Dr. Glass was fantastic but I agree with another poster that it's his office staff that will cost him new patients. I got a bill and inquired about it because I have never once had to pay for a deductible in the 20 years I have had this insurance. I called my insurance to verify coverage and, again, when I got the bill. When I called the office to tell them I was covered and had confirmation, they were very accusatory...asking if I indeed asked insurance if they would cover the deductible or if they had looked at my history of coverage. For matter of $25 they will lose me, my husband, my kids, and likely my parents, sister, and her daughter as new patients because we all go to the same dentist. read more

I have been going to this dentist for 10+ years. I have no complaints. They always do their best to accommodate me for any/all reasons. The staff is always consistent, has been here a long time, they are all really nice as well. The office is kept clean (although cold often but that makes sense for germs) and tidy. They will clean my retainers while I get a cleaning. They give out little stickers which we all love and pumpkins in October which is my favorite. They are closed on Fridays and it is hard to get in if you have to cancel and do not have an open schedule. But if you know this it makes things even easier. Absolute best Dentist I have ever had. Went in today last minute with chipped tooth and I have visaligns. He was able to fix the tooth, not mess up my liner fit in about 15 minutes and NO CHARGE! I have had a MAJOR PHOBEA about going to the dentist since I was a kid. My dentist as a youth was mean, brutal, and I was terrified of him. I had my teeth cleaned at Dr. Glass's office and was impressed with how I was treated. It revealed that I needed two cavities filled.. Not bad since my last filling was in 1986.. I talked to the staff about my fear of dentists and they were all Very reassuring. Dr. Glass was so patient with me explaining what needed to be done. Today I went and had the two cavities filled, WOW!!! What a difference a great dentist can be! I was very nervous at first but as things went along I gained a new perspective on modern dentistry. I have been going to Dr. Glass for 6 years now. Not only are he and his staff top notch professionals, but there is one aspect of his service that really stands out. He's honest. He will always explain every option and he will never perform anything that is not necessary. There have been multiple occasions where I was sure that I needed something major done, only for him to find out it was much simpler (and less expensive) to fix. In addition, he will make even those with major fears of the dentist feel comfortable. He is constantly asking if you are doing OK while he's working on you. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Glass and his staff. Simply the best service all around that I have ever experienced. And be sure to check your shirt when you leave. I haven't been to dr glass in Dione urs. Due to no longer having dental insurance that will allow. I did go to him though for almost 20 yrs. n. He was the best. The whole office is great but he does the best work n always has updated clean equipment not to mention his genuine caring n great work I even went to him for sometime when I had to pay cash as didn't want to go anywhere else. I love Dr. Glass! His office is a little ramshackle looking trailer on 10th, but don't let its exterior deceive you. His office is the best in the valley. I've been going to see him since I was a teenager, and he continues to be kind, generous, a skilled dentist (of course), and so importantly and rare--ethical. He WILL NOT up-sell stupid things to you, he won't overcharge you, and it should be clear to you from your first visit that his goal is to ensure that your teeth are healthy and you are happy. Wow, I don't think I've ever seen customer service this good. While the office is in an older established part of Lancaster, the office is immaculate on the inside. Staff and Dr Glass are very welcoming. He meets you where you're and takes your desires into account. For instance, when going in for some fillings, I expresses my dislike of needles and he said he'd re-check but didn't think I'd need any novocaine shot due to the cavities' locations. Four cavities filled with no pain, discomfort, needles or Novocain. Dr. Glass called the evenings after my first visit welcoming and thanking me for coming in and the second after the cavity fillings. The first call was to thank me for coming in, and the second time checking in at 8:30pm to see if the dental work was okay. When does he go home? ;) I showed up early for my appointment and Dr Glass was cleaning up outside. He cares about his business' appearance, his staff's professionalism, and his customers from what I've seen. Haven't gotten a bill yet, but hope that goes as well as the rest has so far! read more

We came to Dr. Glass to get a second opinion, we were told by another dentist my son needed 5 fillings and a root canal. Dr. Glass took the time to look at, reevaluate and explain that really he only had 1 tooth that needed filling. It was a large cavity he needed to have filled. Dr. Glass' kind and caring staff got us an appointment very quickly! He was the most patient and gentle dentist I've ever seen. I was able to stay in the room with him the whole time. Dr. Glass took the time to explain everything to my son and answered all of his questions. Not once was my son unhappy or under any stress. Was my first time using this dentist. I was a little questionable about the establishment from the outside. However he seems honest and was gentle when examining my teeth. The only thing that I really didn't care for was his staff. His assistant was rude, seemed agitated when questions/help was asked from her, continuously rolled her eyes and was more interested in her phone then in my questions and concerns. Its a shame because he seems like a great dentist I just don't care to deal with staff that act like 16 year olds. I hope this review is helpful. read more

Doctor Glass is great and his prices are reasonable. However his assistant was rude. I was having trouble getting up (I am an elderly) and she kept rolling her eyes and under her breath-I heard her say move it grandpa. Its true I am a grandfather but guess what young lady I don't exactly like that it takes me forever (and painful) to move and function. I don't quite remember her name-I think Titi or Tanesha. Whoever she is-I don't want to book an appointment when she is working.-he is great though. read more

after being hoooopeedoooed around in another dental facility, the last time, for 8 hours for a simple procedure, was referred to dr. glass for a recementing of a crown. this is the quickest, most efficient, most knowledgeable and most honest dentist i have ever found. takes the time to explain the problem and the avenue he will take to remediate the problem and do it quickly. he is so quick he would make a fast freight take a side road. his front office staff is highly professional, quick, accurate and courteous as well. his rda, wendy is a very kind and efficient lady as well, having been in the same facility for some 34 years and she started when she was 10, so she says. she runs dental floss so quickly it seems like she was using baling twine on a 3 string alfalfa bale. very clean, courteous and a pleasure to have her work on my cavernous missing crown tooth. did a great job and thanks for the ten bucks for writing this (just kidding)! would most highly recommend dr. glass and his staff for any and all dental needs, even those requiring the use of a jackhammer. i have been to some dentists throughout my 72 years who used phrases similar to "mother of all creatures great and small, what has god wrought in your mouth", which does not cause me exude confidence in the physician but not dr. glass, "cool, calm, collected, fantastic job, up and out and having a beer in ten minutes. love his demeanor, his pricing structure and will keep on coming back if time allows me to do such. thank you so much for your wonderful, fine treatment dr. glass. charles m. daniels cdanie42@aol.com read more
