I left this place so upset! I took my 13 year old daughter…read morefor a trim. She has long thick curly hair. The old person who took her started brushing her hair dry! Now if you have curly hair you know that's not the way to brush curly hair. It took her almost half an hour to do that then she went and started cutting her hair right away! She didn't wash or wet it! Then I ask about the price for my daughter's and they tell me it's $60!!! This was outrageous for a trim! I protested about the price and there was a younger one there started asking me about their education. Basically they went to school to give $60 worth of trims. She also said there isn't a difference between a haircut and a trim. Now if they went to school to become a hairstylist they should've known the difference between a haircut and a trim. Also I'm not there to pay for their education. The strange part is my son got a haircut there at the same time and they charged me $30 which was reasonable FOR A HAIRCUT!!! The people there were very unprofessional because they also kept saying your daughter has crazy hair and they kept repeating that. And my daughter got upset about that. She's already very sensitive and self conscious about her self. They proceeded to tell me we had to brush her hair! So my next question was you're charging me $60 for BRUSHING HER HAIR! And I want to reiterate, they didn't even wash her hair! The next morning I was looking at my daughter's hair and it's so uneven! I'm so upset because they took $60 for such a garbage job. Now I have to find a different place to fix the damage they've created.

She took her time and asked me plenty of questions to understand exactly what kind of cut I was looking for. She did not disappoint me whatsoever and I will definitely be returning for highlights in just a few weeks. They are reasonably priced and I had a very good experience with every employee that I interacted with at this amazing salon. I am very picky and I typically don't write reviews about my experiences at any place that I go to for any service. But, Kelsi truly impressed me and I felt like she deserves 5+ stars. She's very patient and also very friendly. She is also very knowledgeable and I left the salon feeling like a million bucks!! If I could give this salon and Kelsi 10 stars... I most definitely would. The salon itself is beautiful and everyone that works there was kind, understanding, patient and very professional. I truly look forward to my next appointment in May.

I have been doing my hair since I was a teen, so I know what to expect when I go to a hair salon…read more But this one was different. it took 4 hours to do my hair, and it was nothing special. colored my hair, wash. color weaving, wash and dry. The lighting is not that great in this salon, so it was hard to tell how my color turned out. But it is dark. Darker than anything I have ever had done And the highlites? I paid for highlites, where are they ? I used their own wording to tell them what I wanted to have done, " Dimensional blonde with beach waves " I didn't get demensional highlites, I got dark hair with some highlites. But this is dark, almost red brown. Then I go to pay and the bill comes out to $400. !!!! Never in my entire life have I paid $400 for my hair. Maybe some of you pay this much, but I never have. $150 is a good average for my hair. I was so astonished, I didn't know what to say. But at home I went over this in my mind & it really bothered me. So I called & talked to the owner and told her how upset I am. She went over my costs and found that I had been charged TWICE for the haircut. And her costs have gone up, her hair color has gone up $40 so she has to charge me 3 times what it costs to color my hair. I always leave a nice tip for my hair stylist, but when all was done it ended up costing me $402.00 for this nothing special hair And I never did get my demensional highlights. The owner promised me a refund and its been two weeks and not a dime has come back to me. Not even the over charging. I finally contacted my bank to see if they could do anything. And I tried to call but I guess my phone is blocked. The bottom line is this place is dishonest. They over charge. Because her cost of hair color went up $40 she charges you 3 times that much. And if they charge you for two hair cuts when you only got one.. well I guess thats ok too. Dishonesty. Does not keep her word. I will never go here again, and I am ashamed that a shop will behave this way. And I still have to go to someone else to get the hair I had hope to get at this place. I get to pay again to get those demensional highlites. Dishonest ! Does not keep her word

First mistake. She did not know what she was doing, she was calling Jess on how to proceed on coloring my hair. She left an orange ring on my head.. I don't understand why she wasn't there the first time Fast forward I come back on a Friday. To be there from noon all the way up until 8pm. Yes. 9+ hrs The process was never explained to me until after she messed up and I had to come back a third time. Jess left around 4 pm to get chick fil a and left me in a chair for over an hour. She finishes at 8 pm - charges me 400+ 2 days later.. my hair looks like a hot Cheeto. I texted Jess to let her know I need to come back and she stalls!!! She kept pushing the time. Saying she was only free after 9 am, then saying 8 am was good. She ends up getting there after 10 am. I also brought a close friend who she rudely shut down and told her she wouldn't be speaking to. When I brought her because I needed the support. She sits me down and dyes my hair. Has me sign a liability waiver and doesn't blow dry or straighten my hair bc I had to step away to take a work call and I come back and she's with another client- she never said sit down I'll have another lady do it- no, she completely ignores me This lady has known my family for years..
