Great, friendly staff, and super clean environment! The hours are sometimes difficult because even as members you don't have 24/7 access. Early morning or night hours usually mean less people, afternoon hours can sometimes be busy and mean you'll have to adjust your workout based on what equipment is available. They keep it dark and low lit in the gym which I enjoy so I am less focused on my aesthetics or other people and more focused on getting in my workout and feeling accomplished. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a boutique gym, that is never overly crowded.

I joined this gym about four months ago, and overall, the facility itself is amazing. It's…read moreextremely clean, smells great, and is very well kept. It's smaller, private and not super busy like most gyms. I can get my workouts done without waiting for equipment. I really appreciate the thoughtful touches, like the infrared sauna, nice showers, toiletries for women, hair ties, and the locker system. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a nice gym environment. There are a couple of male employees who are always kind, friendly, and welcoming. They talk to me, acknowledge me, and make the experience feel positive. However, my experience with some of the female staff has been the opposite. They often come across as rude, or unwelcoming. When I walk in, they typically do not say hello unless I say hello first. I genuinely love the gym itself and think the facility is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I just wish the customer service matched the quality of the space.

Even if it wasn't it's still cool that the gym has that vibe. Honestly I'm more of a boutique gym guy these days like HIIT, cross fit or some other style that is class styled however this place does the job for a quick work out. It's super small for a anytime fitness however it wasn't that busy shockingly, as I mentioned not my style of gym but if you're wanting a close gym and just want the basics then this place will suffice.

I already spoke to the owner about this which after reading the other reviews she will probably bully me on this one. The gym it self is ok it's like an elevated apartment gym and doesn't have everything but just enough. When it's busy you will have to wait for some equipment and again it's a smaller gym so not much space to move around if it's busy but that kind of is the theme with this particular chain. I prefer the rainbow and warm springs location best, it's bigger and they have machines that this location doesn't have. If you are looking for a smaller gym and come in early enough or get lucky when it's not busy this may be a fit. Just keep in mind their fob system if you have a membership through a third party.

I feel I owe these guys a review because this is the best gym I've tried since moving to Las Vegas…read moreand I've tried A LOT including Lifetime, Torture Gym, Anytime Fitness, Next Level, and EoS. - Equipment: 9/10 For lifting it's perfect, maybe a little less so if you are cardio focused or need more mobility/stretching space, but every machine is solid and in great condition. Enough stuff so you aren't waiting for equipment like at lifetime. - Cleanliness: 10/10 this is the best maintained gym and you always see staff cleaning. Other gyms please take note. - Owners: 10/10 Both powerlifters who clearly take pride in their gym - Trainers: 10/10 I have only trained with Isaac, but he has been incredible. I've struggled with injuries and he knows how to adjust form/exercise to safely push yourself until you're wrecked lol. Also great help with rehab exercises. - Staff: 8/10, mostly everyone is really 10/10, but there is one guy who is like an NPC. If you don't ask one of his pre-programmed questions, he has no idea what to do. It hasn't been an issue for me, but I think this is where one of the negative reviews is coming from. - Water: 8/10, this is a huge one for me where LV struggles over and over, they at least use a filter. If you are not a power lifter, I can see how this gym would be intimidating. At Powerhouse, I'm probably in the bottom 15-20% fitness-wise, but at other gyms I would probably fall more in the middle. Don't let it stop you from giving it a try, they really maintain an encouraging, supportive environment!

I thought I was lucky to find a Power House Gym. I wanted to train everyday while on vacation and show my son what a real gym looks like. On top of paying guest fees for two people for 4 days, I had intentions of buying him at least $300 of merchandise as well. It literally took me 30 minutes to drive from my Air BnB to that gym. The moron at the front desk took his sweet time having a personal conversation with someone and when he finally decided to pay me and my son any attention, he simply told me to scan the QR code and then kept on with his conversation. I don't know if he was one of the owners or not, but this type of customer service is just poor. I came with the intention of spending a lot of money in that business but after dealing with that I just refuse.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like other people should know about my experience…read more I had been following this all women gym for a while and was genuinely excited to finally kickstart my workout journey. As someone looking for a new women only fitness community after having my baby, I was hoping to find a welcoming and supportive environment. Unfortunately, my first visit was the complete opposite. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled consultation. When I walked in, not a single person welcomed or greeted me. I stood at the front for a few minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me, and when no one did, I sat down on the couch. At 10:00 a.m., I spoke with the Pilates instructor as she was telling her student sitting on the couch to head into class. I told her I was there for a consultation, and she simply replied, "she'll be with you." Directing it to the lady in the back room with another client. The Pilates instructor never asked what kind of consultation I was there for, whether I was a new client, or if I needed to complete any paperwork. I continued waiting for nearly 15 minutes without anyone checking on me. During that time, I watched another employee walk by carrying a clipboard and head to the back without greeting me or asking if I needed help. I wasn't expecting anything extravagant, just a simple "Welcome! We'll be with you shortly." Instead, I felt completely invisible. I was only acknowledged after I stood up at 10:15am and started looking through the flyers at the front desk to get the nutritionist attention in the backroom. I left feeling discriminated against. I know I still have a few pounds to lose after having my baby, and I couldn't help but feel like I wasn't treated with the same warmth or respect as others. Whether that was intentional or not, that was how the experience made me feel, and it was incredibly discouraging. To make matters worse, when I finally spoke with the nutritionist at 10:15am , the only thing she said was, "You missed your class. You can reschedule." There was no effort to ask why I hadn't gone into class or whether anyone had checked me in. As a first-time client, I wasn't comfortable walking into a class without first being checked in or told where to go. Again I have never been to this establishment and I was hoping to get a tour of the place. A women gym should be a place where women of all fitness levels feel welcomed, encouraged, and supported. Sadly, that wasn't my experience here. I'll be taking my business elsewhere to a women gym with a more welcoming and inclusive community where every women regardless of where they are on their fitness journey, is acknowledged and treated with kindness. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, mine couldn't have been more disappointing. They only responded with there's was some confusion with your appointment . How can there be a confusion when you send several messages reminding me of my appointment time. Also doesn't the coach know she had a first time client appointment in her calendar. So disappointing.
