UPDATE We just completed our 2nd project in two years with the Trim Team and we are once again thrilled with the results. Fabian, Jerry and Team were amazing to work with as usual. The craftsmanship, paint work and attention to detail were all top notch. These guys are professionals and it shows in the work, their communication and their commitment to doing the job on time, on budget and with a priority on perfection and quality. Thank you Trim Team for another great job and upgrading our home. I'm looking forward to our next project together! I cannot express how great it was to work with the Trim Team. We had them add a coffered ceiling to our dining room and wainscoting in our two-story foyer and stairway as well as molding in our front room. From beginning to end, it was clear that the Trim Team were high-end professionals. During the contract phase, they were super communicative and detail oriented. All details were clear and confirmed before we signed anything, which I appreciated. The work they did for us is an incredible upgrade to our home. Again, their skill and attention to detail shines through. They ask great questions, have great ideas and execute great work. Jerry the Painter and his team were a joy to work with as well to ensure that the project was finished to our liking and looked great. Overall, this is a professional company that does great work. I could not be happier with their additions to our house and the experience overall. I highly recommend this company if you want to upgrade your home. read more

I am very impressed with the Trim Team. We hired them to build a built-in entertainment wall that would house some cabinets, shelves, and a projector screen. They were extremely professional, both in their communication before, during, and after, as well as their delivery. They asked all the right questions to make sure we were on the same page with what would be built. They communicated the timelines about when they will start, and when it would be finished. All of their work was of very high quality (and I have pretty high standards). They advised when I was asking for subpar decisions (like a full flat paint which would collect dust), and navigated a tricky framing job to build a hidden bookcase door behind the unit. Overall, I was very happy with them and would trust them again in a heartbeat. read more

Trim Team absolutely did a great job on my great room project. There's a lot of carpenters out there that may do good work but need explicit guidance on exactly what you want... Trim Team was very consultative, had some great ideas on how to improve and enhance my great room and provided me a number of different options. absolutely first rate crew and we could not be happier with the results. I used them for carpentry/millwork, painting, and electrical and I highly recommend. read more

My wife and I contacted Marek (owner) to install custom columns, soffit and archway trim in our house. We could not be happier with the end product and the whole process. Beautiful custom trim work that elevated the beauty of our home! Marek has great integrity as we changed the scope after the initial deposit and he waited until final price was confirmed to cash our deposit check. He's also very flexible as we changed our scope not once but twice! Yeah, my wife changes her mind often... ‍ Marek and his team were professional and very friendly. It made for an enjoyable experience. Extra points for their cleanliness as they cleaned up all the sawdust from the work. You wouldn't even notice they were there. They set up shop outside of the house under their own portable tent - and cut the wood there. Then they brought into the house. This does require the weather to cooperate as they can't cut in the rain. Highly recommend him and his team. read more

Marek and his team did an amazing job building our window seat with custom bookshelves. Everything was built in one day, and then painted the next! And one of the guys saw that we had a bathroom door that was sticking and fixed it for us on the spot without us even having to ask! This team is very professional, thorough, neat and efficient! On top of all that their prices are very reasonable! I highly recommend Marek and his team! read more

AMAZING work and AMAZING team! Marek and his team gave me a foyer and a living room that looks like a picture from a magazine. We contacted Marek to install trim/molding for our living room and foyer. We had reached out to multiple professionals with ideas that I had found on Pinterest. Marek was the only one who took the time to look at my pictures and assure me that he would be able to deliver. Others not so much. We felt very comfortable asking him the silliest questions. He was always extremely responsive no matter time of the day. He provided professional expertise when we weren't sure about designs. Prior to installing the trim in both rooms, they made sure that I was OK with the design. They did not rush me at all. I hate being rushed to make a decision! I will definitely be contacting them for future house projects! Great work Trim Team NJ... read more

They came to my home in March for a consultation, stated they would send us our design in a week or two. We never got our design and they never got back to us. We tried to reach out to them via instagram and again they apologized stated they would get back to us and never did. I don't know if they felt our project wasn't big enough or they were not interested but the fact that they never got back to us shows lack of professionalism! read more

Trim Team has arrived on time and finished our project as promised in one day. Everything was done as we agreed upon and even more - like securing our mental (which was not a part of a job). Once finished, they vacumed everywhere they worked. They went above and beyond to provide us with the service we expected. Communication with Marek prior to the start was easy and he answered my numeriouse texts in timely order. Thank you Trim Team, and we will see you in the future again! read more

These guys were great! Marek and his team really took the time to make my house look beautiful. They spent months changing out doors and hardware and installing/painting trim. His painters were also superb. Despite the high cost, the price quoted upfront was the price charged in the end and I more than felt it was money well spent. As with any contractor, I'd recommend a pre-arranged payment plan where a final, small percentage is held until the job is deemed satisfactorily completed. Thanks again guys! read more

This guys do top shelf work, for high end molding or painting does not matter - they do it all with skill and finesse. They take their work very seriously and the results you get are the very same as if they were doing the job in their own homes. If you don't want to or can't do it yourself, or if you don't want to rehire a second contractor to repair someone else's shoddy work, choose Trim Team first and you will have no regrets. read more

Marek and his crew did a great job trimming out one of our new projects. From A-Z their attention to detail was great, they had great suggestions and had no issues accommodating requests along the way. Looking forward to working with them again soon on our upcoming projects. read more

Had trim team at my home , please do NOT use these guys we had nothing but issues, broke my front window , damaged brand new hickory wood flooring, installed trim out of level and out of square, used wrong nails for trim wasnt even finish nails, all cuts were off, I truely believe they are all inexperienced and have drinking problems. Found vodka bottles and beer cans hidden on property and inside my trash cans not to mention nobody in household drinks just FYI, please take my advice do not call unless you really want issues amd then have to rush and pay twice for someone to come and rip out and replace correctly as i had to do read more

SCAM ARTISTS!!!Every word out of his mouth is I need more money yet your house never gets finished. They don't show up when it's bad weather and when they do the work is awful. They put different size molding in different parts of the house, damaged brand new items in the house, drink on the job, awful work and unprofessional. We are now taking legal action read more

Marek and team are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone without question. They were incredibly helpful in selecting materials; at every turn, they'd provide suggestions and a choice of curated options, which was much appreciated. They additionally worked seamless magic on what seemed like an impossible mismatched flooring situation (3 different flooring types). They are perfectionists, clean, efficient and friendly. More importantly, they were incredibly accommodating; they met with my parents in my place most of the time and they dealt easily with all my change requests. I was looking for a fair and knowledgeable contractor, and I couldn't have been happier with the team read more

I was extremely disappointed with this company. They claimed the job was very big and would take 4-5 days. That's why they said the price was as high as it was. They were done in 2 days. They would not start work on the second day until they were PAID IN FULL. (I never heard of such a thing before!). They left before we had a chance to check the work. When we came to check it turns out they missed a few areas of paneling. When we called them to come back to complete it, they did not come back. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. read more
