Save Your Money and Shop Somewhere Else
My experience with Elite has been infuriating, marked by poor communication, unprofessionalism, and a lack of basic customer courtesy.
I purchased my vehicle on August 27. I repeatedly followed up as my temporary tag approached expiration, only to discover that my tag had apparently been available for pick on September 14.
To make matters worse, salesperson Tyranny Brown responded to my reasonable inquiry with emails written almost entirely in capital letters, coming across as irritated and confrontational simply because I wanted an update about my own vehicle registration. He acted as if it was a nuisance for me to contact him over my own tag. Absolutely unacceptable.
Within a little over a month of purchasing the vehicle, I've also experienced shuddering when braking, where the quoted me over $1000 in repairs, and potential headlight malfunctions.
I attempted to address my concerns directly with the dealership before taking them public. Unfortunately, the experience has left me questioning this business's professionalism and commitment to customer service.
Your money is hard-earned. Spend it somewhere that values your business. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering Elite to look elsewhere. read more
