I haven't taken the time to get my hair cut by a professional in years! I decided to finally make the time and came in for a haircut with Renee. Let me just say this was one of the best salon experiences I have ever had! The environment of the salon is great! It's a very friendly, family owned, clean and comfortable atmosphere. My cut turned out amazing, but most of all I am happy to say I found my forever stylist! Renee was just awesome, upon meeting her I felt so comfortable and immediately knew I'd be coming back! I will recommend her/ the salon to all of my friends! read more

I had such a great experience here! Everyone was so friendly, the music was great, & the environment was so calm . I wanted my hair chopped off & Sophie did such a great job with the cut & Balayage. Definitely going back! read more

The salon is very clean and welcoming. The hair wash chairs are amazing!! I went in and left with exactly what I wanted! Amphay took her time and listened to what I was wanting, we were both worried because I've dyed my hair dark so many times due to white hairs. She did a test strand and it took very well. So we went ahead and did a balayage with a root touch up. I'm so pleased with the results. I'm a very simple person when it comes to my hair, but after having multiple friends telling me to change it up, or to have hair to match my personality, I finally took a leap of faith. I'm so happy Amphay was there to work wonders on my hair!!!! read more

Having recently moved to the area, I was looking for a hair salon close to where I now live. I found the Solace Salon and Spa. From the person who answered the phone to my arrival at the salon, I felt very welcome. I was even more impressed when I met my stylist, Marissa. She listened to what I wished to do with my hair and she asked all the right questions. I was very pleased with the results and I feel very fortunate to have found my new hairstylist. read more

Friendly staff. Marissa really took the time to determine what would work for me. This was my first appointment and I will be back

Did a walk-in and they were able to set me up with Kylee. I have really curly hair and not every stylist knows how to handle my hair. Kylee did amazing! I got mi ends trimmed, full foil highlights and a color match to a picture I showed her. I love the results and everyone in the salon is highly professional and I felt welcomed and important. The salon has a boutique in it and a free drinks. Handmade items are in the salon too for sale and all proceeds going to MS. I'm definitely making this salon my fav read more

Omg! Mj is a color and cutting genius! I had to cut some a lot of bleached, damaged hair. Like, a terrifying amount. I was scared because shorter cuts are usually not flattering on me (I'm talking, Dora the explorer unflattering) Y'all, I was wrong. Damage is gone, I'm a brunette again, and she made me gorgeous! I love it! Thanks Mj! read more

Thought I'd write a review while I'm still looking glam. I've been coming to see Julia for a while now and she always delivers. She's a great stylist that is consistent-a hard thing to do. This new place has all the bells and whistles you'd expect plus more. Very centrally located off of 1488. If you want a great haircut time after time, come see Julia. read more

I'm so glad I found this salon. Very nice atmosphere, easy to get in and a consistently great hair experience! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I went to get my hair done and beard trimmed and the customer service was A+ and hair cut was A+. I highly recommend this place to anyone male or female wanting a haircut. read more

Abby V. saved me after having to leave my previous salon and stylist of 8+ years! She listens to my needs and wants and I always leave feeling great! My hair doesn't grow quickly and I never have to worry about her cutting off too much (unless I specifically ask her to). She always does exactly what I want and offers ideas and suggestions to help. The salon has a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Although I've never had to wait for Abby, they have a cute little boutique to browse and also offer quality salon products. Nothing like feeling amazing on Saturday morning before lunch with a vibrant new color and cut! read more

Miranda did a great job cutting my husbands hair! He has a weird cowlick and she did a great job making his hair manageable! Lol we will definitely be returning! read more

I've had my hair done by several stylists at Solace and all have been great! Wonderful atmosphere as well. Great salon!

I was told that one of the stylist was experienced and great with curly hair.... This was not true at all. She blunt cut my hair and now it is a frizzy mess. She didn't texture and it was extremely obvious that she lacked experience and knowledge on cutting naturally curling hair. This is one of the worst haircuts I have ever received. I wish that hairstylists would be honest about their experience with naturally curly hair. Cutting straight hair and curly hair are very different arts. I do not recommend Solace for those of us with naturally curly hair. read more

This was my first visit to Solace Salon, after passing it daily on my way to work...I decided to give it a try! I had the pleasure of having Erica as my stylist, who did an awesome job with my very challenging curly, thick hair. Leah, was my first point of contact on the phone and she was super friendly and made sure I was scheduled for ample time, etc. She even came over to me while I was at my appt. to introduce herself, which I thought was a class act for sure. It is quite intimidating to walk into a new salon, especially when you are nervous about how they might deal with your curly locks. (can be a definite challenge!) Erica stood up to the plate for sure and took command of my hair while being very considerate to ask how I was doing throughout the color, shampoo, blow out, and flat iron process. She immediately made me feel at home, and it helped to calm my nerves for sure. Conversation was easy amidst a relaxing environment, in a super pretty setting. I'm glad I took the first scary step of trying a new salon...I can see why this is a local favorite and I will certainly not hesitate in going back in the future. Thank you for operating a top notch business with courteous, friendly, and welcoming staff! It stems from the owners and management, so job well done to all! read more

So thrilled that I found this salon. All of the stylists are wonderful but my daughter, mother and I are so pleased each time that our hair is cut and styled by Renee. Highly recommend Solace Salon. read more

This past Saturday was my first time at Solace Salon. I was referred by a family member and have to say I am very happy I made the appointment. Went in for highlights and a haircut. Lyndsie did exactly what I had requested. She made me feel extremely comfortable and while of course friendly, she maintained a level of professionalism. Needless to say, I will be going back! read more
