Where else can you take out your aggression on a little ball and just whack the **** out of it! Even when I miss, it's still so much fun. I brought my grandson with me this time and he really resisted going. However, once he started beating his Nana at one of the golf games, he thoroughly enjoyed himself! We didn't get any food, but they have a nice selection on the menu. The place is clean, lots of space, and modern-industrial design. Our server was very nice and we did get a couple of sodas. Came out with a group of coworkers and sadly our service was not amazing. Typically when coming here, I'm met with wonderful servers and service. This evening, our server did not check on us often enough. She took our initial drink order, all of the bar drinks were brought by a drink runner, and the sodas never came. After 30+ minutes, one soda arrived but we were still missing the other. Once we ordered food, our server never brought of silverware or napkins. The food had arrived via a food runner, and she never stopped by to check how everything was. There were problems with how the food arrived and how there was no silverware. We ended up having to find the closest manager to come and help us out since we were not sure where our server was. Come time to checkout, the server had not been keeping up with who ordered what or separating out our tickets. She spent the last few minutes of our play time having to ask us each what we got so that we could separate out the receipts. They run the Toast system here, so this is something she could have easily done earlier in the evening. Ive been a server in the past and I understand how it can be when busy, but this evening it was not extremely crowded. There was a good group of people, but I think an experienced server should have been able to handle this easily. The food was yummy and the golf was great. I came here with a mixed age group for a work event. We had a bay prebooked, so it was ready and easy to get started. This time we could only order through the app by scanning their QR code which was a little different. Food here is pretty decent, think a nice Applebees. This time, we came in right after breakfast on a Saturday, so we did not eat. All three of us just drank water while we played for about 1 1/2 hours. Our server was kind and courteous, never pressuring us to buy any food or drinks. I've had the food before and have tasted most of the menu, which is pretty good. The atmosphere at Topgolf is always great. There are quite a few parties here. They offer a wide range of food and drinks and a full bar. Where else can you play golf in the rain but stay dry?! I am not a golfer, but you don't have to be at Top Golf. I came as part of an educators gathering and had so much fun. This place is huge and has individual spaces for large crowds. There food was good as well with a lot of variety. We dined on flatbread pizza, mac-n- cheese balls, boneless chicken wings, chips and dip, hummus, and a fruit and veggies charcuterie board with some prosciuto. We divided up into two teams and played two games. We didn't know what the heck we were doing ar first, but quickly got the hang of it. I have to say I surprised myself by the second game. My wife and I went to play some mini golf and have lunch to see the place and hopefully have another option for some fun and lunch. Mini golf was fine. We sat in the downstairs bar area on the couches. I wasn't sure how the ordering went so I went up to the bar and she said she will take the order....Great! It took about 10 minutes to get our drink. Then after waiting for a 1/2 an hour for an order of chicken strips and a Cobb salad and seeing another table that ordered after us receive their food, that was enough for us to leave. This place is a ton of fun. Don't let the fact that it's a fancy driving range fool you. It is fantastic, family fun, even if you have never swung a golf club. The food is great, and just like you would find in a brewery or upscale bar. It can be a bit expensive, especially if you stay for several hours. We came here on a Tuesday and reserved one lane ahead of time for 1/2 off special. The pricing was really reasonable and if you're not already a member you have to pay $5 when you register to play in the lanes. It was a beautiful day and we had 7 people with us. (Can reserve a lane up to 8ppl) Our server who was (birthday girl) took great care of us. Very attentive and made sure we got our drinks quickly. I honestly was a bit surprised with how good the food was. I don't expect a lot for a "sports bar" type place. The pizza with the hot honey was flavorful, the nacho average nachos were delicious. I loved their idea of eat chip already having a little bit of everything which is genius. And the trio boneless wings were tasty! It was a good amount of food for everyone to share. I will say that I do think the old fashions they serve are a bit small, should get served in a rocks glass in my opinion. This is a great way to spend 2 hours with Family or Friends. Plus, the food (at least the burgers) are very good. They only had the second floor open, so we had a bit of a wait, which was surprising given it was a midafternoon weekday, but the place was hopping. No worries on not playing right away, as we were able to eat lunch and enjoy a nice draught beer. I kind of liked eating before playing, as I was able to relax while eating my burger. I thought about getting flat breads as the picture looked great, however I stuck with and thoroughly enjoyed the smokehouse burger. The crispy bacon and BBQ sauce worked perfectly with the burger. We came on 1/2 off Tuesday! I was so thankful a land was still open. The reservation was straight forward and pretty easy to navigate. We had a pretty large group and our waitress was extremely on top of things, she even helped with my 1000 questions! I like the concept, I enjoy the fact that TopGolf offers an opportunity for patrons to be active. There are a variety of golf games that can be played solo or with a group. Some golf bays are equipped with high top tables while others are furnished with a couch/sofa and coffee table. There are outdoor heaters for cold evenings which is very nice. Drinks and food items are all available for purchase. I only tried a skinny margarita which was good. I think the only downside is how fast the time goes when you're playing, it can really add up if you decide to play several games so be aware of the potential costs. They offer a bunch of specials during the week which might be a good option if you want to really improve your game or avoid feeling rushed. I think Top Golf is a good addition to the area and I would return. The staff were all pretty friendly, went on a Friday night and there was about a 30 minute wait without a reservation FYI. read more

