After looking around, I found the stone I was interested in purchasing and asked that I get an estimate for what I needed. I'm not going to mention numbers however, I was given an ABSURD amount that left me and my husband speechless. No one anywhere would charge nearly that much for stone. We proceeded to ask him where and why the price was extremely high because it simply just made no sense to us. His response... "You have money, you can afford it." Now this is where the problem started. How dare anyone raise their price on account of how much money they presume I have. Completely and utterly unprofessional to say the least! I have never felt more uncomfortable by anyone ever before and I certainly will never return nor will I ever suggest this business to anyone! They are looking to scam you and they will certainly try to benefit themselves off of you. Don't fall for it.

I am an interior designer and I order tile from many different online vendors. I have NEVER had the experience I am dealing with now before. First, they only shipped half of my order. When the contractor and I started opening the boxes up to check the tiles before install we realized more than half were damaged and could not be used. I called my rep Emily who at first sounded like she was actually going to do something about it and help us. She informed me she would set up a truck to pick up the tiles and ship out new ones and that she would also find out where the other half of my order was. Time went by and no truck every showed up to pick up the tiles and as I put more pressure on them to find the rest of my order Emily stopped responding. I eventually got JJ on the line and he promised me he would figure this all out. He was no help either. He told me they don't know where the rest of my order is. Then he said they were getting a new shipment of the missing tile in early March. Even though this was holding up the job I figured it was better to wait for the new shipment and for them to replace the damaged tile. I should have known better since their communication is very poor that they weren't actually going to ship me new tile. A month later and they still haven't sent a truck to pick up the tile, they still haven't refunded me for the order either. The contractor canceled all his meetings the day they said they were sending a truck so that he could sit at his warehouse and not miss the truck. No truck ever came and they still haven't responded to our emails about it. Sorry to say but this website and company are a scam. I will never buy again and I hope to help keep people from going through the mess I am in now with this review.

If you need nuts, bolts, washers, etc, this is a good place to go. They sell most sizes by the bag…read more(25-100). They have what they call "convenience packs" which are smaller bags of qty 2-4 fasteners. Not all sizes are available in convenience packs. Special orders tend to take a few days. They seem to have access to basically any fastener you may need. Also a good source for abrasives and other shop tools. I have found some fasteners I needed were not available in small quantity and still ended up going to Lowes (just down the road).
