UPDATE 8/25/26: As I had just renewed my membership with Burn for another 12 months, I want to say that I am still a huge, HUGE fan of this boot camp gym and it's still necessary to say that Burn is my home away from home. Being a member here for two years now, I've been extremely fortunate to work with some incredible trainers, old and new. When I first started, I had a hard time keeping up with the workouts, especially on their cardio days, but as time went on, I started getting used to them. I also noticed some major improvements, such as lifting heavier weights that I couldn't lift before and seeing new muscles that I've never seen or even knew I had. I can also do more pushups and burpees without getting tired! They added a new 12:00pm timeslot on Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's in August of last year and I've been going to camp at that time during those days since. The rest of my camp schedule at the time of this updated review is Tuesday's and Thursday's at 6:00am (or 4:30pm when I don't feel like getting up early lol) and Saturday's at 7:00am. Coming here and getting a 45-minute workout in 5-6 days a week over the past two years has made me a happier, healthier, and stronger person, and I've worked very hard to make numerous fitness goals a reality for me. I will not go to any other gym in town besides Burn. I will continue to reach my fitness goals and create new ones with them for many years to come! read more

The team here are good, they are friendly. The only issue I have is with whoever runs the payments, I was charged for two months straight while I asked them to pause my account while I dealt with an injury . This was after my subscription had ended and was never told about the auto renewal. The only reason they don't have a one star from me is because of the coaches read more

My sister joined Burn Boot Camp and asked me to do the trial. I'm so happy I did! The staff are super friendly, the facility is well kept, and the motivation in the classes are amazing! I love the flooring there because it's soft and bouncy and good for people with bad joints. The instructors I met were knowledgeable and motivating! The classes I took were all challenging, which I loved! I took a few hiit cardio classes and a few strength classes. Calorie burner for sure! I like how they have an app to sign up for classes. It shows who the instructor will be and how many signed up. They also have a childcare watch for you moms. The staff are very personable. They greet everyone by their first name before each class. Although, there was a lot of text messaging throughout my trial. I do get that they want to check in, but I thought it was too much on my end. I do wish there was a board somewhere in front of the class to refer to with the different exercises that are going to be done in the session. It helps me remember what I need to do. I know the instructors go over it at the beginning of class, but there are so many exercises it was difficult to remember it all. Along with that, having numbers or letters to help with rotation to the next station would be helpful. I found myself and a few others confused with where to go next. Lastly, it would have been nice to have my water with me throughout the workout session instead of running over to my cubby to take a few sips during the workout. Thank you for welcoming me in during my trial! It was a great experience! read more

Lacks professionalism, common courtesy. Also endangers its customers with lack of safety protocols.

We went to the orientation today (11/17/19) because the grand opening is tomorrow. Today we got to learn a little about the owners and the employees of this location and their love for Burn Boot Camp. Their stories were heartfelt and moving. You can tell, just by listening to them, that they care about what they do and truly want to help people succeed in their fitness goals. They want people to work together, to be accountable and encourage each other to do their best. To high 5 others when they work hard or show improvement. The gym is set up where there are serial classes in a day. Some classes are coed and some classes are female only. They offer an app that will show you the times of the classes and who can participate in that class. They also offer childcare for certain classes so be sure to check the app for that also. They offer other services to help with your fitness goals. I would call them directly to find out what they offer and how they can specifically help you. I am excited to be a part of this community. I will be updating this review after I've had a few classes. read more

A colleague had been going to Burn for years and my daughter decided she wanted to try it out. We opted for the 3 day trial and after the first day we signed up for the 6 month membership. That was Feb 2024. We absolutely LOVE Burn Camps!! There are several different time slots every day except for Sunday. Every day is a different "Camp" and you know generally know what your workout will be in advance. Signing up for camps is super easy and you check in when you arrive. You can attend unlimited Camps. The workouts are designed so that you start at one "station" and change when the trainer tells you. Camps are 45 minutes long. If you have small children, some of the camps also provide childcare. When our membership is up, we will be signing up again for the 18 month membership. Fun, encouraging, welcoming, great workouts. I can't recommend enough. read more

Tried my first conditioning bootcamp class there, let me tell you... killer. The class consisted of 3 different sections with 2 workouts at each, to be completed in a ladder series. You were working against yourself and had 4 minutes at each section! The coaches were extremely motivating along with everyone in the class was very nice! Go try them out for your first free 7 day trial! Pricing for the gym is a little expensive for the unlimited packages, but up to par with other gyms around the city. Will def be returning for a great cardio burn! read more

