Right when you walk in this place it is pristine, beautiful and the staff is very wonderful! I had an annual check up. My X-ray tech was awesome. My dentist Dr. Sachin was awesome. My hygienist, he was awesome! I had an amazing experience. I'm a full grown scaredy cat when it comes to any white coats, especially the dentist. Apparently this is a dentist office that can't do extractions, they want to refer you out. The dentist is polite, however the front office staff is very rude and short. Once you become a patient, they like to put you on the back burner. Proceed with caution. read more

The receptionist isn't the nicest ray of sunshine but they seem to have a lot of older people go in there so I KNOW the boomers give them a hard f*cken time so they seemed irritated, which VALID. But still doesn't mean it's okay to let that get to you and have that reflect onto the next client who comes in. I do like the receptionist with the tattoos on her hand, she's so nice and professional! Overall the dental assistant is the sweetest! and Endo is awesome! First time coming in today at this dental office, first glance- very clean environment, welcoming and spacious. Next the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, other locations are rude, but this location def different. From the reception to the X-ray tech, to the doctor, surgeon, and dental assistant. Honestly, I've heard horror stories from many AV dental places but Elite Dental Care definitely provides high quality care, both doctor and surgeon where very empathetic and knowledgeable, asking questions, and making sure I felt comfortable. I had an 8 o'clock appointment and I asked if they had any cancelations to see if I could get my son in, they made calls and were able to get him in. I LOVE my doctor, Annabel Tan.
