We had a short time frame to have the work completed, Andres and his team were up to the challenge and did not disappoint. We had JJ builders renovate the 2nd floor and hallways of my childhood home which hasn't been updated in many years. The work included gutting and renovating a bathroom and laundry room. Lowering the bedroom ceilings and refinishing the hardwood floors along with many other updates. Andres and his team kept within the timeframe promised and the house looks amazing! Besides offering his expert opinion and meticulous craftmanship, Andres calm demeanor made working with him a pleasure. I also could not be more thankful for all the help and assistance provided by Nikol who runs the front office. Nikol was the ultimate professional helping me every step of the way! Managing this project from afar could have been a difficult task, but my trust in JJ Builders made it easy! JJ Builders will now be our goto contractor on all future projects!

Based on our conversation it's clear that they both care immensely about their clientele - retained or not. The simple fact that they reached out personally to understand the situation demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction. While there was a missed opportunity in the past, I will absolutely consider them for future projects down the line. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We had a tree severely damage our house and needed extensive repairs. While doing the necessary repairs to the home through insurance we also decided to take the opportunity to remodel our kitchen and dining room areas out of pocket. Magnolia was one of the contractors we brought in for a price quote. The contractor who came out was extremely condescending and belittling - assuming that my wife and I could not afford the cost of the project. On multiple occasions the contractor made unnecessary comments related to the anticipated costs of the remodel - alluding to our assumed inability to afford the scope of the work. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere and couldn't be happier with the outcome of the work done. There are plenty of contractors in the market that will deliver a high quality product without thumbing their nose at you or assuming that they're too good for any job. If you want a company that acts like they're elite but only deliver the same outcome as anyone else - look no further - this is a great choice for you. However, I'd suggest you avoid the holier than thou attitude and find someone who will not only get the job done, but also treat you right.

I worked with many people named Chris but a huge shout out to Chris who was the project manager that really did wonders making sure the job ran smoothly and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome! Vic also made it a point to come by several times to make sure things got done which was nice to see the owner of a huge company making time for his clients. Magnolia is a great company to work with if you are looking to do a remodel for your home. Worth every penny and trust me your will spend a few but the job will be done right and professionally. Your quote was $10,000 over my next highest quote, and I got four quotes. I've done four bathrooms and know the process. With materials, your total would have been over $32,000. Again, for a 5x8 basic bathroom, keeping the fixtures in the same place, the cost was exorbitant.

However, he handled it perfectly - told me when he could be back to finish, and what the cost would be (clarifying that it wouldn't be the cost of the 1 stair x 13 more, thank god).
