We went to the orientation today (11/17/19) because the grand opening is tomorrow. Today we got to learn a little about the owners and the employees of this location and their love for Burn Boot Camp. Their stories were heartfelt and moving. You can tell, just by listening to them, that they care about what they do and truly want to help people succeed in their fitness goals. They want people to work together, to be accountable and encourage each other to do their best. To high 5 others when they work hard or show improvement. The gym is set up where there are serial classes in a day. Some classes are coed and some classes are female only. They offer an app that will show you the times of the classes and who can participate in that class. They also offer childcare for certain classes so be sure to check the app for that also. They offer other services to help with your fitness goals. I would call them directly to find out what they offer and how they can specifically help you. I am excited to be a part of this community. I will be updating this review after I've had a few classes.

Tried a free class and had such a good time, as I was pushed more than I'd push myself normally. Everyone was so nice and accommodating! Definitely a workout to consider to switch things up!

Reached 50 camps so far this year find your rhythm and stick to it!!

I was trying to find the motivation to get up and stay active.. I wanted to find a place that not only gave me a welcoming feeling but inspired me and held me accountable. BurnBootCamp does just that! I googled "all womens gym" or something along the line and this gym popped up. There are co-Ed camps available too. Lastly I love this gym, the atmosphere and the people so check them out you won't regret it!!

Lacks professionalism, common courtesy. Also endangers its customers with lack of safety protocols.

I was experiencing some life stuff and in the midst of grief at the time, and the gym slowly became my therapy since then. I don't have the monthly membership. I preferred to do class packages as my work schedule varies. I know each studio has its own pricing and promos, but typically a 20 class pack runs around $375. Sometimes they'll throw in some extra classes if there's a special. The heart rate monitor runs around $100-$120, but you can easily buy used ones online for cheaper. I bought the latest one and love the new features. I typically do the 2G workouts, where the class is divided into two groups. One group starts on the treadmills, the other starts on the rower and weight floor, then they switch. You'll see your stats and everyone else's on the TV while you work out. I think this is a great motivator if you're driven by numbers. I like how you get a report emailed at the end about your workout/progress, too. Personally, I burn around 450-550 calories per class and feel great afterwards. The coaches are friendly and help to push you. I usually train with Rocky, Melissa, or Sydni. I'm not very good at weight exercises, so I always appreciate when the coaches fix my form or offer modifications, especially Melissa! The studio itself is kept clean by the friendly front desk employees, and sanitizer wipes are always accessible when switching equipment. The class times vary, starting as early as 5am to 6:45pm.
