What a blast we had! We did Derailed. Of course we didn't defuse the bomb in time but my friend was hooked and wanted to do it again! Soooo, we did the Zombie one and saved the world! Lol! The sweet girl who was working today, Kim, did a wonderful job at explaining everything! Give that girl a raise! My one friend who is not very good with technology asked if I could leave a review for her. She had a great time and really enjoyed Kim's bubbly personality! We will be back!

We had such a good time blowing up the NYC subway, we booked another session with a 20% discount. Two hours later, we were battling zombies and won. Kim was so helpful and made us feel comfortable ESCAPING!

I went with 35 teenagers and we had a blast.

We had 42 people in our party and we all had a blast. We originally booked all 4 rooms. Our dinner ran over and we were arrived an hour later than our scheduled appointment so we had to use 3 rooms. Dan was extremely professional and accommodating from the booking process all the way through the activity. Prior to coming, some of the kids were skeptical but got into it once they were in the challenges. This was my first time doing an escape room and I see why they are popular. I was a great experience.

What a fantastic place this is! My friend had booked an hour Escape game for 8. The standard time for the puzzle is an hour long. The aim of the game is to solve all the puzzles and save the universe from a nuclear explosion. There are multiple selections of games and you can visit multiple times and solve a different puzzle each time. We went into a room and we were locked in. After solving a set of puzzles the door opened to allow us entry into another room. The remainder of the puzzle was between both these rooms. We made it at 57 minutes, and saved the world! Overall, an excellent experience. Very nice and clean. Great friendly staff. The puzzles are difficult. They are not physically demanding, all mentally challenging. No background knowledge is needed, just some ability in logic puzzle solving.

We have done every escape room here and we love this place! The rooms are super detailed and thought through. We have done around 40 escape rooms and this place is definitely in the top of the rooms we love! They're always improving and they're opening a new room soon so we will most definitely be back!

We did "Derailed" and blew up half the train by not disarming the bomb but stopped it from crashing with 50 seconds left on the clock. Fun was had by all. Great family night!!!

Undead Outbreak was my favorite one here! The guys that work here are pretty cool and were actually useful with giving clues! The jump scares definitely were on point! We went to all rooms but Derailed (have to have four people) and enjoyed them all. We had a group with the Meltdown group and it still was a bit of a challenge!! But we got out. Great location to enjoy a hour worth of excitement. You'll have to crawl in Undead Outbreak (fyi). Loved it!

We did a group of 8 in the Area 51 escape room and had a great time! It was tough but a lot of fun. We escaped!

Three Stars -- Only Because My Family Made It Fun…read more My family of eight did our best to make this an enjoyable outing, and honestly, we are the reason it ended up being fun at all. The concept of an "epic game show experience" is there, but the execution really misses the mark. When you walk in, the entire setup is basically right at the door. The waiting/lounge area sits in the middle, and the adults-only game show is in the back--right next to the bathrooms. This layout became a big distraction. While we were playing, multiple people walked in and stood right beside us as the host kept going. A manager even came out to explain the experience to them while we were trying to hear our host. We played Family Feud for about 30 minutes, which felt at least 15 minutes too long. Our family still had fun, but that's because we enjoy games and can make anything entertaining at home. The setup itself felt very cheap. "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?" lasted about 10 minutes with questions that didn't feel well thought out. "The Price Is Right" involved sorting Walgreens items into piles. Then we did flip‑cup tic‑tac‑toe on a fold‑out table with duct tape lines. The biggest issue is the host. I don't want to be rude, but he just wasn't very good, and that really matters in an experience like this. Overall, this felt like a low-budget setup with a halfhearted attempt at creating a game show atmosphere. My family made the best of it, but the experience itself needs major improvement.

However, during our most recent visit, I was informed that minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the arcade. While I understand businesses having supervision policies, the enforcement and explanation caught me off guard because this had never previously been addressed during earlier visits. As a single mother of two boys with different personalities and interests, it can be difficult to physically stand beside both children at every moment while also handling things like food, restrooms, or other normal parenting responsibilities. My children have never caused disruptions or behavioral issues during our visits. What made the experience frustrating was the lack of clarity surrounding the policy. I had to specifically search online afterward just to locate a single line mentioning the rule, and there does not appear to be much explanation regarding how the policy works in practical situations for families. I believe clearer communication and more consistent enforcement would help avoid confusion for parents visiting with children.

The Escape Game in Myrtle Beach allows mixed parties of up to 8 book the same time slot for the adventures. When we arrived, we were paired with a family of 6 enjoying some time together. We all entered the room together (The Depths) and we could tell that this experience was not going to be as fun for the family with the two of us tagging along. We exited to the lobby, where the staff were totally understanding and were able to get us into another adventure (Prison Break), within 20 minutes. We had a blast in the game and were able to escape, which is always a good feeling. When we got back to the lobby the staff wanted to make sure our experience was amazing and hooked us up with a T-Shirt because of the experience at the beginning. All of this to say that if you go, and you have an issue, don't be afraid to speak up. The staff here will figure out a way to make the experience amazing.

They had so much fun we signed up for another one right away. By the end of the week we had come back and done all 5 rooms. Every single room/theme was unique, with a mixture of traditional devices, and high-tech devices. The quality of the escape rooms were top notch. Puzzles were challenging but reasonable. Some really clever unexpected solutions too. But the best part? The staff. Incredibly friendly and great with kids. They created lifelong escape room fans out of our kids. Sure we (adults) did most of the actual solving, but the kids enjoyed finding different objects / props and helping solve clues. There's a good mix of everything. We will definitely try other locations with different themes, in the future. But it will be hard to top the staff experience here at myrtle beach.
