If I could give this place 0 starts I would! I flew to Texas from Vegas to pick up a car i already…read moreput a down payment on and drive it back to Vegas. A week later - I get phone calls that I need to sign additional paperwork even though everything had been signed and I had proof. About a month later - I find out they never submitted a loan application to the lien holder and since have threatened me and bullied me to give the car back instead of securing a new lien holder as promised! I returned the car with the promise of getting my down payment back and since have been blocked. They also went behind my back and began calling the co-signer to avoid recorded calls! The sales team member Dio Zorrilla is the biggest scam artist of all! When you call the office phone - you get a completely different company! I will be suing them for all that has been lost and the stressful mental capacity they have put me under!! Never buy a car from this place or from Dio!

The associate at Smith's took the time to explain that the starter I previously had was old, which is why it failed, and they guaranteed that the replacement they installed was brand new. Their service and communication throughout the entire visit were excellent and very reassuring. On my second visit, my car wouldn't start and had to be towed. I called in the morning, and they immediately recommended a partnered tow company, got my car into the shop, and had it fixed before closing the same day. Chris kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. Smith's Autoshop is now my go-to auto shop. They've provided the best service and communication I've ever experienced from an auto shop. Highly recommend!

The head light you can buy one but brake lights come in pair. so the package includes two lights. I paid for all $26.00 bucks which I think is not that bad. the only issue this location has now is they have some construction around the building you can not get in there from the second driveway as is blocked with bands. so watch up to don't miss it.
