My thing is this: If a customer is paying you their hard earned money please do all you can to sell them reliable transportation. The inside pads were installed on one side of the vehicle and the outside pads were installed on the other side. Unfortunately, it meant another brake job, because several months had passed and the pads wore unevenly and damaged the rotors in the process. I've done a lot of reading on the subject, and apparently the problem of incorrectly installed brakes is not all that uncommon; however, I just expect better considering the cost involved.
