The staff is always friendly and they walk you through the game if you want when you don't escape. The parking could be the biggest problem depending on when you go because it's downtown. Fortunately, I was able to get a parking spot almost across from it during the times I went.

He said he would come find us, but after waiting over 30 minutes, two groups went ahead of us--one had a reservation, which we understand, but the other group purchased their pass after we did. It also seemed like they didn't have enough staff to manage everything. The front counter employee left in the middle of our transaction to go over safety protocols with another group. About five minutes later, another employee came up and rather rudely asked us to move so another group could fill out forms. Eventually, someone else completed our transaction, but almost handed our purchase to the wrong group. There was no system in place--no wristbands or any clear way to track what you paid for or when it was your turn. The space was overcrowded, and there was little to no guidance on what to do after purchasing. In the end, we only managed to play a bit of Tetris and didn't get to enjoy any of the activities we paid for. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and the online presentation of this place is misleading compared to what it's actually like in person.
