They are very quick to blame and not listen to their customers if something does not turn out right. I've experienced some green streaks in my hair and left a message asking to give me a call back. When I received a call back the first thing the receptionist says is well you took a call during your hair appointment ( I'm sure I'm not the only person that has taken a phone call or work call during their hair appointment) and that might be why you are seeing the green streaks. She doesn't sympathize and say oh no , I'm sorry you are experiencing this let's see what we can do. Instead they jump to conclusions and very quick to blame the customer. My hair dresser Ashly never gives me a call back directly to gather more information (3 days have past since I left a message) and to see how we can fix this. Instead she has her sister Amy call me back again blaming me that the treatment did not go the way it should have. After several minutes of her arguing with me she finally scheduled me to come in to get the toner fix. The next day my hair dress again doesn't call but text me that I'm not taking responsibility and putting the blame on her (by the way I have yet to speak with her over the phone). I explained to her I'm not blaming just want to fix the green streaks. She then says she is canceling my scheduled appointment and I can go somewhere else to get it fixed. I've been an easy customer that has spent a lot of money with this salon ($335 for cut, root touch up and toner touch up) and when my hair dresser Ashly wants to move my appointments around to accommodate her schedule I do so with no complaints. When she is working on 2 clients at the same time and not giving me that full one on one experience, again no complains. The first time I've ever reached out about green streaks in my hair and then blamed from the start by the receptionist, Amy and Ashly. Then to top it off I was asked by Ashly to no longer go to their salon. I was never asked to come in to take a look at my hair or let's see what we can do and work with me. It's very hard to get great customer service and I was hoping this salon would have been able to provide that to me. I would say if you are looking for a salon for great service, that will spend one on one time with you during your scheduled appointment time and not bouncing around to other clients, and has fair prices then this salon unfortunately does not have these qualities. I hope they learn from this experience and next time listen and try to communicate in a positive way and compromise a solution that everyone is happy with instead of losing more loyal customers. I brought in a photo of exactly what I wanted and even called ahead to confirm. The first stylist completely ignored my request. I told her during the appointment that it wasn't what we discussed, but nothing changed. I woke up the next morning--two days before my wedding--still hating my hair. I called the manager right at 9 AM to ask if someone could fix it before the big day. The stylist had promised a dark color, but it came out completely wrong. I wasn't able to get in until the following Monday, after my wedding. The manager did a much better job, but it still wasn't what I originally asked for. I then spoke with the owner, and that's when things truly went downhill. She was incredibly rude and dismissive, telling me I was just "an unhappy customer who can never be satisfied." I had visible dye stains on my forehead and cheek, and my hair looked nothing like the photo I provided. I even had a bald spot, which I documented in photos. After seeing the pictures, the owner agreed to issue a refund. But when I asked when I could come in to receive it, she said she'd "make an appointment." I followed up for two days asking what time worked for her, and she replied that she's only in the salon one day a month and I needed to be patient. Her tone in the messages was just as rude as she was on the phone. Bottom line: the owner is the rudest I've ever dealt with, and the stylists need serious improvement. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.

Took my two daughters to get a haircut before heading back to school after the holiday break. The…read moreowner recommended Emma and got the girls scheduled with only a few days notice! Emma was so warm and friendly, she took great care of the girls. Emma made sure the girls were comfortable with different kids of booster seats at the washing station and her cutting station. She let them pick from mermaid and unicorn capes, was really thorough with the haircuts and then offered the girls styling options including curling their hair or braiding it! The girls will definitely be coming back to Ms. Emma!
