    Aloha tower garage

Do not use Elite parking or (Elite VIP) or VIP towing. At the Aloha Tower location, parked and scanned the QR for Elite and went about my way. Extended by 1 hr (3 max) and got there 40 min prior to my car being towed. All numbers posted went to VM or rang nonstop. 2 guys did call eventually and said they didn't know or would try the towing company. Woke up to zero calls or attempt for contact by either company (it was 8PM). Get a call this morning after leaving several voicemails saying I was going to file a police report and an HR lady was upset bc I was "rude" in my previous VM and then stated "I would help if you weren't so rude" before telling me it wasn't their problem and then threatened me if I posted a review of "anything fraudulent" by reported me to the higher ups LOL. Got scammed out of over $200 and minor damage to my rental. Read about my experience with VIP towing in their review but stay away from this company even if they keep halfway legit at hotels sometimes, they sure don't when utilizing the private properties they own.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Park at Waikiki Galleria Tower and continually have issues with my monthly parking card. Attached is an email I received from their staff after emailing about monthly parking when I only emailed them about validation issues for guests at my restaurant. Incredibly rude, poor management, and would not suggest doing business with them. Can not get any management on the phone or email. Just sitting helplessly as they take my money for monthly parking.

dirty water stained car returned from Elite Parking Valets at Hys Waikiki

Went to Hy's Waikiki on Friday 4/12/19 in a just washed Range Rover. After dinner got back a water/debris stained car. Pictures says it all!!! Eventually Elite Staff including their Hy's Location Manager responded and subsequently agreed to a complete care detail (vs wash) at their Car Wash and Detail facility in TOPA Tower, Downtown Honolulu. Be aware typically Elite's Valet Service would not be responsible should you leave and lot and then report it when you get home. As a goodwill gesture they kindly agreed to take care of us. So be aware certain stalls at Hy's Waikiki are exposed to the elements and thus your car may also experience this kind of unfortunate incident. "Lesson learned"...whenever you Valet Park your car, inspect before leaving. Perhaps even take a few date/time stamped photos on your phone to document the condition upon arrival and then if you see damage date/time document (via more photos) upon leaving and "let the Valet know". Once you leave the lot they are no longer liable!

I know these guys are everywhere and there are some good locations but this most recent experience was not a positive one. We stayed at the Outrigger reef and there is no other "convenient" option but to Valet Park your vehicle. We arrived and from the onset, this location did not have the greatest service. We love to take care of our Valet guys but it has be reciprocal. Long story short, they damaged our racks on top of our Tahoe. It's highly unlikely that they did not know but they claimed the didn't realize it but it was super loud and could not miss it. They did offer to pay for the damages but that negates the fact that I have to take off from work to take it in. It took management quite a while to respond to us after reporting the estimate.

A big middle finger to this company. We went to spend the Fourth of July at Park shore hotel. They parked our car and when we got it back our bumper was ripped off and the cable that goes to my running lights was ripped out. The driver was really fast to get out of the car hand me my keys and say have a great day. I filed a claim and they just called me to tell me that they won't back my claim even though we have full documentation of it. They said they did a internal investigation and couldn't find any reasonable proof that it happened from their company. When you turn the car in to valet they always indicate any damage and anything that doesn't look good. There was no indicator on my bumper or the cable being ripped out but because elite says they didn't find any proof and their investigation doesn't show any damage to a cement parking block from a plastic bumper, they won't back my claim. This company f$&@ing sucks. No wonder they have such horrible reviews

