass instructor! My first class was so intense (since it was my first ever Pilates class, I learned a lot) she was so encouraging & really took the time to explain everything. She knew I was pretty overwhelmed & really made it a comfortable environment. She reached out to me after & sent me a really sweet email. I appreciate her so much for following up with me after & I can't wait to take her class again in the future! The next instructor that I had was Maddie she was my instructor for Tru Boxing Conditioning Express. Such a fun, but intense class! She was so nice & took the time to explain things, was very encouraging. She helped with anything I struggled with, I appreciated her help, especially in such a fast paced class! Her class is no joke & super fun!! You are getting a full on workout & also taking out all of your aggression at the same time, you're going back-&-forth between boxing & strength training, it is super quick! My next instructor was Nicole who was subbing for Ashley for Tru Mat Pilates. My trainer & I went together to her class, we both really enjoyed it. She definitely did things very different than Ashley & I really appreciated getting a different perspective on Mat Pilate workouts. They definitely teach very differently & I do love the variation! My final free class & the reason that I will be purchasing class packs in the very near future: Tru Roll & Recover with Neylan! She has such a peaceful, warm, & inviting energy. Her class was absolutely amazing!!! The people in that class were so nice & everyone was having a great time, a lot of laughing! It was so relaxing (still intense, nothing at Tru Fusion is easy lol) It's basically a slightly heated foam roller stretching class (I was definitely very bruised after from the textured foam roller) with a lot of slow movements mixed with meditation. If you need a class to help relieve stress & open up different parts of your body, this is the class to take! I cannot wait to make it a regular part of my schedule! The only downside to TruFusion was how loud the music is in most of the training rooms versus the microphones of the trainers. It can be very overstimulating, & hard to hear what the instructors are saying. What ended up helping me was using my filtered earplugs (like concert earplugs.) So that way I was able to hear the instructors over the music & the music not be overpowering, which also made a massive difference in my workout. So if you are considering taking Tru Fusion classes, & the music is too overwhelming & overstimulating, I highly suggest using filtered earplugs! TruFusion is an absolutely amazing place to take workout/fitness classes. Thank you, TruFusion for being a safe place to learn & grow on my fitness journey.

They also run small, boutique classes for 5 people at a time. It's like being in a semi private without the price of one. They have great variety of classes too - from Pure Reform, and jump board, to "arms, abs, and ass." The best part was there was only one other person taking the class tonight. It felt like a private lesson! The only thing I would change is the intensity level. Many of the moves on the reformer did not feel challenging at all. This was fixed in a few of the moves by adding an additional spring. I strongly feel that all reformers classes should offer an intermediate level and an advanced level to students based on the resistance. Many reformer studios assume that all students are on the same level. This can get frustrating. Overall great class and nice instructor.
