I've been coming to this dentist since 2017, and they've been consistently amazing--especially for someone without insurance. I recently went in for a teeth cleaning, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I've had. The staff is so welcoming, professional, and kind. Unfortunately, while I had gone to this dental office off and on. When I really wanted work done, the doctor instead demanded I get an evasive cleaning done, it was beyond painful and did nothing and has since made my teeth worse. The last cleaning that was done as a follow up created a cavity that was NOT there before and instead of scheduling an appointment to fix that cavity they instead created a GAP that I now have to live with. I am tired of being treated like I need to be punished for not being wealthy enough to afford expensive dental work. I will never ever get such a cleaning done ever again. I dont have the obsession with super white teeth. I just needed to be able to eat and exist. Smiling all the time and having perfect teeth is not my fantasy. I paid nearly 500 bucks for absolutely NOTHING but a bunch of pain that has never gone away or gotten better. read more

Updated due to front office issues. The doctor and front office staff tried to force services that were unnecessary and costly. I loved Dr. Gennedy Tabachnik and the women at the front desk. They are so nice and sat with me for well over 20 mins while I was being numbed explaining all my options, how my insurance worked, and if a specialists would be a better option for what I needed done. Very smooth, entertaining, and natural conversation that made me feel calm and taken care of. He went right to work with a really fast pace like a straight master of his craft. HATE when any medical operator moves slow, especially dentist because I absolutely hate being touched by people I don't know, and dislike it from people I do know. The Xray tech kept messing up and seemed very flustered which was the only negative experience. And her Xrays were AWFUL, but since I didn't really need them I didn't care. read more

I found this dentist 6 years ago, feels like home when you walk in. They know who you are by first name. They make you feel comfortable to be there even when this isnt the funniest place to be at. D4U is my family dentist and I cannot say enough good things about them! A diamond in the rough to say the least! Everybody is so kind and personable from the initial office call to the check in process. We had trouble finding our insurance (despite the name, they do accept most PPO's) and the gal up front didn't give up she jumped through hoops to get it figured out. Toni, the office manager is such a gem! All of the dental assistants are so sweet and make you feel at ease. Brina is my fav though! Dr. Vlad is so thorough and no pushy vibes! Dentist for the Uninsured gave my mom a night guard because she was grinding and cracking her teeth at night. The size of this night guard was fit for a football player, I don't know how they can get away recommending and selling products like this. My mom now has a horrible case of TMJ resulting in pain 24/7, not being able to eat solid foods, not being able to sleep and migraines. No responsibility was taken for their joke of a mouth guard. This was almost two years ago and she has tried so many other dentists, doctors but unfortunately TMJ is not something that just goes away. We had gone here for years prior due to the decent prices but since what happened, I can not recommend this place nor will we ever come back. read more

I went in early December to the office. Prior to that I had send a set of documents for the dentist to review. IO also have a PPO insurance plan. Upon arrival, the receptionist stated that she did not receive the paperwork. The dentist. Dr. Vladamir, that I had selected, is only in on Thursdays. While I was there I asked to see another dentist. I was told that I needed X-rays first. I then mentioned that when my mouth is open any dentist will see multiple cavities. I was rudly told that this I could anyone without X-rays. I had x-rays 4 months prior to the visit by another dental office and did not want more x-rays! I went in today for a standard cleaning but found out I needed to get a filling for cavities. I have a fear of needles and expressed this to the dentist and technician. However, instead of being understanding and explaining what should be expected, I received the worst service of my life. They numbed the wrong part of my face for where the cavities were meaning when they drilled my teeth, I felt everything. I was crying from the pain and begged for them to stop. They dismissed my pain saying I was only feeling pressure. It continued to worsen as they never told me of what each tool was that they were using. The pain worsened and I was fully crying and violently shaking. The dentist and technician wouldn't listen when I was signaling to them I couldn't breathe. Both of them were positioned in a way that my nostrils were pinched when I already couldn't breathe through my mouth because of the dental equipment in my mouth. My family who were in the lobby heard me screaming from the pain and trying to get help. When all of the work was done, I was so horrified by the experience that I was shaking trying to walk and gain composure. Then to make matters worse, the dentist, technician, and office manager were arguing that I never once indicated that I was in pain. I raised my hand as instructed during the procedure but the dentist claimed he couldn't see me and was reliant on the technician who then was claiming that I had been this emotionally upset before they even did the x rays of my teeth. I highly suggest never going to this dentist office regardless of the price. The office has no concern with the patient and show no remorse for the unbearable pain they inflict to patients. They lack professionalism in every regard. read more

Today I had 6 teeth removed and I was worried cause I hate dentists. I will never go to any other dentist after coming here. They where super good at explaining what you where having done and the cost. They also gave you a plan if you needed more stuff done like me. They worked with my budget and gave me more than I expected. The treatment today was PAINLESS! It took less that 5 min and I didn't realize it was done. This was my dentist when I didn't have insurance. I got insurance and moved on cause they didn't accept insurance then. Today my implant denture broke I called my dentist that I spent thousands of dollars for the implants and they said bring them by today "Friday" and they will be ready next Tuesday. I said that's crazy I can't wait that long. I called Dentist 4 uninsured they said bring them in they will be ready by 5 and now they accept insurance. I dropped them off at 10:30 am they called 3 pm saying come get them. In my opinion they have the best customer service. The ladies were all very nice and went out of there way so I can eat again. There prices are a lot cheaper and I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be taken to the back. read more
