What an incredible difference in customer service. MK is the best!…read more I walked into this Enterprise after a terrible experience at the Hertz location just a few hundred feet away. I needed a minivan and was in a hurry. MK was amazing. She greeted me with a smile, immediately got to work helping me, looked up my account and corporate discount, found me a minivan, and had me on my way in five minutes or less. Seriously. She was friendly, efficient, helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to take care of a customer. It was exactly what good customer service should look like. The contrast couldn't have been greater. I walked out of Hertz frustrated and walked into Enterprise expecting the process to take forever. Instead, MK completely turned the experience around. Huge thank you to MK and the team here. Shoutout to Chris for the joke to make me smile. You've earned my business going forward.

I did everything online - booked the rental and entered credit card info. When we arrived, we were greeted by Gabrielle. We were heading in the long weekend - Jan 1st 2024 so she let us know if we needed to extend the rental, we just let her know the next afternoon by 1 pm. We soon found out we had to extend, gave her a call and our rental was extended! They provided us the cost to extend. On the morning we returned the car, we went in and she recognized us and greeted us with a smile and wave, as she was on the phone. We gave her the key and she asked how the rental was and if we got our car. Yes, indeed! Everyone there was nice and helpful- I'm glad we went to this location. Would highly recommend- she made it so convenient for us! Thank you, Gabrielle! I failed to mention that my hubby had been to this location before and he let me know the process was fast and easy as well! Happy New Year yall!

!!! Would not honor my reservation !!!…read more I arrived before my scheduled rental time and found several customers already waiting. There were two employees working, neither of whom seemed to have any urgency or interest in helping the people standing in front of them. Because I was in a hurry (wife and kids in the car), I quickly asked whether they had a minivan available. They asked when I had made my reservation. I told them about an hour earlier, and they immediately told me they would not honor it because it had been made too recently. They told me I would have to call customer service myself to cancel it. No attempt to help. No attempt to find a solution. No eye contact. I was simply told to get in line. What stood out most wasn't even the reservation issue. It was the complete lack of customer service. The staff were dismissive and treated me, and frankly the other customers waiting, as though we were an inconvenience. So I left and drove literally a few hundred feet to Enterprise. They had me in a minivan and on my way in five minutes or less. No joke. To Hertz's credit, I eventually reached someone in customer service by phone who was wonderful. She confirmed I had not been charged, listened to what happened, and escalated my feedback appropriately. That's exactly what good customer service should look like, and I appreciated how she handled it. I run a business myself, and I would absolutely want to know if customers were being treated this way by people representing my company. I've rented from Hertz around the world and have had plenty of good experiences. This review isn't about Hertz generally. It's about the incredibly poor experience at this particular location. When a competitor a few hundred feet away can solve the exact same problem in five minutes, with a smile, while your location makes a customer feel like an inconvenience, something is seriously wrong. Enterprise earned my business that day. This Hertz location lost it.

I rented a flatbed truck to move some items from my home. The pickup experience was excellent. The associate, Kirk, was friendly, professional, and made the process easy. Unfortunately, I didn't check the weather, and a storm passed through that weekend. As a result, I wasn't able to complete my project, and the truck remained parked safely in my driveway unused. I returned it the following day, left the keys in the drop box, and the total mileage driven was less than 50 miles. Later, I received a call from the location informing me they intended to file a claim against my insurance for a cracked windshield. I explained that I had taken both photos and videos of the truck immediately before returning it, and the windshield was undamaged at that time. I was then told that because I dropped the truck off on a Sunday, I would still be responsible for any damage discovered the following day when the location officially checked the vehicle back in, even if that damage occurred after I returned it. After disputing this, I received a call from the location manager, Josh. He listened to my concerns, said he understood my frustration, and told me they would not be filing a claim. He also said he would close my reservation and that I would simply receive my final rental invoice. More than a month later, I received a notification from my insurance company that Enterprise had, in fact, filed a claim. The information I was given by the manager turned out to be inaccurate. I then had to spend several days working with State Farm, submitting my photos and videos as evidence, and consulting an attorney about my options. As of today, I also have an outstanding balance of $340 for damage that I dispute. My advice is simple: if you rent from this location, take detailed photos and videos of every side of the vehicle, including the windshield, both at pickup and immediately before you return it. That documentation may be the only thing protecting you if a dispute arises.

The collision center employees told me they had left just before 5:30. So I had to leave my rental key with my name on a piece of paper on the counter for them, where I found two other keys left in the same manner. Throughout having the rental, I had "change oil light come on the same week I had rented it. The low tire press light was on, and the registration expired while I had it. I notified them of these problems at least 3 times while I had the vehicle. I was told that they would find me a replacement vehicle because of the registration but they wanted me to take time out of my day to take the vehicle to a local shop and wait for the maintenance to get done, which should have been done before renting it out to someone. They never did get me a replacement vehicle, so I just kept driving on an expired Registration because I had no other choice. Basically, rental cars are in such high demand right now that they aren't maintaining them at all. The priority is to just make it look nice before pumping it out to the next customer.
