Dr. Williams and his team are extremely enjoyable to work with. They are professional, thorough, and take great care of all their patents!

Review for Swish Dental - Bee Cave, Austin, TX…read more I've been a patient at Swish Dental, but my recent experience has been disappointing. Some of the front office staff come across as rude and act as if they run the place. I was promised that my order would be ready on 3/27, and while I understand delays can happen, the real issue was the complete lack of follow up. I specifically asked to be contacted--whether the order arrived or notand that never happened. I've been dealing with Edna at the front desk, and even after paying half of the total cost upfront, I still received no update. This is not acceptable customer service. These young office staff members would benefit from proper customer service training. Patients deserve clear communication, respect, and professionalism, especially when they've already paid and are simply waiting for the office to keep its word. Mathews

I was referred to PPofTX by my orthopedic surgeon. I recently had a VERY THOUROUGH (general intake,…read morephysical exam, discuss imaging, course of treatment, etc.) new patient consult and I can't express how pleased I am with the level of care I have received thus far. All of the staff are extremely nice and knowledgeable. Despite the [painful] reason I was there, I left feeling a bit of relief simply knowing what my future options and plans are...at this point in my health journey, PROGRESS is everything! I will provide a follow-up after my first procedure (coming soon). The location is easy to access, and has ample parking. The facility is modern and clean. So far, definitely 5 stars. If you (and I sincerely hope not) discover a need for nerve pain relief, I recommend PPofTX. Be sure to say "howdy" to the lovely ladies Beverly, Annie, and Ellen. :D

So I decided to do the stem cell "treatment" once for four thousand dollars, where they put you under. Then I waited months before I could really do anything besides walk. My checkups reflected that my knee condition actually got worse from the treatment. That was after a year of staying low (not being active), hoping that it was healing. They did not say what I could and couldn't do, just very general statements. I would not recommend this procedure as it was wasted time and money. The doctor would not talk to me after the procedure, only his assistants.

She also doesn't push unnecessary treatments which I appreciate as someone who is both budget conscious and takes very good care of my teeth. It even seems like prior issues with finding consistent hygienists have been remedied. Unfortunately they still have a lot of issues finding reliable and knowledgeable front desk personnel, and as a result I have had a TON of billing issues, which ultimately resulted in my and my family leaving the practice. Although these issues have persisted the entire 4 years I have been a patient, most recently I was not told my and my child's visit was out of network until I received the bill. Apparently the practice has not updated their information with insurance providers and the old doctor is still listed as in network even though the practice changed hands nearly a year ago. Although I don't believe it was done on purpose, it certainly affected my family in a financially negative way and it is reflective of the overall poor communication and billing practices.

Do NOT go to this guy! Biggest mistake of my life. He flat-out lied to me about the seriousness of…read moremy injury. I went to see him for pain and limited movement in my left shoulder. Although he was not friendly and I could tell he did not give a crap about me outside of my injury, I was impressed with his years of experience and his practice seemed well run, so I trusted him. While reviewing my MRI images, he told me I had a bad rotator cuff tear. He later told my wife and me, minutes before surgery, that I had a 75% rotator cuff tear. After the surgery, I found the MRI written summary, and the first sentence read, "No rotator cuff tear." The report repeated this 2 more times in the following paragraphs. I copied and pasted the MRI results into ChatGPT and asked whether surgery was the best option. It said no, and that surgery should be the last option. It recommended a steroid shot for the pain, rest, and 6 weeks of P. T. Dr. Moore never mentioned anything about resting it and waiting to see if it gets better. He said surgery was the only option. This was on a Friday. I was in a lot of pain, so I agreed to surgery the following Tuesday, which, of course, was open in his schedule. I wish so badly I had gone for a second opinion. He never said anything about how horrific rotator cuff surgery is, how painful the first 3 months are, or how it takes a year to fully recover. Nothing of the sort. He gave me zero warning about what I was getting myself into. I just thought I would be back to normal in a few months. He was a jerk at each of my two follow-up visits. I'm more than 4 months post op now and my shoulder still sits an inch higher up than my right. It looks awful and even with months of PT, home stretching, and strength training, it is still a mess and still causes pain. He is cocky and has a big ego. Just look at the reviews. Although somehow, he has some 5-star reviews, his last 5-star was over 7 years ago. All the rest are 1-star.

