The dentist is amazing!! She is very GENTLE and truly cares!! I had an emergency with a crown breaking partially off and she saw me the same day! She sat with me while the novacaine started working to be sure I was comfortable!! I have been to other dentists but is is FAR SUPERIOR in her gentle ways and her concern for her patients!! I will drive miles to return to her when the need arises! We lived in Mesa for 6 months but are moving to Florida! She will be worth the trip if required!! read more

I called to make an appointment for my wife as she suspecked an issue with her tooth. We do not live in the area full time, just here for the winter. We saw the 5 star review. I called to make an appointment and got voicemail. No one called us back after several hours. I called again and something seemed off - not professional. The receptionist said she would see if they could see my wife and said they would call back. No one called us back. I think the five star rating is no real. read more

They not only took care of me that day they also walked me thru each step so I felt at ease with the process. If you are reading this, consider yourself as having hit the dentistry jackpot! Dr. Katia is one of those 1 in a million dentists that once you find, you can never go back to anyone else. I am extremely sensitive about having a pain-free experience at the dentist. Its my #1 criteria for staying with a dentist. It's 2021, there should be zero excuses why anyone ever has to feel *any* pain for standard procedures. Dr. Katia absolutely delivers! I am going to try to make a list of the things I experienced. The attention to detail in Dr. Katia's office is mind blowing - so I am listing the big things that I went , "huh, that is so f'n great!" 1. Friendly and professional staff. I was greeted by the front desk by Ruby. She is the best. Very kind and professional. 2. Dr. Katia's office is super-high tech. I had a 3D x-ray scan of my entire mouth. Then had TWO crowns done in ONE visit - I am talking from taking the x-ray to building the crown, to putting it on! Incredible. 3. No more goopy play-dough to take impressions - and having to retake them 3 or 5 times because something wasn't just perfect. Dr. Katia's office has an imaging thing that scans your mouth so you don't need to have the play-dough impressions that most other dentist offices have!! It was such a pleasant experience. She used the 3D scan to make my crowns SAME visit. 4. Say goodbye to that suction hose thingy the dentist leaves in your mouth - Dr. Katia had this mouth-guard looking device that not only kept my mouth comfortably open, but also did the job of a suction hose, but also kept the unpleasant odors during dental procedures. Wow! I was there for 3 hours and had my mouth open most of that time - zero discomfort and i actually fell sleep a couple of times :) 5. Even when she numbs you, you feel nothing. She has this technique where she not only pre-numbs you (with the q-tip and jelly thing), but also pre-injects the site before she injects you. I have never seen ANY other dentist do this. I LOVE this and wish more dentists would do this. Absolutely zero pain during the initial numbing injection! Also during regular cleanings she has this numbing gel she put all around my gums - and the deep cleaning with things being pushed and pulled on my gums - i felt no pain whatsoever. I have NEVER had a pain-free cleaning in all my 45 years on this planet until NOW. I can never go back to any other dentist after this. 6. I got a blanket to use during my visit. If you don't get one - ask for one if you feel cold - but its also fantastic to put behind your head like a pillow - so comfortable. 7. Talk about attention to detail and little things - Dr. Katia put some lip balm around my mouth before she started the procedure. My God! What a difference that makes to your general comfort! Feel free to ask for it. The list just goes on. The office is absolutely decked out with the latest and greatest tech. Dr. Katia worked patiently and extremely detail oriented fashion. Dr. Katia is at least 15 years ahead of every other dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Katia really loves her patients and really loves what she does. And it shows. I am having all my work done with her until I get the smile I can be proud of. read more
