@ Sydney S. I had almost the same experience.. I've taken two of my kids here and paid for several procedures myself. One time, the dentist suggested I get a porcelain cap on a tooth, which I agreed to, and I paid $680. After the temporary cap was put on, I noticed a decayed smell when I flossed. I mentioned this to the dentist, but he brushed off my concerns. Then he put on the permanent cap, but I still had that same bad smell when I flossed. I went back to Starbright and told the dentist again about the smell, asking if he had capped a decayed tooth without fixing it first. He insisted he did everything right, showed me the x-rays, gave me mouthwash, and dismissed my worries. Later, I went to another dentist and found out there was decay on the tooth that Starbright was supposed to fix. Because of this experience and the money I've spent, I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Funny enough they've called me to schedule me for a yearly exam. We've been coming here for one year exactly - for orthodontic care for my son. We absolutely love the quality of care we receive every single time. The staff are all friendly and fun. The atmosphere in the office always feels like they love what they do and really care about their patients. I am unable to review them aside from the voicemail message that states that they will call you back. They never called. Looking elsewhere. I even said I had insurance and an abscess on my gum. Let down at my weakest for sure! They replied to me due to this review. They explained that they are going through a transition with another answering company. I understand. I'm changing my rating because they did contact me. They seemed to be very apologetic. I'm not a person that can easily walk into a dentist office. I was very traumatized as a child. read more

Do not come here! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Yes, they're extremely welcoming and nice, and can get you in very quickly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The office is always empty which I thought was a plus, but maybe it's not such a good thing. I decided to go to a second opinion and they confirmed my suspicions on a chipped tooth that Star Bright was continuously saying was fine. One of the fillings they did not even a month ago is starting to decay as well, told by my second opinion, and had to fix the filling. I was also suspicious how quick my initial cleaning was, and when I went to my second opinion they spent a while with the scaling tool getting the plaque off my teeth. Very unprofessional by this place, and Star Bright doesn't seem like they're qualified if I have to go to a different place for a GOOD cleaning! [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also had me come in for 5 minutes to speak to the dentist and make my filling appointment, which what I initially thought it was for, and felt like it was an unnecessary appointment that I didn't have to waste gas on.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I also don't appreciate the fake reviews on here by their receptionists, which is why I got the second opinion in the first place. read more

I had a really good experience here! I would definitely be recommending my friends and family. I came in to get a deep cleaning and some fillings done. I was super nervous but the staff and the Doctor were super friendly, that helped a lot. Doctor made sure at all times that I was okay and he was super gentle. Also they offer payment plans and care credit, which was convenient for me because I have no insurance. I will be coming back to finish rest of my treatment. read more

I've been here three times and the first two were fine other than taking me in late for every appointment. However, this last time, the dentist looked at my teeth for two minutes and tried to sell me on stuff and I declined by stating "I can't afford that right now." The teeth cleaning lady then actually asked me for my card to pay while I was sitting in the chair. After charging me, she gave me the worst cleaning I've ever had in my life. The dentist did not check to make sure she did a good job. This is just another another money grubbing dentist, a dime a dozen. Needless to say, I will not be back. read more

I was referred to this office by a friend of mine for braces. Being that I am on a budget its been hard to find an Ortho office with flexible affordable payment plans. I scheduled a free consultation with them and they were able to quote me a price that worked great for me. The orthodontist and staff were very friendly and professional. I am so excited to finally have my braces on. I definitely recommend this place!  10/10 read more
