I have always been intimidated to try Pilates just because I feel like I don't look the part of it, if that makes sense. I found them on my ClassPass and seen that they offer a new client demo class to learn how to use the equipment. I signed up for that class back at the end of April with Alyce. It was myself and two other girls, Alyce was super nice took her time getting to know and our goals as well as showing us how to use the equipment and adjust the foot bar and even how to clean the machine when you are done. I enjoyed it and for the past several weekends have done the beginners 101 class. I have been going to Jessica's 7:30am or 10:30am Saturday classes and I must say I love it no Saturday has been the same she mixes it up, I incorporate this on the weekends because I go to the gym Monday-Friday, I'm hoping to get better to try different classes and make this more than a once a weekend thing. If you have been wanting to try I would say check this place out very welcoming and a no judgement place I feel very comfortable and enjoy it!

I arrived 5 minutes early to ensure I had time to get any needed equipment and to briefly chat with the instructor to let her know that it was my first time taking the class. She was really kind and told me that she shares modifications throughout the class time and would give me any needed feedback. The class was the perfect blend of fun and challenge! I could feel the heat and knew that I was building strength, which was my goal! I was honestly a little surprised because I strength train 3x a week, but I guess that's the beauty of pilates. I really enjoy it, unfortunately, it is very difficult to get the classes I want because 1) the type of class (Zen) is limited or 2) the instructor is too popular - looking at you Jose :) That being said, it's my only gripe. The instructors are all great. The other members are very supportive, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. I quickly got over my anxiety of trying new classes. I have seen rapid results with minium effort - you literally get to be on your back for so much of it. The stretching and strengthening helps build stamina. I like that the instructors offer several different ways to do reps so you can decide what works for you as you build up endurance or if in case you need to accommodate an injury. This has been my favorite type of group exercise by far.

Updating my review: I've now taken classes with Margaret, Desiree and Lessy! Loved them all!…read more Margaret was amazing, her call outs were very clear and easy to follow. I had the shakes less than 5 minutes into her lagree class! Very good work out and very good instructor. I took the aroma soundbath class with Desiree. This was a relaxing yoga class, perfect for recovery. Desiree left me feeling more in tune with my body and I left feeling lighter. Essential oils were placed on our palms several times throughout the class, it was such a nice touch. Amazing class if you're really sore but would still like to move your body. Hot Pilates with Lessy was a very good start to my day. Her class was challenging, the room was hot, and my muscles were burning the whole time! Even though I couldn't complete some of the moves, she pushed me to keep trying in a way that felt so encouraging. Absolutely loved her and every instructor I've had so far. The wellness room is a private room that you can book just for you. Equipped with an infrared sauna, cold plunge bath, vibration plate, and lymphatic massager machine. I've used each of these amenities, and it's felt like a luxury spa day every single time. Ember & frost is such a gem for north Las Vegas and I would recommend this studio to everyone.

They have a wellness room equipped with a lymphatic machine, sauna, cold plunge, etc, which makes the whole visit feel elevated and restorative. The Lagree/Pilates room is stunning, with plenty of mirrors so you can easily check your form -- and, of course, get your mirror selfie in too! They have only four Lagree machines, but I actually love that -- it ensures the instructor can focus on needed corrections and form adjustments, making the semi-private classes feel more personalized and intentional. It's a bit of a drive for me, but totally worth it. I definitely don't mind making the trip to visit this cute studio again!

They each have a different style that compliments one another. Each day is a different workout. This is huge to me! I'm never bored because these ladies are constantly showing us new things. If you would have asked me 3 years ago if I would ever wake up at 4a to workout at 5a I would have say you are crazy. That was my mindset until Relentless. Now I feel off if I don't go to the 5a class. I highly recommend joining or at least try it out. You will love it. If you want a place that empowers you to become the stronger you this is the place. Come get stronger with us. It's not just cardio kickboxing. We play with toys (slam balls, MMA bags, free weights, Bosu, kettle balls, and more).

Initially, I was intimidated by the idea because I didn't have any boxing experience and thought the workouts would be too difficult, but Sarah (Coach/Owner) has made my overall experience so enjoyable and empowering! Sarah is incredibly sweet, friendly, patient, helpful, energetic, encouraging, and very knowledgeable and accommodating! She explains the workouts and moves thoroughly and repeatedly if needed so you never feel lost in class. I didn't know what "Jab" "cross" "hook" meant at first and I certainly didn't know how to wrap my hands before putting on boxing gloves but Sarah helped and showed me how to do everything. Overall, I highly recommend the kickboxing class at Relentless Fitness, especially if you're looking for a high intensity 45 min workout that incorporates kickboxing, strength training, full body workouts, cardio, and bootcamp style training. And also, you absolutely learn self defense moves that could potentially be used outside of class in a real life threat. All in all, I'm glad my friend introduced me to this gym and to Sarah because I have met great people along the way! I really enjoyed it, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The trainers are great. The times I was there I mostly trained with Sadie, Zulie and Ciara and they were amazing they really push you and are very helpful. The schedule they offer was very flexible, earliest 5am and latest I think it was 6sh I can't remember. They also offer child care for later times I think after 8am. I took for my 4 year old daughter in twice in the evening and she enjoyed it. The classes are typically 45 mins you end with a quick cool down and stretch. They do encourage you to high five others in the room all the time like after every work out. They also do fun community events, which is very neat. I would def recommend this place. It's pricey, but I think it's worth it, you don't have to reserve a spot in advance like other places and it doesn't get super packed.

But I wanted to try something new; something different. I figured these places always offer a free first time workouts so I did. Little did I know, I would love it and I'm almost a full month in. I was unsure it was possible in short training sessions even with a recent back/hip injury but John Juadines knows my ability. He works well within parameters that challenge me, but don't scare me into not coming back. John is amazing and focuses on each individual's strengths and weaknesses even on a group workout. WadBod is not a chain, and when you walk in, you have a sense that this place is a "family business" based on the camaraderie and support from everyone. I have never felt out of place or out of my league as everyone there is very supportive and "badass"! Try it. You'll love it. I know I do.
