We're a family of three and recently visited Dr. Haddad & Dr. Sexenian's practice. My husband and daughter had their appointments with Dr. Haddad and both came home raving about him and his staff. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care they received were truly OUTSTANDING. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Sexenian. From the moment I walked in, the front office team was welcoming and attentive. The hygienist who brought me back was incredibly kind and easy-going, and I loved connecting with her about motherhood. She shared how much she enjoys working at the practice, which was great to hear. Dr. Sexenian was fantastic -- it was the first time a dentist not only asked questions but truly listened. He also made some insightful observations about my oral habits and future care, which I've been very appreciative of. Whatever magic this team has created is rare and special. I recently visited my dentist on short notice and was once again incredibly impressed with the level of service I received. On Monday morning, March 30th, I called at 9 AM needing an urgent appointment. Even though they were fully booked all day, they managed to fit me in within just one hour! First, I like to say that I've been too many dental offices in Lancaster and I have to say that Dr. Rami Haddad dental office in Lancaster is the best they treat my children who are afraid to go to the dentist because of all the horror stories that they've heard from other people, but they make them feel very comfortable and welcome and not afraid to go to his office. they actually love going to his office when it's time for their check up. I appreciate how they treat my children and me and they are very courteous and very nice. explain all of the treatment that they get to us each time we go there they always give us a smile and they always give my kids a goodie bag with a toothbrush all the time and they're always surprised that they get it even though we've been there like three times I love this office and I appreciate everything that they do for us. I'm a combat veteran, and I had a VA referral for this dentist.  They booked my appointment fully knowing that I was a VA referral.  After, they researched the VA plan, then they realized that the VA wasn't paying them enough money.  Dr. Haddad refused to take a few dollars less, and treat me.  They told me that they couldn't take me in as a patient.  I do not wish this business any success, and I hope that Karma comes back to this doctor.  What a shame Dr. Haddad!  Every once in a while you should try doing a good deed, sir. While visiting during a holiday weekend, I had to get a wisdom tooth pulled(after my last horrendous experience with another Dentist, I was feeling very anxious). They were able to get me an appointment the next business day. Very clean establishment with an easy check-in. I saw Dr. SEXENIAN, he was the absolute best Dentist I have ever seen. Okay where do I begin. So I had terrible dental work done that was so painful resulting in infections. So I avoided the dentist until I urgently had to for 20 years! I had my molar and wisdom tooth pulled in 2017 then I when in for s check up at a different office and they quoted me over $14,500 worth of dental work! I knew then their was no way so I had nothing done so last year in November I decided to go in and a filling of mine came off and my tooth broke a bit. Scared that I was going to be left with no molars I decided to look for dentist. Well my co-worker highly recommend dr haddad, I made an appointment and told them my fear of needles and having dental work done. They assured me they would do the best to calm me down. After doing xrays he said I did not need all that work down I was told a year prior (so glad I didn't go back to the other office) and actually I had 6 minor cavities and 2 crowns that needed to be done. As that sounded pricey dr Haddad assure me I will have little to no money out of pocket. I when back a week later and I was extremely nervous, and it was embarrassing lol well he did 4 fills in under 15 minutes! And the shots were not as bad as I expected them to be. I just had another appointment to prep my tooth for a crown and it was also a good experience, mind you I was still scared and moved around a lot but he as so patient with me. And I should also add that I have a small mouth and he didn't put a support on my mouth like most dental places do. He just worked with it. So if you need a great dentist I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Haddad. I will now go every 6 months for a regular check up which I never have been too. My husband now wants to go as well now because he as well has a fear for the dentist and since he saw me go alone and saw I was in no pain after any work done he definitely feels more relief. read more

Very disappointed with the service, or lack thereof, that I received. Scheduled a 10:00am appointment for today 10 days ago. Arrived at 9:51am and checked in. No need to fill out paperwork because I did that online prior to my appointment. At 9:56am I was brought back to an exam room where x-ray images were immediately taken...... then nothing. At 10:40am I walked out and told the receptionist that I didn't receive service after 40 mins of waiting and to let Dr. Haddad to look for my review on yelp. I am currently writing this review as I sit in the chair at my old dentists office, that I called as I walked out of Haddad's poorly run operation. No appointment needed for me at Crossroads Dental Office in Valencia. Immediate service and it's worth the drive for me. I can't recommend Haddad to anyone even though he came highly recommended to me. read more

Five stars and well deserved. Great staff from appointment , check in, and through out check up. Everyone ok staff is awesome and I love how no matter what they are alway nice and helpful. Dr Hadad is awesome and takes care of all his patients. He will only tell you what you need and helps you if your insurance doesn't cover all. I have been seeing Dr. Haddad for a few years now ans let me tell you he is the BEST dentist I have ever met! He is VERY gentle, and fast. He is fair and doesnt overcharge for things. I plan to keep him as long as I can. I have referred both my parents and my brother who have all had great experiences with him. The only downside I can say is his office is closed Saturdays. Finding the right dentist can be a hard choice. One that you can trust to give the right medical advice. I'm glad I finally found one, two years now. 60 miles away and I'll gladly make the drive. As we all know dentist offices are as common as a laundry store these days. But the right one not so common. Dr. Haddad originally referred me but Dr. Rose is the absolute best! Extremely friendly. Let's be honest getting the teeth cleaned can be torture. All the hygienists are super friendly as well and the office is absolutely spotless. I was coming here in the past 5years and they are friendly but every time I came and my kids every 6 months they would say everything looks good, until I decided to try a new dentist because it was too far from me I found out I had 4 cavities and my oldest son has 6 in total they just took advantage and now I'm paying the price for it. read more

I have been going to Dr. Yeung for several years. with all my surgeries, there was always an "out of pocket cost to me" . Dr Yeung office is nice and located in a nice area.I recently changed to Dr. Haddad who did my dental work with no out of pocket cost to me. He is just as skilled as Dr. Yeung (maybe more, he's older) his office is always clean. The area isn't as nice as Dr. Yeung's but I am sure his (Dr. Haddad's) overhead must be lower, and he has probably paid off his student loans. That is why the big Price difference between the two. My teeth were BAD before I came here he has done over $6,000 worth of work (covered by my insurance) and I couldn't be happier. I have only been to 2 other dentists in the AV and after going here I will not trust my teeth to anyone else. I was referred by a close friend and this office worked me in last minute, saving me from another office where I was being overcharged. Additionally, I only needed one root canal, not two, as the other office had diagnosed. Dr. Rami had his in office specialist do my root canal, which went perfectly. Staff is spectacular and this office has ALL the bells and whistles. It's the only office me and my kids will ever go to from now on. read more

I hate going to the dentist. Scarred for life from childhood. First visit was Feb. 2020. Dr. Haddad explained everything that needed to be done.