I brought my girls to HCPD after their first dentist stopped taking our insurance. I was sad to…read moreleave their first dentist b/c my girls loved them and he and his staff had been so wonderful, it seemed. Well, I was very, very lucky, b/c he had been missing bad decay that my girls had accumulated over the years. What a wake-up call! Dr. Manshadi was incredibly patient and understanding with me and the girls (who were 4 and 7 at the time). He and his staff did a fantastic job with my very anxious 7 year old, who had 4 cavities filled and a tooth extraction. Not to mention a very anxious and guilt-ridden mother. The only problem we encountered was this: despite heroic efforts, he wasn't able to treat my 4 year old without GA; she was too squirmy. He tried repeatedly and didn't charge me, and was being responsible by "not starting something he couldn't finish". He suggested doing the procedure under general anesthesia, however we decided to see if someone with more experience could do it and found someone who was able. I don't blame him for this at all. As for the review where the person said Dr. M found lots of cavities and then another dentist said there were none, I would recommend a third opinion. In our case, the tooth that was extracted from my 7 year old was visibly in terrible shape (in fact, I had asked the prior dentist about what looked like decay to me and he said it was just discoloration!!!) and my 4 year old had to have an emergency crown put on her tooth during her procedure b/c the dentist showed me that the decay went down to the root (this wasn't visible on any xrays, only once they started drilling). I understand that no parent wants to hear this news and put their kid through the difficult procedures, but it's much better to catch it early. So, Dr. Manshadi has my complete trust. I think he is cautious and thorough, and handles even difficult patients with kindness and great care.

I'm giving them 4 stars because over all they are a good office. Read all these reviews though…read more They do have some issue when it comes to insurance and what they pay and what you pay. Just as everyone of these reviews below, I had issues with the billing and what my portion was as well. Plain and simple, they TRIED overcharging and/or saying our portion to pay was higher than what we knew it to be. Went round and round with Amanda (office manager)but I think we finally have it all straighten out. Amanda btw, is very approachable and though I know I annoyed her to no end a time or two, she was always cool, calm, and collective. Never once raised her voice and ultimately we got the issue ironed out. Just be SUPER careful when dealing with the bill because mistakes will be written off as "accidents". Look it over, once or 10 times, just to be sure. Now on to the dentist himself. AWESOME guy. Takes his time and makes sure you know what you are getting into. Explains it all in detail.Nice guy and simply does a good job. Overall this is a good dentist. They just have a long way to go when it comes to figuring out that they can not keep on trying to overcharge people. if the office's customer service would catch up with the awesomeness of the dentists here, they would stay busy. Word of mouth goes a LONG way, especially in a small town like Bee caves and Lakeway, I really hope they get it together because no one is dumb enough to think that all these reviews, all stating the same exact things were just "accidents". Overall, I was surely satisfied and will be using this dentist for all my teethly needs :-)

I am writing to share my concern about my recent appointment experience…read more I contacted your office because I needed help scheduling my dental exam and cleaning due to my limited time before travel. Instead of feeling helped or understood, I felt that I was treated in a rude and dismissive way, as if I did not understand what was being explained to me. Later, my appointment was canceled without receiving confirmation from me first. I understand that emergencies can happen, but I was not able to check my phone or email during the day. When I arrived at the office, I was again met with an unhelpful and rude attitude. Because of this situation, I lost valuable time and was left without enough time to schedule my cleaning somewhere else before my travel. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience. I believe no customer or patient should be made to feel this way. I hope this situation will be reviewed and that communication and customer service can be improved.