This place is the WORST. Do not sign up for a membership here. I've tried to cancel my membership for months and they never call you back. They also put your accounts on auto renew without your consent. read more

Love this place so much! It is so hard finding a community that is encouraging and high energy. Sometimes you go to gyms , no one says hi, no one smiles, everyone minds their own. Here at Burn you not only is everyone welcoming but you are getting the BEST WORKOUT in each time. The trainers / members help you stay accountable. On the average I have come to Burn 3x a week with busy 2 job schedules. Now I am motivated to come 4-5x a week just because seeing everyone there everyday makes me want to have that goal as well. If you are thinking about coming in, just do it! read more

Absolutely amazing place! Randomly stumbled upon it and immediately loved it because of their childcare option. The staff is so friendly and the classes are always changing. It's such a fun environment and the community is beyond welcoming and supportive. I love it here so much! read more

As a mother of two, I feel more welcome here than I have felt at any other gym. I feel like every person at this gym wants to see me succeed and I feel completely uplifted. The trainers have empathy and positive energy and it doesn't go unnoticed. My kids are enjoying the childcare and I feel like this gym is going to make a big change in my life and the goals I've set for myself. It feels too good to be true. Don't hesitate, it's worth every penny. read more

They make it basically impossible for you to cancel and continue to charge you. They don't call back since they are only open at certain times so you have to be able to call only at those times which they don't always answer then either. I sent out an email to cancel per one of the owners instructions and did not receive a response. I spoke to another person who was suppose to call me back and never did. I've left multiple voicemails and nothing so once again I was charged this month read more

Awesome workouts, trainers, owners, and members. Love the protocols, music, and vibe.

This is a new Burn location that lives up to the name. The trainers are very friendly and they want to motivate you to not only become stronger physically, but mentally as well. They push you to step outside of your comfort zone and want you to improve every week. The workouts are fantastic and can be modified to your fitness level. The trainer shows you how to do every exercise, from the warm up to the cool down, and helps you throughout the 45 minutes. Both trainers are encouraging and understanding so if you have any injuries just let them know and they will give you modifications. If you are looking for a welcoming gym community then look no further. The second you walk in, you are greeted by the front desk and the trainer. You will also have the opportunity to develop long lasting friendships with your Burn Sisters and Burn Bros. The owners are a beautiful couple that would love to stop and chat with you as well. So if you are on the fence about going, go! read more

I recently found this gym on Groupon and have been going almost a month now. I absolutely love this place! The gym is very personable and the owners are very friendly and make it a point to know your name so you don't feel like just a number. Now let's talk workout .... wow each time is uniquely different and completely works your entire body. They are very motivating and help me push myself when I feel I have nothing more to give. They show you three different ways to do the exercises so you do at your own comfort level whether it's advanced, intermediate or beginner. I also love the motivational quotes on the walls and positive vibes I leave with after each workout! read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I signed up for June's promotion for $69. The employee Ashley kept saying there's only one spot left. I reserved a spot for June 7 at 930am. I was told to come in 15 min to sign in. I got there at 9am, however, the receptionist Sheila couldn't find my name or email. She rushed me to pay and told me it was going to be $100 something. I explained to her that I was informed of the $69 promotion. She spoke to the main person there and he comes out telling me unfortunately their done with that promotion so I showed him the text that they sent me which guaranteed the $69 promotion. Prior to that Sheila asked if I wanted to join the 7 day free trial no obligation promotion. I had asked for my receipt and was told they would go over everything after the class because it was about to start but yet their so quick to charge my card. Not once did they mention that the promotion was non refundable. I went to two classes, however, due to unforeseen circumstances I could no longer attend the classes. I called and left several messages, however, no one got back to me only via stating someone will get back to me which they never did. They can text me but they can't call me to give me options? I had informed them if that was the case I would have taken the 7 day free trial promotion that they was offering that month in June . I asked for a supervisor and corporates number but the person who was texting me kept texting me that they would tell me the same thing. This company is nothing but full of lying frauds! Y'all cant keep up with your lies. Their so quick to take your money and charge your account without going over the fine prints. I would not recommend this business to anyone. By far the worse customer service I have ever dealt with! read more
