If you need a tooth filled, then you may consider Dr. Lee but for major dental work look elsewhere. As far as professionalism his front office staff lacking in that respect especially Mercedes. There are other dentists in Lancaster whose staff will treat you with respect and know how to schedule an appointment without attitude, this has happened on more than one occasion. Dr. Lee is the BEST! Years ago I had a bad experience with a dentist when getting a filling done. Dr. Lee changed my fear of the dentist. Here are some of the things I love about him. Most important - He is gentle - I feel nothing when he is giving me a shot in my mouth! He takes time to explain things to you. He is very kind and has an awesome bedside manner. Best thing - he is quick and efficient with his time. I am never waiting around for a long time. He did 3 fillings the other day and I was in and out within 40 minutes! Elsa in the front office is very sweet and all of the girls that work in the back are so kind! Having a good dentist is so important. I've found my new FOREVER DENTIST! After hearing back from my original dentist that my teeth were in perfect condition, no cavities and that my my tooth sensitivity was due to "weakening enamel" I decided to visits Dr. Lee for a second opinion as they take my insurance (Delta Dental). They got me in right away (literally the next day). After a thorough cleaning and X-Rays Dr. Lee informed me that I was right about my tooth sensitivity...Not only was it a deep routed cavity (that may have needed to be a route canal had I waited another 6 months) but I had 7 CAVITIES IN TOTAL. This was so upsetting since I go to the dentist every 6 months and just went 2 weeks prior for regular cleaning and checkups (where my dr would always say I had A clean bill of teeth health). Dr. Lee and his staff got me in for the very next day to treat my deep/worst cavity first and ended up doing 3 of the 7 that day in about 45 minutes. Scheduling for my next visit was extremely easy and they had even called me an hour later to get me in the next day due to them having a cancellation. I was able to get another 2 of the cavities done. Leaving just 2 more for one last visit that I was again, able to get the very next day! 3 days back to back visiting this amazing doctor and his staff and I am officially CAVITY FREE! Dr. Lee is very personable and gentle. I looked forward to each visit. He talked me though everything and was so gentle I never felt a thing. 10/10! By far the best experience at a dental office I've ever had. The office staff are polite, attentive, patient, and open to questions/needed clarification. The dental staff were professional, respectful, and just had great energy. Made me feel like I was speaking with my neighbors, that's how comfortable I was. The equipment used is all upgraded, new tech, clean, and the dental chair was COMFORTABLE. There's picture frames posted on the walls of completed puzzles which are beautiful that a staff member shared Dr. Lee completes with his family. Dr. Lee seems very down to earth, was thorough, took my x rays and digital pictures of my teeth so when he was explaining the horrendous tragedy going on with my teeth, he was able to show me with the x rays and pictures. It really made me understand what he was seeing, and reflects how thorough he is. You can tell he is knowledgeable AND he cares about your dental health. His tone of voice is very calming and fatherly so you can't help but feel at ease. When they were filling my cavities, I didn't feel the needle numbing my gums which was almost magical and I literally fell asleep while they were working on my teeth. Wonderful,friendly,funny staff! I like talking to those girls,they make you feel welcomed and individually cared for! Never over booked, and very calm. The office itself is beautiful and clean. Especially those gorgeous framed Disney puzzles! The office seemed organized. Dr. Lee is so nice and such a good dentist. I will continue referring patients to him. They also take ppo insurance which is so nice soI don't have to travel to the valley for quality care. I'm glad to have found this place! read more

He is polite, nice, funny, gentle - he did a root canal - and I've had many - the best out of all of them - never thought I'd find a dentist this good again - I'm so happy - hubby happy too! I have been looking for a good dentist that I can trust and that does quality work. Dr. LEE and his team were highly recommended by numerous patients of there's so I thought I would give it a shot. I made an appointment for my cleaning and check up...WOW Very Impressed!!! The office was very very clean and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was greeted with a warm welcome by Tyesha who is very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I had no wait at all where I was taken back by Lidia who proceeded to take my xrays, talk to me made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was awesome and knew what she was doing. Marbely was tending to other patients but made a point of stopping by and saying hello to me how awesome is that!? Trudee was the hygienist who cleaned my teeth and did a superb job, educated me on certain things that I could do to help stop my grinding of my teeth. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Lee... WOW I am so impressed he is such a nice man who you can tell his choice of profession is his passion. He took his time reviewing my xrays, he proceeded with care and compassion to make sure that he was very thorough with me ,he was not rushed , very polite and very respectful! Very disappointed! After being with one dentist in the Antelope Valley for over 10 years we had to make a change due to his becoming ill. I did days worth of research on good dentists out here and this dentist came up with great reviews and took my insurance...plus, plus right? Well I called and made appointments for my husband and myself and had the office girl who answered send all paperwork in advance so we were prepared. My husband commutes over an hour AND left work early so he could make his appointment. I am upset to say her arrived at his 3 pm appointment precisely at 3 pm and the office was dark and locked. He attempted to call the office with no answer. I thought perhaps it was lunch. I tried the office and got a voicemail and it was 3:09 pm. I then pressed zero for an operator who told me that the office was open and due back from lunch at 3 pm. I asked the operator to leave a message and she said she wasn't allowed to take a message unless it was for cancellation. My husband waited until 3:18 pm and still no one was in the office. There was no emergency note on the door and there office machine indicated they return from lunch at 2:30 pm. So, needless to say this office has lost 2 potential customers before we were even able to be seen. Bad business practice. I would also like to add that there were no reminder or cancellation calls. Very, very disappointed. If you want a dentist who cares it certainly isn't this one. read more

Dr. Lee runs a tight but comfortable ship. I've never had to wait more than a minute or two and the front office staff greets me by name - even remembered me after not being in for months. I needed some fillings and opted for the dentalvibe for a pain-free shot. Dr. Lee was honest with me that some patients liked it and others didn't see a difference, but it really worked for me. In fact, the dentalvibe made the shot more comfortable than when they put the topical anisthetic on with a q-tip. It was just a slightly dull ache instead of a sharp poke. I think it was made all the better by Dr. Lee's patience and care, giving the shot very slowly so the anesthetic went in ahead of the needle and numbed me more as he went. He explained everything and worked efficiently. Four fillings and I was in and out in less than an hour with very little discomfort. My cleaning was also fast and comfortable. This office and the staff, including Dr. Lee, are real finds in the Antelope Valley! read more