I would say to use a ride share as the area is still not safe to be walking around at night. Most of the staff here were hired and did not automatically come with the booking of the venue. Security outside for lines, proof of vaccination or a negative test needed to get in, BUT there are two entrances and only one is being monitored (?) like that doesnt make sense. Venue is small and tough to fit large crowds, especially if theres sit down dining space, but lots of stand up tables available both inside and outside, projector used to display the stage. Bathrooms are GHETTO! No toilet seat covers, running out of toilet paper and paper towels, plus the floors are wet. No staff available to restock so thats an out-of-pocket expense. Bar is huge with lots of counter space so thats where your food shall go. No A/C just fans so night events really are weather-dependent. Upstairs and downstairs available to see the stage but the two flight of stairs - Really... Biggest flaw is the music set-up. We stayed in Waikiki for part of our trip but then came here for our last part to celebrate our daughters birthday. Best choice of the whole trip. This area was a completely different look and feel to the island. It was so much more calming and relaxing. The hotel staff were phenomenal, the check in process was amazing and went so smoothly. We were told our room wouldn't be ready until 4PM, but Disney magic it was ready at 12pm. Which was amazing with toddlers. The attractions, there are so many pools to choose from, the lazy river is amazing, the slides were so fun! The attention to detail everywhere is so Disney but with a Hawaiian feel. It was great to be able to get towel service anywhere, there are beach toys, life vests available all free. We didn't have a hard time finding chairs. Theres some good quick food service options near the pool. We ordered a bit of everything and it was all good for pool service food. The kids loved the Disney Mickey ears shaved ice. We did a paddle board rental and the bay was so calm, clear and amazing, it was beautiful to see the bay from the kind of view and experience. We did the Character breakfast dining and that was so fun for the kids to see all the Characters come through, the food was plenty. They have photos with Mickey before and you can buy all the photos and a print out for a packaged price. The characters came by and visited with the kids it was so adorable. The servers were so sweet and amazing like a true Auntie. The kids had so much fun at all the meet and greets with the Characters. Moana and Stitch were of course the island favorite and highlight. We took advantage and took lots of photos with the photo passes and had to buy the packages because what sweet memories. Self parking was very close and in a garage so it was great for us with the car rental that we had. The valet/car staff were amazing as well, they were accommodating and helped with all the bags. Bell hop was exceptional here as well, so helpful and friendly. The room itself was cute, there was a kitchenette but we didn't take advantage of it. The bathroom was a good size and had everything you needed including liquid hand soap. The room was a decent size, but the bed was a bit smaller than we are used to, it was a full rather than a queen or king. The kids pull out sofa was much bigger, but we didn't spend much time in the room. The attention to detail was great, there was room to store your bags under the bed. We had a wonderful view of the garden/pool. Great for pictures. Mickey and friends called to tell my daughter happy birthday. Overall the experience was so memorable for our family. I was tempted to sign up to be a DVC member but we don't go to Hawaii often enough to make it worth it. But by far the most beautiful Disney resort we have been too. We love DisneyWorld but this was a different Island feel. Of course we went to the gift shop too because it was a must and had special Disney Aulani items only! The lounge they had for guest use on the day of check out was amazing feature on our last day when we were flying home. We were able to use the pool and all the amenities and then shower and refresh before out 8 hour flight home.

The not so great, our villa smelled like food due to the restaurant hood exhausts. But the worst part was a cockroach crawled across my son's bed cover at night. We video and photo's it. And then killed it. Found a second one. Reported to front desk. Was told a manager would contact me. No manager ever contacted me. I've written 2 emails and sent a chat form on DVC website. We chose a table on the upper level on the right side of the center section. This gave us good views of the stage and no one in front of us blocked our views. We ordered double Hendricks gin & tonics, a Caesar Salad, Portobello Arrabbiata, and the Jidori Coconut Basil Chicken. Interestingly, the pasta dish didn't have any portobello mushrooms; it featured pieces of Maitake mushrooms. Like before, the pasta was somewhat overcooked, but the spicy marinara sauce was fine. The chicken half came with what tasted like plain rice sitting in a coconut cream sauce. The rice was described as crispy cilantro lime rice ... I don't think so. Our biggest complaint about the chicken was that it was slightly overdone ... My leg was fine, but the breast meat was dry. We passed on dessert and I had a cup of black coffee. Food rating: 3+. The Concert I've followed Stanley Jordan for a long time and have many of his albums, starting with Magic Touch in 1985. That CD opened my ears to a different style of guitar playing. I thought I was a guitarist .... No, I'm a hack. Stanley, now 66, played his Vigier (a French guitar), another one whose name I couldn't see, and a grand piano during his 1.5-hour set. I wasn't able to check out his pedal setup. If you haven't heard him play, you are missing out on a virtuoso of improvisational jazz. Trained as a pianist, he plays with both hands, on one guitar or two. He played two songs seated at the piano and switched hands during each ... All while singing. His set included Yesterday, Eleanor Rigby, My Funny Valentine, and a couple of songs from his forthcoming album, Feather in the Wind. The Blue Note is perfectly suited for small scale / solo performances by artists like Stanley Jordan. Highly recommended! Concert rating: 5+.
