He gave me a rental that had a low battery and I didn't know this until the vehicle completely stopped and I had to call triple A. He also ignored all of my calls after I complained about this and stated that he wouldn't be able to give me the district manager or corporate information. Please do not go to this location, you will most certainly regret it. The worst customer service and the worst staff members. They will not give you good service or a good reliable vehicle. This is a 20 minute drive for me but the Yelp reviews on the 2 Avis locations closer to me were bad enough to scare me away. After all was said and done, the drive to this location was completely worth it. The customer service was extraordinary which is something that is hard to come by it seems. The gentleman who helped me was so straightforward and quick but he was also funny and nice. Clearly a really good guy. And if that wasn't enough, the car we rented was great. He gave us a free upgrade and the car was clean and comfortable. On top of that, the price was really great, a good $100 less than the major competitor. I booked online and it was super easy and very user friendly. I can't say enough good things about this place, this is definitely going to be the only place I rent from!

I had already been renting a car from this Budget location years. He took the keys, and he wouldn't let me unload everything I had in my car. What an asshole. I had to walk back to my Apartment, get my car, and drive it back to Budget before they closed to get my belongings. He is a jerk. He only cares about your money. Don't rent from this Budget location. There are plenty of other good Car Rental locations in 77063. Then they had someone in their Customer Service Department call me to ask what happened. Why? Nothing was going to get done about it. Umar runs the place so would they even call me. Also, any maintenance issues that occur, you have to pay for them yourself. Other Car Rental locations have National Accounts with places like Firestone, and NTB where you get all the maintenance done for free. Not so at Budget. If you're smart, you will spend your money at another Car Rental Company. I just hope the other Budget locations don't have employees as rude as Umar. Obviously, from reading the other reviews, I'm not alone in my opinion. Bruce Wilson

I waited till 10 am Saturday and they still haven't called. I went to the office, it was packed. I thought okay. No change and I'll return it on Monday. There seems to be some staffing shortage at this office. One person handles everything in the office. I saw 2 people moving cars in the lot. Returning my car was a breeze. I was told I would receive a survey text, but instead got a message about my insurance accepting a body shop claim -- even though the car had already been returned. When I checked my account, the $300 deposit hold showed I would only get $88 back. I called the store, and a young man named Christopher answered. He immediately became defensive and told me the car was returned two days late (10/15/2025), which was completely false. I went to the location in person and asked for a manager. Christopher claimed he was the manager and started arguing with me about the return. Only after pressing him did he say, "It was just a mistake -- you'll get your full refund. It's not that serious." His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. It's now clear this location has serious integrity issues. I've filed complaints with corporate and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Based on my experience, it appears cars are being re-rented after being returned, and prior customers are later falsely charged for damages or late returns. Do not rent from this location. I'm now investigating how the vehicle I returned in perfect condition somehow ended up in a body shop claim under my name. Something is definitely not right here.

Outstanding Customer Service - Above and Beyond Experience!…read moreI want to take a moment to highlight two amazing employees at Enterprise: Bj Caples and Christopher Adigwe. From start to finish, both of these gentlemen went above and beyond to make my rental experience smooth and stress-free. Originally, my sister and I stopped by to rent a car for a concert. Things didn't go exactly as planned on my end, but Bj and Christopher stepped in with patience, understanding, and incredible professionalism. They worked with me to get everything sorted out, and their level of customer service was truly impeccable. What stood out most was their consistency. I ended up keeping the car for almost a month, and anytime I had a question or ran into an issue, one of them was always available. They either answered my call right away or took the time to call me back and walk me through whatever I needed help with. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers like that. Because of Bj and Christopher, Enterprise has definitely earned my loyalty. They turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a great experience, and I'm extremely grateful for their professionalism, kindnes & d follow-through. Thank you both for setting the standard for excellent customer service!
