I didn't know how long my repair was going to take and I needed a car to get home. So, I made a reservation online to pick up a car here. Within a few minutes, I received a voicemail saying deposit is $300 and other tips. The repair ended up being on the same day. I called to ask if I can change my contract but the office was closed. I waited till 10 am Saturday and they still haven't called. I went to the office, it was packed. I thought okay. No change and I'll return it on Monday. There seems to be some staffing shortage at this office. One person handles everything in the office. I saw 2 people moving cars in the lot. Returning my car was a breeze. I had to make sure that I bought gas. The vehicle had no issues. I had to take some pictures of the scratches and made sure they were aware. Because I didn't get an inspection report beforehand. My deposit was returned back to my bank account. I don't mind coming back but I'll check out other Enterprises first. It's hard to drive into the lot.

I was told I would receive a survey text, but instead got a message about my insurance accepting a body shop claim -- even though the car had already been returned. When I checked my account, the $300 deposit hold showed I would only get $88 back. I called the store, and a young man named Christopher answered. He immediately became defensive and told me the car was returned two days late (10/15/2025), which was completely false. I went to the location in person and asked for a manager. Christopher claimed he was the manager and started arguing with me about the return. Only after pressing him did he say, "It was just a mistake -- you'll get your full refund. It's not that serious." His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. It's now clear this location has serious integrity issues. I've filed complaints with corporate and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Based on my experience, it appears cars are being re-rented after being returned, and prior customers are later falsely charged for damages or late returns. Do not rent from this location. I'm now investigating how the vehicle I returned in perfect condition somehow ended up in a body shop claim under my name. Something is definitely not right here.

From start to finish, both of these gentlemen went above and beyond to make my rental experience smooth and stress-free. Originally, my sister and I stopped by to rent a car for a concert. Things didn't go exactly as planned on my end, but Bj and Christopher stepped in with patience, understanding, and incredible professionalism. They worked with me to get everything sorted out, and their level of customer service was truly impeccable. What stood out most was their consistency. I ended up keeping the car for almost a month, and anytime I had a question or ran into an issue, one of them was always available. They either answered my call right away or took the time to call me back and walk me through whatever I needed help with. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers like that. Because of Bj and Christopher, Enterprise has definitely earned my loyalty.
