I started a new job in early 2023 and almost had to quit it because of the pain I was experiencing. I was getting daily migraines, numbness in my arms and limited range in my shoulders, arms and neck. My husband had been to other chiropractors in the past that merely did an adjustment and then scheduled a future adjustment, with no long-term solution in sight. He had just started at Elite Wellness and told me to give them a try. I did an initial consultation and was amazed by their philosophy and practice. They are about long-term healing, not just one off adjustments. They start with evidence backed diagnostic exams and xrays to show you the extent of your skeletal issues. My xray showed that my upper spine was so protruded that I was exerting 12.5 pounds of pressure on my spine when it should have been 0 pounds! They then create a customized plan of not only adjustments, but of exercises to do immediately after the adjustment and at home, so the adjustment sticks! After a couple months of treatment (adjustments and exercise), my upper spine went back to the c curve it was supposed to be at with 0 pounds of additional pressure on my spine! I came in skeptical with my arm tingling. For me it took a bit to believe that my nerves causes my arm to tingle when I wasn't in pain. After adjustments for the first week and the exercises. I have had chronic pain for 10 years. I am blessed to have been led to Elite Wellness. The quality of care is top notch. You aren't just a client, you are welcomed into their family. They have state of the art technology and they found the source of one of my pain areas that 10 years of Drs and multiple MRIs didn't find. The iliac crest was broken all of this time from a auto accident, where I was rear ended by 2 cars... while I was at a stop. TEN years of pain, and that hip has now been validated. God brought me here for a purpose. Healing, not just "a temporary fix" is their goal. The 2nd major thing that Dr Cash did, was to take a repeat X-ray after my first day of treatment... my shoulders had finally dropped down into place after years of tension and pain drawing them up. You could measure the improvement ... you could now count 6 instead of 5 of my cervical vertebrae are showing.
