Made a reservation for noon on Saturday. Arrived to less than half of the tables full. There was clearly an issue in the kitchen as it took over an hour to get our food. The salon arrived dry and with hardly any vegetables. My partner chose to stop drinking water as one of the waitstaff made him uncomfortable. Nothing was communicated regarding the delay, nor were we compensated at all for the wait. The behavior of the staff was not impressive, nor was the food. The place was really clean. Nice size. There is a room available for a larger group. There was only a hummus platter available that was vegan friendly. When I spoke with the waitress she suggested another meal and said she would go speak with the chef about the possibility of making it vegan and adding some seasonal veggies to it. Well she came back with great news and I ended up ordering the Tuscan Farmers breakfast but made vegan. It was super delicious. All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on both food and drinks. I would love to come here again and hope to find more vegan options available on the menu. read more

Great Spot, with accommodating and friendly staff. We made a last minute reservation for 7 adults and a toddler , the team treated us like family. Very disappointed in the management of this business. I went to this lounge with three other people after going bowling one Friday night. Me and my partner had eaten here before and it was good. This night, not worth the money. I ordered the appetizer Octopus...almost $20 for 3 or 4 pieces and they were rubbery and not edible. I was really disappointed. The Caesar salad was a plate of torn lettuce, hard bits of bread crumbs...DRY AS A BONE. My partner got the lamb kabob and it was COLD and very small. We were pretty embarrassed to bring friends to this place. I wrote to (I thought) Elizabeth's restaurant but it turned out to be one of their other establishments. At $38, it was one of the most expensive items on the menu, yet the dish included only four scallops and felt noticeably small overall. We've dined at many fine restaurants and understand that quality often takes precedence over quantity. However, even with that in mind, the value didn't quite match the price. i reserved tables for August 10, 2025 outside on the patio for my wife's birthday. When we arrived the tables were joined together and all glassware and silverware were set in place. GM Vie had suggested to order hors d' ouvres days prior which we did and they were ready when all 9 of us were there and seated. I went back and forth on 3 or 4 stars here. I think the vibe and staff saved it from 3, but you really need to know it all to know why. We booked the Den (semi-private side room with fireplace, has sliding doors you can close) for our company dinner. We were told we couldn't do a reservation on a Friday night after 5 pm due to the fact that they have live music Friday nights and get quite busy. Not a big deal, we were fine eating before the crowds. However, they didn't seem very busy through the evening we were there. I hope that was just an anomaly, for their sake. The musician they had that night was good! Ambiance - check! Love the soft lighting, comfortable seating, beautiful table settings and overall decor of this place. Servers - very nice and helpful but seemed a bit slow considering their level of business at the time, as well as a bit lacking. For example, we had extra, unused wine glasses on our table that I ended up removing and putting on a side table myself to make more room. Also, at the end of the meal, a couple of us had extra pieces of flatbread that we would have liked containers for but we were never offered any and it had been so long between sightings of our servers, that we left them behind. Food - great presentation, but mild and lacking flavor. I did enjoy the house-made potato chips, but the onion dip was a small serving and wasn't as flavorful as expected. Same with the baked jalapeno artichoke dip, which was room temp and I felt should have been served warm. It was a bit bland. Additionally, the serving utensils for the appetizers seemed like odd choices considering (i.e. a tiny, tiny "fork" for the artichoke dip) and were hard to utilize with a larger group. Quite a few people in our group ordered the salmon and when received, one person's serving was clearly very uncooked compared to the rest of the tables'. They couldn't finish their plate and brought it up with the staff, who were very accommodating and apologetic. They did end up taking that dish off the final bill, so that was very nice. My Sicilian flatbread was good, if a bit charred on the bottom. Wine/beverages - good! I had the muscat and loved it! I meant to buy a bottle but forgot by the end of the evening. My spouse got the salmon and it was severely lacking. The rice tasted like steam in the microwave and then the "veggie" side was two sliced pieces of carrot and 1 sliced cucumber pieces that were all cold. Not good - would not recommend. Had high expectations as my wife had dined before for lunch and had a good experience. Was very disappointed in with this dinner visit for our anniversary. Hostess was great, beyond that service was sub-par. Caesar salad was passable, but bland and uneventful. Got the full bread and oil for appetizer -- portion was disappointing considering most restaurants would have provided the same at no cost and the bread itself was far from anything so special as to warrant additional cost. The NY strip steak was the biggest disappointment. I prepare reversed seared steaks weekly at home and I would have be embarrassed to serve anything like what was served for this meal. Excessive amount of fat on the perimeter and two lines of connective tissue through the middle, leaving a good quarter of the cut inedible. My wife did enjoy her burger, but it was hardly a meal. Condiments weren't on the table to begin and weren't even offered until we caught the waitresses attention five minutes after our entrees were served (by another wait person). The pour on my wine was skimpy to begin with and wasn't asked if I wanted another at any point. Was live music for Friday night and we were seated about 8 feet from the performers, which meant we had to nearly shout at each other to have dinner conversation. We passed on dessert given the underwhelm of everything else during the evening. Might try lunch at some point, but won't be on our return list for dinner. For local fine dining, we much preferred our recent experiences at Kennedy's, Cafe Med, and Tavern on Main in Springfield. read more

