Reserved an "intermediate" car and was given a pretty new Toyota Corolla (under 10k miles on the odometer). However, the car was already in pretty bad condition. Both the driver and the passenger front seats were stained. I didn't even realize they were stained until I got home from picking up the rental and so they weren't noted on the reservation papers. I was a little bit worried that they were going to blame me for the stains but no issues about that when returning. The fragrance that they use to deodorize the car smelled really strong. Like REALLY STRONG. The moment you open the car door, you could just smell it. And after you've been driving in the car for a little bit, you could smell it on your body. Definitely ew. Avis employees: Seriously, what do you guys put in the car? Tone it down a bit, please. Anyway, the pick up and return process was smooth. Downside is they don't offer to pick you up and/or drop you off back at your place (unlike Enterprise) so you would have to have someone come get you or use Uber. I used Uber to come here and to get back to my place, costing me an additional $12 so take that into consideration when you're making your car reservation.

They were a bit busy on departure day, so my ride was about 45 minutes late. They were very apologetic for this, and upgraded me to a brand new Dodge Ram truck for my journey (I had rented an economy car per company travel policy). The truck was clean, it ran great, and now I want one much to my wife's chagrin! When I returned the truck, they had me back at work within minutes. Both on pickup and return, the staff was courteous and knowledgeable about Enterprise and its process. I had already reserved a vehicle with my card earlier to give my deposit. He handed me the keys and that was all. First off, no additional information about the toll fees, fuel levels (which was below the F once receive), return location options since I drove 30 minutes away from home. I then went outside to check the vehicle and take my own pictures since the vehicle had many visible deep scratches throughout. If it was such a big deal I could swap the vehicle out for another one, but again the drive was awful and I would have to refill the tank beforehand. I needed to extend my rental agreement, so I called the gentlemen here days before it was due who said I could call a day before to have it extended and they would get with my insurance. When I did so, a lady answered and said no, I needed to call my insurance company and that I didn't understand the man that told me this information. Not a big deal, but she was extremely rude about it. I thought maybe I did misunderstand him. I call my insurance and they said to call Hertz and they can extend it and would get with them. She was again rude and said I (the customer) didn't listen to their instructions and I don't understand what they were telling me or how the process works. I waited till 10 am Saturday and they still haven't called. I went to the office, it was packed. I thought okay. No change and I'll return it on Monday. There seems to be some staffing shortage at this office. One person handles everything in the office. I saw 2 people moving cars in the lot. Returning my car was a breeze. I had to make sure that I bought gas. The vehicle had no issues. I had to take some pictures of the scratches and made sure they were aware. Because I didn't get an inspection report beforehand. My deposit was returned back to my bank account. I don't mind coming back but I'll check out other Enterprises first. It's hard to drive into the lot.

I ended up keeping the car for almost a month, and anytime I had a question or ran into an issue, one of them was always available. They either answered my call right away or took the time to call me back and walk me through whatever I needed help with. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers like that. Beware - Dishonest and Unprofessional Location I rented a…read morecar from this location on 10/10/2025 and returned it on 10/13/2025 at 10:30 a.m. in perfect condition. I was told I would receive a survey text, but instead got a message about my insurance accepting a body shop claim -- even though the car had already been returned. When I checked my account, the $300 deposit hold showed I would only get $88 back. I called the store, and a young man named Christopher answered. He immediately became defensive and told me the car was returned two days late (10/15/2025), which was completely false. I went to the location in person and asked for a manager. Christopher claimed he was the manager and started arguing with me about the return. Only after pressing him did he say, "It was just a mistake -- you'll get your full refund. It's not that serious." His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. It's now clear this location has serious integrity issues. I've filed complaints with corporate and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Based on my experience, it appears cars are being re-rented after being returned, and prior customers are later falsely charged for damages or late returns. Do not rent from this location. I'm now investigating how the vehicle I returned in perfect condition somehow ended up in a body shop claim under my name. Something is definitely not right here.
