I haven't had it polished or detailed since I bought it, and the really bad thing, I've been taking it to the drive thru wash every week to keep it clean but its just scratching it....mybad. So I met George (the owner) and Dennis (super talented detail guy) and they recommended I go to the touchless carwashes, OK. from now on I will. I take pretty good care of my car, nothing sticky or gross but I do have dogs that shed a little bit. But I have to tell you DENNIS IS AMAZING!!! HE MADE MY JEEP LOOK BETTER THAN BRAND NEW!!! I'll never go anywhere else, infact now I know how to take better care of my car. and thats awesome! You don't have to look anywhere else, you found the best place to get you're car detailed. DENNIS IS THE GUY he made my black/black like a mirror! It looks fantastic! THANKS YOU GUYS :)

Let's start with the positives -- the customer service was excellent. I found this company through…read morea Google search and emailed for more information. They responded promptly and were able to get me scheduled quickly, all via email. In-person interactions were just as pleasant. My vehicle was quite messy (I have four kids, so you can imagine the amount of crumbs!) and also had some mold, which they were able to treat and remove from what I can tell. They even gave the outside of my car a quick wash, which I hadn't requested but really appreciated. For those curious about pricing, it truly depends on what you're wanting done and the size of your vehicle. For mine -- which included leather conditioner treatment, a full interior detail, and mold cleaning -- the total came to $571. If I'm being a little nitpicky, I would have liked the leather conditioner rubbed in a bit more thoroughly, as there were some streaks, and they did miss a couple of small spots during cleaning. That said, before I left, they made it clear that if I had any issues, I could bring it back and they'd take care of it. The small things they missed are minor enough that I can easily handle them myself. Overall, I would recommend this business -- the positives definitely outweigh the minor misses. --- UPDATE --- After posting my review, I received a call the same day from the establishment offering to address the concerns I mentioned -- even though I had given them a 5-star rating. They truly didn't have to reach out, so I really appreciate the effort. It shows a lot of integrity and pride in delivering both great service and the quality customers pay for. They insisted on having us come back so they could fix the conditioner on the seats, but since we had already put covers on the kids' seats, we had addressed it ourselves. Still, their willingness to make it right means a lot, and I truly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.

It's a…read moreMercedes Sprinter, and it's his only transport as it's equipped with a lift and all the stuff needed to accommodate his wheelchair. I had searched all of Spokane for a detailer who would tackle such a big vehicle, and finally found The Spokane Shop. I was a little concerned when I found the place was located behind a home in a garage, but it was the only place I had found who would take on the Sprinter, so I plunked down a substantial amount of cash and went for it. Fast forward to late August when we finally got the van free for a couple days and brought it in. The guys were super friendly, and cautioned me up front that it would take a couple of days because the vehicle was so big. I had pretty high hopes when I looked at the sports car all shiny out in front of their place, and hoped they would give that degree of detail to an old wheelchair van. Well, it actually took two and a half days, but when I saw the finished product my jaw dropped. This van has NEVER looked so good! It was stunningly clean and waxed, and they had hyper cleaned the interior. They also threw in a headlight polishing (that wasn't included in my package), and tail light polishing, and replaced two interior light bulbs that were out. And cleaned the filter on the rooftop AC unit. None of that was part of the original deal, yet they didn't charge me any extra. They wanted to show me what they'd done, they were so proud of their work (and deservedly so), and yet they were also very respectful of the vehicle.