The depths of flavor on short rib paired so well with the carrot purée and the Dundee Hills Pinot. My halibut was cooked perfectly with a tasty pesto over squid ink risotto. I had been doing a little bit of shopping at Oakway center and saw Elizabeth's Wine Lounge as I was heading towards the parking lot. I decided to go in and check out this establishment and glad I did. I opted to try a Wine flight and ordered a couple of appetizers for a late lunch, the onion dip and House made chips were good. The onion dip was a little on the sweet side for me but still tasty. The house made chips were excellent. The menu offers a couple of different types of flatbreads, and the server also told me about specials of the day, including a flatbread with toppings different from the regular menu items. I went with the daily special flatbread. It was top notch with quality ingredients. I was pretty impressed with the menu of specialty cocktails and opted to have the chocolate raspberry martini as dessert. It was perfectly crafted and delicious and quickly "disappeared" before I remembered to take a photo!. The server was attentive, but not obtrusive and patient with all of my questions. The interior was very well done, and I felt very comfortable in the restaurant. It appears they have a separate room for larger parties, but I did not go in as it was in use by about eight people, celebrating some sort of occasion. I love that each table also had a cute arrangement of fresh flowers in a small vase. This restaurant is a place I plan on visiting on a regular basis. A friend and I popped in here for a well-deserved glass of wine and a light lunch. I had a glass of their rosé and it was delicious! We shared an appetizer of kettle-like chips with caramelized onion dip which was interesting but to me it tasted like too much cream and the onions were not caramelized enough. Then we each had a fire roasted flat bread... basically a fancy thin crust pizza. Mine had fresh mozzarella, a sprinkle of mushrooms, prosciutto and garlic and was tasty but the cheese was overwhelming compared to the other ingredients. My friend requested a Vegan option which they gladly provided, with artichoke, garlic base, tomatoes and mushrooms. All in all a nice but a bit underwhelming for the price of the food. We ordered the house salad with chicken and the pulled Pork sandwich which were both delicious! We had their house Margaritas which had just the right amount of tang and not too sweet. We had tried Elizabeth's when it first opened and it was truly lackluster. However, now that they have upgraded their Chef and offer cocktails it has definitely been a game changer! We needed a restaurant like this in FSB that offers a full bar, nice ambience, good service and great affordable menu options. I suggest giving it another chance if you tried it when it first opened. I'd leave a zero if that were an option. I'm so offended and shocked. We had a group of 8 arrive around 6pm tonight. We were with our close group of friends, and had great conversation and looking forward to good food and drinks like anyone would on a Saturday night. There was a large group on the opposite side of the restaurant winding down and leaving, and one or two tables near ours. It wasn't very busy at all. The waitresses had fun energy and very sweet, but it seemed odd. The manager woman was profiling our group from afar with concern that we shouldn't have more drinks. I had one drink and the others had just ordered their second drink. We had already ordered and eaten many appetizers, and had just placed 8 pasta and steak meals. We were gearing up for a very nice meal with drinks and what would have been very profitable for the restaurant and waitress. We were enjoying our conversations and laughing like you would with friends in good company. We never were told we were loud or had complaints or anything like that, she was oddly overly worried about alcohol consumption. We were all completely taken off guard as we had been to many restaurants as a group on other occasions and have never been profiled or accused in anyway of a potential over serve issue. Most of us are prominent business owners ourselves and were mortified to be accused of that. The only thing we can think of is that it was because we were wearing our Oregon Duck clothes from watching the away Duck game on TV, and maybe we were profiled in that regard. She tried to back track a bit once we all were listening to her concern in pure shock! The accusation was unreal and quite embarrassing. When my 2nd drink showed up it was supposed to be a mule with gin and ginger beer. It was straight juice and maybe a splash of ginger beer and no gin at all. That's when I was beyond mortified. They purposely served me a mocktail. I don't believe that was the waitresses call, but oddly the manager who never had spoken with us. I told our server I have never ever been so wrongly accused of something like this and to have my drink be brought over as a mocktail but played off and charged as a cocktail mule was not ok. As a group we collectively couldn't fathom giving anymore business after being profiled and treated that way. They said the food was already being prepared so we couldn't just call it good after our apps. I immediately asked for it all to be boxed up to go. It was very Interesting that the main meal took a very long time to cook and box up. That told me they had just started it once I said we were going to take our business elsewhere. We were so taken back by the accusation, and we will all never come back. I'm also going to let every person I know about this experience.
