So we are stuck paying for thousands of dollars of repairs caused by this company. Do not use this company!

They were super friendly, very accommodating, and took the time to make sure I understood turnaround times, cost per square foot and the difference is in the materials that I was attempting to order. At one point, I did shop around to try to get quotes for natural veneer stone for retaining walls and foundation work on my home. They had beaten the price by three dollars per square foot for people in the business. They will understand how big of a deal that is. This isn't a small number. I had purchased over 425 square feet and approximately 20 linear feet. This saved me over $1200.00 which will cover the cost of my custom fire pit. Some of the supplies that I've purchased so far are the sand and mortar necessary for paver installation, the pavers themselves, natural veneer, stone, and I'm in the process of purchasing my fire pit I highly recommend this local business. From the start, the quality was disappointing. Some of the handles had stripped screw holes, and there were cracks on the inside back of the cabinet. The storage drawer for trash and recycling was busted from day one--we couldn't even open it fully, and when we reached out for help, the only advice we got was to "just give it a good yank." After doing so, the soft-close feature completely stopped working. It also took months to get a technician to replace the kitchen vent, which turned out to be a mismatched size, causing even more issues. Overall, Home Supply's service falls short. When we reported the issues, we were brushed off, and the staff seemed indifferent unless you were there to buy more products. A very disappointing experience.
