The office was very clean. The staff were all super nice and professional. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist but this was a great experience for me. I would definitely recommend coming here. It was my first visit but will not be my last. read more

Just called to get a quote and they won't give a basic starting price point over the phone.

I was there to remove an old filing that needed replacing due to a crack in it. The dentist was rough during the treatment. She would speak to me during the procedure but I couldn't hear her because of the drilling and suction in my mouth, she seemed to almost whisper. When the procedure was over she just left. No in home care procedures, nothing. I was concerned because it was a large filing being replaced and I felt pain while she was drilling and I did notify her. Lack of bedside manners and rough. I ended up calling my doctor for a prescription of pain killers and antibiotics because I had a headache, jaw pain and my replacement filling was throbbing. Beware of Dr. Tan! Then I call Monday to schedule a follow up, I'm placed on hold three times with wait times of seven or more minutes to get an appointment in the evening. So now after two follow ups I'm healing from the damage caused two weeks later I find out through pictures that Dr Tan left a large cut behind through a stencil she barged in my gums. Run! read more

Right when you walk in this place it is pristine, beautiful and the staff is very wonderful! I had an annual check up. My X-ray tech was awesome. My dentist Dr. Sachin was awesome. My hygienist, he was awesome! I had an amazing experience. I'm a full grown scaredy cat when it comes to any white coats, especially the dentist. They had an outstanding level of bedside manner and comfort for me. Thank you! I'll see you next time for sure! read more

I went in as a new patient. Somehow I end up with all males during my appointment which is different, they were all professional. My only dissatisfaction was that the Doctor didn't read my concern with my smile on all the paper work they make you fill out. However, this place is so clean and all the staff is professional. The cleanliness of this office is outstanding. read more

Best Dental office in the AV hands down . Dr. Naveed is a very caring & good dentist . The only dentist, I trust to see my family of 4.

The entire staff is always professional and never unkind or dismissive. Also the Dental Professionals approach is professional. "I'm impressed" read more

Apparently this is a dentist office that can't do extractions, they want to refer you out. The dentist is polite, however the front office staff is very rude and short. Once you become a patient, they like to put you on the back burner. Proceed with caution. read more

I was so scared because at the previous dentist it was so painful and horrible but here it was painless and all the staff were so sweet and caring. They made it so painless I didn't feel a thing. I had a truly fantastic experience at Elite Dental in Lacaster California. I usually have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, but they made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The office is beautiful and very clean. My hygienist, was incredibly gentle during my cleaning and explained every step. The dentistry staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and precise. They took the time to walk me through my treatment plan with visuals on the TV, and welcome feed back. There were no surprises regarding cost or the procedure itself. I'm so glad I found this office and highly recommend them to anyone, especially those who might be nervous about dental work! read more

Love the staff here. Great service, very efficient and caring. Would recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

The receptionist isn't the nicest ray of sunshine but they seem to have a lot of older people go in there so I KNOW the boomers give them a hard f*cken time so they seemed irritated, which VALID. But still doesn't mean it's okay to let that get to you and have that reflect onto the next client who comes in. I do like the receptionist with the tattoos on her hand, she's so nice and professional! Overall the dental assistant is the sweetest! and Endo is awesome! I got a root canal done here and it was the fastest and best one I've ever had done! (I've had several done in the past) 9.5/10! Super nice layout of the office as well as super clean and organized! read more

This review is long overdue! I've been with Elite Dental Care since their old office and Dr. Sachin Saharan has been my dentist ever since. He's super nice, approachable, and genuinely cares for his patients. I have a fear of needles, but he's so gentle that I didn't feel a thing when he did my dental filling. As a long-time patient, I've also had the chance to meet several of their dental assistants. Every single one has been friendly, polite, and made me feel comfortable during my visits. The whole team is amazing! read more

First time coming in today at this dental office, first glance- very clean environment, welcoming and spacious. Next the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, other locations are rude, but this location def different. From the reception to the X-ray tech, to the doctor, surgeon, and dental assistant. Honestly, I've heard horror stories from many AV dental places but Elite Dental Care definitely provides high quality care, both doctor and surgeon where very empathetic and knowledgeable, asking questions, and making sure I felt comfortable. Not a big dentist fan but definitely excited to come back for post op and routine check ups here read more

I was referred to see an oral surgeon for a suspicious X-ray spot, but the oral surgeon and even the dental assistant said it was just an error on the X-ray. Be cautious. Oral surgeon consultation charges $500 if not covered by insurance. read more
