It gets worse. When I asked that she refund my unused massages, she lied - in writing. She says it was my misunderstanding: that when she took my $450 she didn't book specific appts, there was no guarantee. Oh yeah? Funny, I still have her phone message where she says sorry she messed up, she double-booked my time, she should have told me sooner, etc. Anyone with integrity would refund my balance. Staff will open the door for you and are very welcoming. It's basically a big and simple locker-room that has access to two types of steam rooms, dry and wet. $30 gives you 2 hours. And there is a lounge area for you to take a breather in between your steam room sessions. Personally, I prefer the dry steam room. I tend to sweat much more. They have the option for massages too! Neck & feet. I got them both. Each $15 for 15 minutes. It was soooo relaxing. The lady who gave me a massage was so nice and has a calming presence. Even though I could hear all the noise, chatter, blow dryers going off in the locker room, the massages were so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. They provide you with slippers, a towel, and a locker for your belongings. Everyone seems to know each other - It's a very social environment. I ended up chatting with a very nice lady in the lounge area as I cooled off before my last sweat session. I totally recommend. I hope to have another free Monday soon to get a session in. All other days are men-only.
