I had a glitch with pricing with a new agent at the time time of pick up. After I messaged the manager, he fixed it on the same day. I was forever grateful for his attitude. The service was great. Employees were friendly. The vehicle I rented ran pretty good. It was a weekend trip from Houston to New Braunfels. I was glad there were so many selections. I always rent from them when everybody ran out of cars. They have compact, medium, luxury and passenger vans available also. Their check out process is easy but be sure to send them your insurance before you go to them or it might take time to process. Cube is the way to go. Beware - Dishonest and Unprofessional Location I rented a…read morecar from this location on 10/10/2025 and returned it on 10/13/2025 at 10:30 a.m. in perfect condition. I was told I would receive a survey text, but instead got a message about my insurance accepting a body shop claim -- even though the car had already been returned. When I checked my account, the $300 deposit hold showed I would only get $88 back. I called the store, and a young man named Christopher answered. He immediately became defensive and told me the car was returned two days late (10/15/2025), which was completely false. I went to the location in person and asked for a manager. Christopher claimed he was the manager and started arguing with me about the return. Only after pressing him did he say, "It was just a mistake -- you'll get your full refund. It's not that serious." His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. It's now clear this location has serious integrity issues. I've filed complaints with corporate and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Based on my experience, it appears cars are being re-rented after being returned, and prior customers are later falsely charged for damages or late returns. Do not rent from this location. I'm now investigating how the vehicle I returned in perfect condition somehow ended up in a body shop claim under my name. Something is definitely not right here.

From start to finish, both of these gentlemen went above and beyond to make my rental experience smooth and stress-free. Originally, my sister and I stopped by to rent a car for a concert. Things didn't go exactly as planned on my end, but Bj and Christopher stepped in with patience, understanding, and incredible professionalism. They worked with me to get everything sorted out, and their level of customer service was truly impeccable. What stood out most was their consistency. I ended up keeping the car for almost a month, and anytime I had a question or ran into an issue, one of them was always available. They either answered my call right away or took the time to call me back and walk me through whatever I needed help with. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers like that. Brittany at this location is on another level. She gets me in and out so efficiently every time. She's professional, effective, and genuinely caring. What truly sets Brittany apart is her dedication. I made the mistake of using some of my Hertz points for a car the following week, and the rental experience was a nightmare in comparison. I've rented hundreds of cars for business travel all over the US, and the team at this Enterprise location tops the list. In the middle of these events #2 below was going on as well at the location at the same time. 2) I called the 1-888 number and asked for a manager at 1-888 number. The person who answered was nice but didn't know how to help the situation as she tried to run the card thru snd it didn't go thru. I then asked for a manager. The manager typed in the info I gave her and sent it to the people I was talking to in front of me. Then she hung up on me. This is a 20 minute drive for me but the Yelp reviews on the 2 Avis locations closer to me were bad enough to scare me away. After all was said and done, the drive to this location was completely worth it. The customer service was extraordinary which is something that is hard to come by it seems. The gentleman who helped me was so straightforward and quick but he was also funny and nice. Clearly a really good guy. And if that wasn't enough, the car we rented was great. He gave us a free upgrade and the car was clean and comfortable. On top of that, the price was really great, a good $100 less than the major competitor. I booked online and it was super easy and very user friendly. I can't say enough good things about this place, this is definitely going to be the only place I rent from!
