We're so glad we found this dentist office! I never thought I'd say this because I usually hate…read moregoing to the dentist and get so much anxiety just thinking about it, but as crazy as it sounds, I actually had a really good experience. It honestly felt more like a spa for your dental needs. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. You can tell they have a positive work environment, and it really shows in the way they treat their patients. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jess at the front desk. I had some confusion about the cost breakdown and she took the time to explain everything clearly. Dental costs and insurance can be confusing, so I really appreciated how patient she was and how easy she made the process. During my visit, I had a deep cleaning and some fillings done. My hygienist, Monica, was so gentle and reassuring. She knew I was anxious and checked in throughout my cleaning to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Oh was wonderful. He's personable, thorough, and takes the time to answer all of your questions. Kevin, who assisted during my fillings, was also kind and helpful. I never felt rushed, and everyone made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. My husband also had a great experience with his deep cleanings and fillings. The care itself was excellent, and he was happy with his treatment. I also appreciated the little touches that made the experience feel different from a typical dental visit. They have TVs above the chairs so you can watch a movie or show while getting work done, and they even give you a warm towel afterward that smelled like peach mango. It was such a nice touch. The only feedback I have is more about the office operations than the dental care itself. My husband's scheduling felt a bit disorganized. He received multiple calls asking to reschedule his appointments. On the day of his last visit, he was also asked to come in earlier and had his hygienist changed at the last minute. His appointment still went well, but the scheduling process could definitely be smoother. I would also recommend keeping track of your remaining balance when checking out. On separate visits, both my husband and I were initially quoted a higher remaining balance than what we actually owed. It was corrected once we brought it up, but since it happened to both of us, I think it's something the office could improve. Overall, we've had a really positive experience and this has definitely become our new dentist office. Thank you to Dr. Oh and the entire team for making something I usually dread feel much less stressful.

After that. They said they needed to collect a deposit each time I made an appointment. I complain they fixed it. I made several appointments and had all the silver removed out of my mouth. Never was I charged any deposit. So it's time for my check up, I call back to make my appointment. And the girl says you've missed several appointments and we need to charge you a deposit. !!!! that wasn't true and it wasn't fair. No longer a customer! Mind you my husband is on the fire department. He missed many appointments. Never once did they charge him any deposit !!!

Unfortunately, while I had gone to this dental office off and on. When I really wanted work done,…read morethe doctor instead demanded I get an evasive cleaning done, it was beyond painful and did nothing and has since made my teeth worse. The last cleaning that was done as a follow up created a cavity that was NOT there before and instead of scheduling an appointment to fix that cavity they instead created a GAP that I now have to live with. I am tired of being treated like I need to be punished for not being wealthy enough to afford expensive dental work. I will never ever get such a cleaning done ever again. I dont have the obsession with super white teeth. I just needed to be able to eat and exist. Smiling all the time and having perfect teeth is not my fantasy. I paid nearly 500 bucks for absolutely NOTHING but a bunch of pain that has never gone away or gotten better.

This place is under new ownership, as of a few years ago, It was bought out by a young neurotic dentist named Dr. Sangani. This place can't keep any dentists or cleaning staff. You will not get the same hygienist. No consistency! One visit you need this, next is that , and of course the price went up! This micro manager dentist hops from room to room and totally interrupts whatever conversation or treatment you are undergoing. The owner has little manners or etiquette and you can truly see the frustration on the employees face. That's why you don't see the same employees 6 months later. You can overhear the pressure his employees are under to over-charge and over diagnose treatments. "What about this, what about that, did you suggest this." All to milk money out of scared patients. Likely there is shady billing happening but I didn't stick around to find out. I sat and witnessed his odd antics (and he wouldn't stop talking- Sir, we have lives!, stop the chit chat so we can get our treatment done and be about our day). Enough is enough and we are now going to another dentist in town. Avoid this narcotic, self absorbed, narcissistic owner. Bad vibes!
