Let's start with I haven't been to a dentist in like 15 years. My teeth are a hot mess... With a painful gum abscess I begrudgingly find a local dentist close to me. Dr. Nichols & crew took me in last minute and were not only able to see me immediately, they unknowingly secured a dental runaway. I'm loud and annoying and I have a very tight work schedule. I'm very hard to get ahold of when hanging off roofs working in the fireplace industry. Dr Nichols and crew were above and beyond in not only their professionalism but also their patience with my jacked up grill, ridiculous schedule and boisterous personality. My "Stay plate" (sp?) was hard to perfect, see above "jacked up grill" After weeks of my overburdened schedule I was able to pick up my tooth and could not be more happy with my experience w Dr. Nichols and the amazing staff that put up with me. 10/10 read more

This is one of the worst dentist I have been to for billing practices. Watch out around you Birthday or Holidays. They claim they will do some free work once they get to know you and you have had work done, this is not true! They tell you that while your all laid back in the dentist chair. This is the kind of place that will tell you that you have your detectable and then lets a balance pile on after the insurance company has paid their portion but will keep seeing you and let it pile up. They will give you unrealistic numbers on what the insurance companies do cover and will not hesitate to SUE you over any unpaid Balances. I've never had a positive experience at the dentist prior to visiting Dr. Nichols. I've had nice dentists and hygienists but routine dental visits were always painful. After repeated recommendations for me to try Dr. Nichols I reluctantly scheduled an appointment. Not only was the entire staff kind but there was no pain during the cleaning. Yes...this dentist is definitely as good as it gets!! She has an office that is in a cute little Cape Cod type house, it feels very warm and inviting rather than damp, sterile and cold. Dr. Nichols is very knowledgeable, takes her time, is extremely gentle and concerned about her patients. I am someone who is really terrified of dental appointments. I have had tons of work done with this dentist and I won't go anywhere else, I feel that comfortable and well cared for. Her staff is friendly and helpful as well. For the patient who had some billing issues I would say to talk with the doctor if you have concerns, they can normally be fixed but also keep track of what you are billed and what you have paid - that's pretty normal practice for medical billing. read more

After moving to Concord, I needed to find a new dentist but procrastinated (for years). Then one Saturday night I broke a tooth, a very conspicuous tooth, and it became an emergency to find a dentist. An acquaintance had mentioned Dr. Nichols so I called first thing Monday morning. Even though they were short-handed and I was a new customer, they were able to get me in within the hour and I walked out with a temporary crown. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional.
