We do a 30 minute session "comped" on them. Cool whatever. Afterwards I'm lightheaded dizzy. Actually went to the restroom and threw up. I have not worked out like that since high school. I truly believe this is all in their predatory agenda on getting people to sign up for the trainer program. So i get swindled into a trainer program that again I DID NOT want. They made it seem like you had to have this trainer program to even get a membership!I just wanted to get the eff out of there. The trainer I was given Janet was constantly on her phone for my sessions. Or would cut them short. If I'm paying $22 a session $88 every two weeks I want my full time! I tell them I want to cancel the trainer program and I'm given the run around and they just stick me with a new trainer. Well now fast forward. I have moved out of state to a state that does NOT have a EOS fitness. Within their tiny printed policy if I do not live within 20 miles of an EOS fitness you can cancel with no penalty. For the last 3 weeks I have tried to cancel my trainer membership bc you can't cancel it with customer service over the phone you have to cancel directly with the gym you signed with. And guess what Andre tells my trainer when I try to cancel before moving, just try and upgrade her! We'll cancel some other time. Excuse me?? Upgraded me to take more of my money when I won't be able to use the service? And then Andre slipped into a meeting quickly so I couldn't get the process started after my training session. I come back the following week to get the process going and while trying to get the Deed to my house emailed to me. Bc again they need the deed to my house to cancel, surprised they didn't ask for my DNA and first born child. Andre again slips into a "meeting" so I cannot be helped in person before leaving out of the state to get my trainer program cancelled. We are now 3 weeks out from me trying to cancel I have been charged for sessions I cannot take bc I DONT live in Vegas anymore and I still have no confirmation on my program being cancelled. Only that a ticket has been submitted. So how long does the ticket sit in submission for? It's a scam to just keep charging you again and again. I am to the point of calling my bank and having them put a stop payment to this program. Or cancelling my credit card all together. Stay far away from this place!! They don't care about your "health" as they sit and claim they just want your money and to screw you around.

Great, friendly staff, and super clean environment! The hours are sometimes difficult because even as members you don't have 24/7 access. Early morning or night hours usually mean less people, afternoon hours can sometimes be busy and mean you'll have to adjust your workout based on what equipment is available. They keep it dark and low lit in the gym which I enjoy so I am less focused on my aesthetics or other people and more focused on getting in my workout and feeling accomplished. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a boutique gym, that is never overly crowded.

The floor is filthy and management and part of the staff is rude and useless…read more I have to clean the floor myself before each class to set my mat down and the wipe (which I am simply using my own hand and a wet wipe, not a powered device) is black with filth EVERY TIME. I have brought the filthy wipes up to the front desk repeatedly, have talked to the manager, and am basically met with either attitude, like I'm the problem, or am given a list of excuses. This has gone on for months and months, and the floor remains disgusting. The cleaning staff does go into the room after each class, but they are obviously not given cleaning products to clean with, or what looks like black soot wouldn't be so easy to wipe up with a lysol wipe immediately after they clean. I've been a member since TruFusion opened their doors, and they used to be great, but since then it gets more expensive, and the quality goes down. We shouldn't have to beg to work out in a non filthy gym. Especially with what they charge for a membership. Our mats touch our faces, and the floor in the rock room is dirtier than if we put our mats in the parking lot. Called corporate multiple times, no response

After six months i have to say it's probably the best decision I have ever made. I was a semi pro soccer player for many years and I know what it means to train hard. My sessions at vip fitness are really motivating because they challenge me physically but they also make sure I understand how the program is moving forward with a long term progression. It's not just going in to sweat buckets. It's a program designed to get my strength, cardio, balance, coordination, body awareness, mental focus, and more all at its best. I'm so impressed at the level of knowledge these trainers have to offer and share. My trainer has over 22 years experience as a trainer! Every time I walk in that door i feel like the energy just lifts me up and brings out something great. I've improved so much since I've been training here and I honestly can't wait to see how far I can go with it. These guys know how to motivate and educate and it's something that is rare in fitness centers.

This is the break down of what makes this place so special. The trainer is passionate about health and fitness and this shows in everything that he does. He is an excellent listener and takes the time in the beginning to understand your goals and concerns to make sure your fitness plan is individualized for your needs. He is focused, detail orientated, and attentive. You are the only person in the room when you are training which allows him to constantly educate you on how and why your doing all the exercises. This also allows him to constantly make sure you are doing everything safely and with proper form (this is so important). On top of all this he practices what he preaches!! This quality is rare these days, he wont tell you to do something he hasn't tried or implemented into his own life. I love his positive attitude! He constantly inspires and motivates me to be better in every aspect of my life. I am breaking records and goals in my fitness left and right and accomplishing things I never knew I could! Not only will you gain fitness here but you will gain confidence in yourself.....and this leads to accomplishing anything you want in life.