Topgolf has been on our to-do list since we moved here! And let me tell you, it was so much fun! We reserved a bay for 2 hours for us and 2 friends. It was a $5 lifetime activation fee for new members. I'm terrible, but it was fun playing the games and shooting for the targets. We couldn't stop laughing. They also have waitresses who come to your bay and serve you food. We ordered nachos, chips, salsa and queso, plus the pretzels with beer cheese which were all super unhealthy, but delicious. More Topgolf please!!! On a perfect CHS weather day a large group of us had noon reservations for two bays at the practically brand new Topgolf location. Enjoying my golfer friends birthday the competitive side of all of us came out just like when we're on the golf course. The place was super clean and our service was amazing. For being so brand new they were staffed with the right amount of employees to handle the large crowd, and keep food and drinks flowing. We had 2 hours of play and were able to each complete two full games of high score wins. It's pricey, just like everything else these days, so look for special discounts they offer during the week and evenings. My first top golf experience and we will definitely be back! We had an early morning sessions (blocked in two hour increments when you schedule) for my son's birthday. We ordered the Mac and cheese bites and fries and had a few drinks and they were delicious. There are plenty of options for everyone from coffee to non alcoholic to alcoholic drinks. Lots of games to play within the session and up to 6 people able to play at a time in the bay. We had a few extra spectators that came to celebrate and eat and there was plenty of seating. Brand new just opened. Looks amazing. I'm going to the one in Atlanta so I wanted to see what this was all about. I put $150 in the app and they gave me a free $50 for Golf Play so I'm all about that. Friendly people so far that work here and I can see people coming here just to hang around and be social. This location is huge! We came on a Tuesday and golf was half off. It was still $50 to come at 4:45 on a weeknight so I doubt we will be coming here on a weekend. Our server was great and the food and drinks were reasonably priced. They have outdoor heaters so you don't get cold and it is mostly covered on the bottom floor so you wouldn't get rained on either. I've always heard great things about Top Golf, and decided to give it a try to see if it lived up to the hype. I'm happy to say it was a lot of fun! Now, I'm not a good golfer. Throughout the two rounds my party played, I missed more shots than I made, but the vibes were great: Top Golf has heaters situated behind your golfing station, tables and chairs for you to sit down, music playing on speakers, free golf clubs, friendly staff, and surprisingly solid food. At the North Charleston location, you also see some planes flying overhead due to the proximity of the Charleston airport, so that's cool. For food, our party of four got a wing trio (all buffalo, 18 wings) and the cheesy macaroni bites. The wings weren't the crispiest wings in the world, but they had a sizable amount of meat on them and the sauces were good. The buffalo was a nice mild heat, and our two sauces, ranch and blue cheese were creamy. The macaroni and cheese balls were also enjoyable, coming with ranch and a tomato sauce. The balls had a crispy exterior and a rich interior. Again, not bad for a sports entertainment complex. The two dishes made for a filling lunch. Fore!! Charleston finally gets its a top golf and it is busy! Be sure to make a reservation or chances are that you'll have a wait. Came here on a birthday reserved and got the second floor. With certain reservations, you do have to spend a minimum amount of food and drink. Parking is super easy with their attached parking garage. It's really good time! lots of fun app games on the terminals for your hit targets. Great views of all the golfers blasting those drives. First time here and had a great experience. My friends and I aren't golfers but we had been wanting to try Topgolf for a while. This is definitely the move for people like us. We didn't really know what to do when we arrived but an employee helped us. Our bay was on the second floor. The waitress asked if it was our first time and explained everything very well. Three of us are left handed so she brought us some left handed clubs. For food and drinks, we started with some appetizers and cocktails. I got the cookie butter old fashioned which was good but a little disappointing because I didn't taste the cookie butter at all. Just tasted like a normal old fashioned. For apps we shared pretzel bites and chips and queso. Both were great. For my main I got the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich which was to die for. Maybe it's just been a while since I had a chicken sandwich but I tore it up. Cooked perfectly and very tender and tasty. We played Angry Birds first and I liked it but my group wasn't feeling it so we switched to Block Party. Everyone enjoyed that one. You've gotta hit the ball decently hard for the sensor to pick it up. Since we were beginners we missed a lot of swings (which is normal; don't feel embarrassed!) and if we didn't hit it hard enough the game wouldn't move. A few of my swings were really good and it still wouldn't sense them. That was a little annoying at times. But it was a ton of fun and those two hours FLEW by. After our reservation ended we went outside to play putt putt and were the only ones on the course. This was around 9pm on a Saturday so we expected it to be a little busier. The course was extremely basic, I wish it had a little something more to it. But definitely worth the money. It was only like $9. One thing that was kinda annoying but not Topgolf's fault was that there was a pretty big party in the bay next to us and they were rowdy. Very loud and obnoxious. A few of them (grown adults) started play fighting which scared us at first because we thought they were being serious. One of them then walked over to our bay and took one of our clubs without asking. There's more than enough clubs but we still didn't like how he did that. Also, there are signs saying no smoking or vaping but both groups on either side of us were seen vaping and nothing was done about it. Once it got dark the heat lamp above us turned on and it got pretty toasty. I wonder if there's a way to turn it off because we got too warm. Aside from those minor inconveniences, we all had a great time and agreed to come back before we even left the parking garage. read more

On June 3, we visited with an entire baseball team management and staff were rude throughout the entire visit. Everything was disheveled. Poor information was given in the set up, but worst of all in all the chaos. They allowed a minor to drink alcohol that was placed in front of her, and she was told it was lemonade. The right hand did not know what the left hand was doing, and when brought to the attention of Management, they made it seem as if a child being given alcohol is not a big deal and they would be happy to get us another drink of alcohol due to The child drinking from it as if that was the problem I highly recommend going to other establishments as they could care less about the safety of children and management Only wanted to escalate the situation by kicking our entire team out instead of finding a solution to the problem of them serving alcohol to a minor read more

The loss of stars is due to the food being mediocre at best, we've just stopped eating here when we play as we haven't been able to find anything we like. And the service can feel a little pushy if you're not a drinker, seems like someone will stop every 5 minutes to ask if you've changed your mind and want a drink.
