Found Premier on google while hunting for wigs for my sister who will be starting chemo treatments…read moresoon. We were looking 1 for a wig that would provide a comfortable look consistent with the style she already had and 2 for assistance with the experience of wearing a wig. We arrived without an appointment. On first impression, the selection was much wider than I expected and of a greater quality than we had seen at a chain beauty supply-- 1. Becky, the owner, gave us her full attention and consulted with my sister making recommendations based on my sister's current cut, color, shape of her face. She was very patient, didn't rush us and allowed us some personal time to review how we felt about each wig while my sister had them on-- 2 In addition to the above, Becky offered to shampoo and cut my sister's hair suggesting it would make her more comfortable while trying on wigs and lighten the load of the process of loosing her hair. And she told us she will be available to help my sister keep her wig in shape as needed. Becky's shop isn't in a convenient location for us, but because she met our needs as listed above and shared her own experience with her cancer, we felt our excursion, about 30 miles, to her location well worth the time and distance. If you are looking for a plain-spoken consultant for a wig to be worn during treatments for cancer, I recommend this shop and its proprietor, Becky Rodriguez.

Becky helped me find a wig that works for me, helped me style it, tweaked it (by trimming it), showed me how to care for it. Very personalized service. I appreciate Becky's help so much. Highly recommend!

Hello, I am disappointed that I feel I need to write this review. I found Margo on Groupon. She…read moreasked me not to purchase the Groupon for a full head of highlights, cut and style. She said Groupon charges too much and she won't make any money. I agreed and made the appointment with her. Groupon stated that a full head, haircut, and style was $101 and partial highlights, haircut and style was $66. She told me she only had time for partial highlights and would owe me the haircut. She was already foiling my hair so I agreed. My biggest issue was with payment. I am not sure if she pulled the bait and switch routine with me or not. I would hate to believe this is what she did, but I will let you be the judge. After she finished, I gave her my credit card and she swiped it but said she made a mistake and would need to charge it again. I asked her if she was positive the charge did not go through. She said she was absolutely positive. She swiped it again. It was chaotic and she had a nervous energy. At this point, we were both in a rush too. I noticed on my credit card statement a charge for $66. and a charge for $138. same day at Hair By Margo. I sent Margo a text message about the additional charge and I told her that the total should be $79.20 which would include a 20% tip. I sent a screenshot of my bill showing the two amounts. She responded and said "wow, that got really messed up, I'm sorry about that, I will fix it right away," ( the extra charge) I asked her about the total charge too, she said we ended up doing partial and the toner was $30, so you got a better deal at $115. I had no idea I was being charged $30 for the toner, which is a bit steep. Then there was a 20% tip added. I should have asked how much I was being charged but assumed it was the $66 and she said the toner was "not much". I have had highlights for 25 years and the toner was only used when there was a mistake, which was 15 years ago. My sister said her hairdresser doesn't charge for toner and another friend said she pays $15. Either way, she said she would correct the bill. About 15 days later I had not received a credit and contacted her. She responded and said that she has been too busy and was not able to follow up but will look into it. A few days later I had not received a response and called the credit card company. About a week later (now over a month since I had my hair done by her) requesting that she does have confirmation from glossgenius that my card was charged the extra amount and they advised for me to drop the dispute and go directly through her and that it would take longer for me to receive the refund. I wrote back and explained that they already refunded me and they will verify this with her. Then about three weeks later I receive a letter from my credit card company with a copy of a letter she submitted telling them the charges were VALID and I was not overcharged. The credit card company reversed the credit. I sent Margo a text message telling her that I received the letter with a copy of what she submitted where she stated that the charges were valid. She responded and said she did not do that! I also sent her the letter. Then she called me and offered to pay me cash. I think she knew I wasn't just going to go away. Per the credit card company, they asked me to submit all the text messages, etc. I spent 2 hours gather all the data and submitting per the cc company instructions. At this point I really did not know what to think. Was she really making these mistakes and did not know it? She did offer to give me cash. The credit card company said they are closing the case. When I contacted her to come by and get the cash she did not respond. I waited 5 days before contacting the credit card company again. Now 3 months later they reviewed the information I sent while I was on the phone. I spent 2 hours on the phone with them and they are finally re-processing the refund again and said it will be final. The credit card company told me that Margo could have made this easier and she could have refunded the money, which I know and made the whole thing very frustrating. Because she could have refunded me and did not and asked me to come get cash and then when I said I would there was no response........she did not have any intentions of refunding me and wanted to keep the money.
